Furniture, finishes, appliances and mattresses were all of great quality, functionality and comfort. The balcony size, furniture and view were fantastic. Everything was cleaned well and the unit smelled freshly cleaned upon our arrival.
I travel to the beach a few times a year and have rented a lot of condos over the years - and this one was one of the best! And the property management with Greta/Riley was 5 stars. They extended my stay at short notice and allowed me a late check out!
No complaints from me at all. I had a really great experience. Would rent again.

This is our last night here at Tropic Winds 702. It has truly been a wonderful trip for my family and myself. The condo is so nice and comfortable. There's 6 of us and we never felt crowded. The balcony is great. There was several naps taken out there. Thank you for providing such a great place. We're already talking about planning another trip soon.

This was our first time staying at Tropic Winds but we have stayed at Ocean Reef several times. I do think that Tropic Winds is more on the quieter end of PCB but both locations are great! We love taking the kids to Frank Brown Park and going to the beach. Our favorite restaurants have been Thomas' donuts/Mike's bar, salty Sue's, Diegos burrito factory, Runaway Island and of course Sharky's and Pineapple Willy's.
The 3 bedroom condo at Tropic Winds was a perfect size for our 4 adults and 3 small kids. The only bad thing about this specific condo is the parking space. It is VERY tight for our large suv but you'd be fine with a car or smaller suv.
If you are looking for a quieter/family friendly beach vaca Tropic Winds and Ocean Reef are the best!

This is our second time to stay at Tropic Winds is a great location in the Laguna Beach side of PCB. We love the large balcony. Only problem - the ice marker and water dispensor in the frig doesn't work.

My family spent 5 days over our Thanksgiving holiday in this beautiful condo. Overall our experience was great. The kitchen had most everything we needed to prepare our big Thanksgiving dinner, there was even a Kitchen-Aid stand mixer with attachments on the counter and ready for use 😃. The stove has a double oven so we were thankful our turkey was not any larger as it would not have fit, but I realize most people don’t come to the beach to cook a 20 lb turkey, lol. The unit is beautifully decorated and the beds were all comfortable, the balcony has plenty of seating with space to move around each other. Make sure you take your own toilet paper if you are there more than a couple of days with multiple people. The only tp in the unit was what was on the holder when we arrived. We did discover this prior to it being an issue so no real problem, just a psa if you will. Beach towels and chairs are available along with a very nice washer and dryer. Our only complaint was that we were locked out of the unit 30-40 minutes before checkout at 10. So if you are running close on time (I don’t think 30 minutes before checkout is close but...)for checkout make sure someone stays in the room so you can get back in to get your bags. Overall our experience was really good and we will be booking thru Greta’s Beach Rentals again.

Condo was updated and well maintained. Fantastic view. Assigned parking spots. Kitchen was well equipped for a week of cooking. All furniture and beds in excellent condition. It may not be the cheapest option, but there is reason for it and we were VERY happy with our decision to rent this specific unit. Being on the west end of PCB was very peaceful.

The condo was the cleanest unit I have ever stayed in and had everything we needed. We had a need for a closer parking space for one of our party and Adam with Greta's beach rentals was quick to help me find another closer spot. We always have such great rooms when staying with Greta. Our room was fantastic. We had everything we needed plus more. The decor was lovely. I really felt like I was on vacation. The most accommodating part was the walk in shower for our elderly parents to use who joined us. The beach chairs and beach wagon was an added bonus. The entire condo was clean. I have no complaints and as soon was my favorite beach season opens for booking. I would love to book this condo again!

The pictures on the website did not do this condo justice. The decor, furnishings, large 7th floor balcony and very comfy beds were wonderful. Housekeeping had everything spotless and the beach chairs, wagon and toys were much appreciated. We had the best parking spot with more than enough room for parking our Suburban. Would love to stay there again!

July 2021 Stay
Superior rental!
This condo is very well equipped for a great vacation. The kitchen has well maintained high-end appliances including a double oven, kitchenaid blender, kitchenaid mixer, cuisinart food processor, large crockpot and two coffee makers. Plenty of cookware. The ice maker in the refrigerator makes lots of ice too.
Very clean and nicely decorated in beach theme, it really made the vacation fun. Beds and furniture were plenty comfortable. Lots of charging stations around the condo and good wifi. Plus 2 sets of beach chairs included!!!
The beach was not as crowded as other areas of PCB. EZ-ups not allowed in front of rental chairs which was nice for the view. Winn Dixie was close and had all the groceries we needed. We ate at Osaka, Captain Anderson’s and Bayou Bill’s Crab House and all were really good.
We would definitely rent this condo again.

