Entrez dans la grande salle avec canapés moelleux et de nouveaux 46 'Flatscreen DirecTV / DVD / VHS, nouveau foyer au gaz, lecteur CD, jeux. et table à manger pour 6 plus comptoir de cuisine tabourets. Le salon se joint à la cuisine mise à jour, avec des rendez-vous complet!
Sur le même niveau, deux chambres avec de nouveaux lits et TV / DVD / VHS, une avec un lit queen et une avec deux lits jumeaux, ainsi que salle de bain complète entre les deux. Chaque chambre a sa propre DirecTV sans fil.
A l'étage, une chambre avec deux lits jumeaux et TV / VHS, puis une autre salle de bain complète et la plus grande chambre à la fin de la salle a un nouveau lit king! Cette chambre dispose également d'une petite zone lobée qui regarde à travers la salle de séjour à un pic du lac.
Le meilleur de tous, votre chien peut se joindre à la fête et de rester dans cette unité accepte les animaux domestiques! Pont arrière avec nouvelle table de terrasse et barbecue au propane à utiliser pendant les mois d'été.
Les installations de l’association de propriétaires comprennent l’accès à une plage privée / jetée, une piscine et un tennis.

The property is in a great, central location on the North Shore. The house is in great condition with lots of room for guests. The only issue we encountered were small, black "beetles" that had invaded the house. Normally not an issue, but these were keen on falling from the ceiling onto pillows, nightstands, etc. My wife freaked out.

Dollar point Grainger home was a great stay. Close to North Star Resort and stores/restaurants. Super spacious and clean home. Home was perfect for kids as it was equipped with board games, puzzles, crayons and great backyard to play.

This place was beautiful and spacious. Plenty of rooms and it was kept well. There were games and great spices. The kitchen was my favorite part about it. Fully stocked with spices and pans and all the items you think you would need. The only issue I had was the gaps in between the stairs were pretty big. Our 1 year old could slide right through. That was my biggest fear was that he would fall off the 2nd story. But he didn't thank God! Other than that it wasn't too bad. There were cobwebs in the hallways and spiders on the pillows but we are out in the mountains and expected some kind of life in there.

Great location and neighborhood. Would’ve gave it 5 stars except there were spiders everywhere. A full on family of spiders were in the sink and they were huge. More on the walls in the hallways and in the bathrooms. Needless to stay we had to check the entire house for more spiders which was not a pleasant way to spend our first hour in the home. There was also a dead bird in the back patio which had not recently died so should’ve been removed. We have small children and a dog so we had to double check the yard for other creatures. Would’ve liked at least our cleaning cost refunded to us.

Living space is open and friendly. You can tell it is dog friendly, but if you have dogs you don't care. Our two 10 lb critters loved it.
We would recommend enough as we might be back if our needs require!

This is a lovely home in a wonderful neighborhood and close to everything (restaurants, trails, shopping, etc). It had everything we needed! I think the home could use new carpeting throughout but other than that a great vacation spot.

Living space is open and friendly. You can tell it is dog friendly, but if you have dogs you don't care. Our two 10 lb critters loved it.
We would recommend enough as we might be back if our needs require!

We really enjoyed our ski lease at the Grainger property this year. The property has a great location in the Dollar Point community, and has a great kitchen with updated appliances. The fenced backyard is also a big plus for this dog friendly cabin. Overall we were very happy with the property as well as the professional service and communication from Hauserman.
