It was very comfortable and clean. Staff communicated well. I didn't have any issues. Everything worked properly!

The bed was clean & comfortable.
Rooms were smelly & needing repairs badly. There was a big gap at the door. The shower was dirty.

It was close to job site.
Booked on Booking.com and paid in advance. When guest arrived, they were told room wasn’t paid for and had to pay again, even with confirmation and proof of payment. Desk clerk was no help, just wanted more money. I had to call Booking.com to find out what happened. Come to find out, it was a glitch on the hotels side. They had to refund the guest their money. I use Booking.com all the time. This hotel wasn’t the greatest on trying to help find the problem, which was theirs.

Dirty room. Bathroom nasty. Half eaten food in the fridge. The check in clerk was plesent but when I went to extend the older male clerk was rude and lied and said he had no rooms available. I had 1 guest and h said I had too much traffic. And telling my business to a stranger and kept bugging me to leave before check out time and was very aggressive