Unit 702 was superb! Lots of extras including cushions on the balcony furniture. Decor was awesome! Just what we look for in a beach condo! Working with Greta’s was wonderful. Our first time with them, but we will definitely use them again.

We absolutely loved the condo. It had everything you needed and more! Beds were super comfortable. We loved all the seating on the balcony and ate dinner out there almost every night. We have already requested to stay at this very condo next year!

We had great time...best condo unit I have stayed in past 20 years. Our family actually had three of Gretas units rented this week. Very clean and had everything we needed...kitchen was nicely stock as well! When tropical storm Fred came through they called me with new spot for second car that was higher up in case of high water...really appreciated them thinking of us! Will definitely stay here next year. Thank you for the great service.

We loved this condo. It was very clean, wifi was great, especially since we had 3 people working for one if the weeks. Sunsets were fantastic. Good sized balcony with a large table, plenty of seating. Kitchen was well stocked, had everything we needed. The place was nicely decorated and very comfortable sleeping arrangements. We would stay here again!

FOUR PERSON COUPLES TRIP FILLED WITH FUN FROLIC AND FABULOUS ACCOMODATIONS. EVERYTHING WAS BETTER THAN EXPECTED!!! THE ONLY SMAL DRAWBACK WAS THE PARKING GARGAGE THE SPACE WE HAD YOU MUST PARK SIDEWAYS AND THE 2ND AND 3RD FLOORS OVERHEAD WAS A BIT LOW BUT WE DID PARK IN THE OVERFLOW LOT ACROSS THE STREET BUT THE CAR GOT SO HOT WE JUST HAD TO PARK INTHE GARAGE THIS WOULD NOT DETER US FROM STAYING HERE AGAIN MAYBE JUST A UNIT THAT HAD GROUNDFLOOR UNITS.

LOVED the condo! It looks just like the pictures. Great furnishings and an amazing view of the ocean and beach. We especially liked having a table (for 6) on the patio. We ate all our meals there. Great layout with a bathroom for every bedroom. Beds were a little hard, but bedding was soft and comfortable. Be sure to purchase extra paper towels and toilet paper if staying longer than 2-3 days. There were no hand towels provided for the kitchen and bathroom doors were squeaky. Condo has a washer/dryer, which was a bonus. We found books and board games in the closet, (thanks to the owners!). Close to Winn Dixie grocery store. Recommend trying Runaway Island restaurant. (great atmosphere, seafood, live music and on the beach) Overall, we loved it and had a great stay - we will be back!

Our stay at the Tropic Winds was GREAT. The condo is beautifully decorated with high end furnishings inside as well as outside on the balcony. The beds in this condo are very comfortable. Overall this condos very clean and well kept. The condo is more beautiful in person than in the pictures shown online. Tropic Winds is located in close proximity to several grocery stores and shopping venues. (Pier Park, Winn Dixie, Walmart) The area has several excellent restaurants. (a few of our favorites are Mike's, Saltwater Grill, and Five Guys Burgers) We enjoyed the reserved parking space for our condo. Our stay in Tropic Winds, unit #702 was one of....if not THE BEST we've experienced in our 17 years of vacationing in the Florida panhandle. The unit was almost perfect..! Beautifully furnished, clean EXTREMELY well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and totally modern updated décor. The 7th floor was just right...not too high, not too low. And...the extra large, very well appointed balcony was the best ever..!!!My only complaints are...we had a large SUV...which was a little tricky getting parked in the "horizontal" assigned parking spot. We also noticed louder than usual water sounds while running water, toilet flushes and while taking showers. We really couldn't always tell if the noise was coming just from our baths...or from the units above and beside us. Also...the bed linens were old and very thin and seemed to not fit the beds well. Although this did not inconvenience my group (we were there for the beach..!), the pool was closed for repairs for 3 days. There were several other guests with children staying in the building that were very upset because they were not given this information prior to their arrival. The owners of our unit sent me a phone message letting me know what was going on prior to my arrival which I thought was very nice... Other than those few minor issues...everything else was just perfect..! We can't wait to spend another week there..!! I would highly recommend this unit..!!!

Vacationed with the family... The best ever. The condo had plenty of room for all of us. It is well equipped and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was perfect. We LOVED the condo... It was perfect just steps from the beach... We stayed on the balcony most if the time that we we're inside the condo... Its so close to everything... The condo itself was amazing... We will be coming back here for sure....
