Ce n'est pas votre location de vacances typique. Un condominium en bord de mer joliment aménagé de 2 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bain vous accueille chez vous à Ocean City. Au premier étage de cet appartement calme et pratique, vous n'êtes qu'à quelques pas de la plage et de l'océan. En outre, son emplacement à Mid-town, Ocean City, n'est qu'à quelques minutes de Fager's Island, de Seacrets, de Mackey et de dizaines d'autres restaurants et attractions. Vous pouvez laisser vos draps à la maison. Vos lits confortables seront faits avec des draps de qualité et des serviettes douces seront à votre disposition dans les bains. Il y a un lit king size dans le maître et 2 lits queen dans la deuxième chambre. La cuisine a été récemment rénovée (2015) et moderne. Il y a de la porcelaine dans les placards et de nombreuses casseroles et gadgets si vous avez envie de cuisiner. S'il vous plaît consulter mes commentaires, nous essayons très fort d'être au-dessus du reste.

We really enjoyed our stay. We all appreciated the location and comfort of the condo, enjoyed the history and photography books, the games. Loved the back porch, the sound of waves, the and the proximity of the beach. There’s a lot to be said for being on the first floor. We have stayed in newer places, where everything is perfect but we would choose this place over any of them, because of its aesthetic, it has personality and Greg is a very nice host.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. Greg's place was super clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything you needed. Washer and dryer was a plus! Location was awesome. We'll definitely be back!

Beachfront condo with lots of extras- two assigned parking places, beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, laundry, lovely well-equipped kitchen, coffee station, nice patio with potted flowers, plenty of towels and blankets, keyless entry, games and books, comfy couch, and local host with great communication. Unfortunately, ocean view is blocked by high dunes (although makes it easier to carry stuff to the beach and unload car directly into condo). Also no dining table and chairs to eat meals or play games, although there is a kitchen bar with stools and a coffee table in the living room. Dunkin’ Donuts and fractured prune (and many other places right across the street/ walking distance) and beach is steps away. Really can’t beat the location. And condo was very nice/home-like and Greg (host) was the best.

From the moment we booked this rental, Greg was communicative and helping us with logistics. The property is very modern with a lovely kitchen, clean bedrooms and bathrooms, and immediate access to the beach. It had everything we needed for a long weekend including extra towels, games, and more, with Greg just a call away if we were missing anything. Highly recommend!

Property was right on the beach and near all the good restaurants and bars like Fagers, Mackys, and Seacrets. Owner is very responsive and helpful.

Property was great for a long weekend. It was clean and there was more than enough room. There is not a dining room table, however, that did not affect our stay. We did have trouble figuring out how to adjust the water temp in the bathroom shower,. The knobs just seemed off or something. Also the shower liner did not work and we had water all over the floor after every shower. Bathroom not connected to master could just use an update. We only had 2 washclothes for 6 people but Greg made sure to get us some right away! The dishwasher broke right before our stay and he was very communicative about the issue and that a repair man would be stopping as well as him and also provided us some paper plates and cups so we had less to wash. Overall it was a great stay and i would stay again.

We had a great stay. The location was far from the main drag and craziness of ocean city but there was still plenty to do. The location is steps away from the beach, which is great when you have kiddos. Everything was great. We enjoyed our stay and could even see fireworks from our bedroom on the first night!
The binder by the TV is helpful too and full of suggestions. Thank you!

This rental is on the ground floor of a condominium property and is right next to a beach access path which we found to be extremely convenient for getting onto and off of the beach. The kitchen is amply stocked with pots and pans for cooking meals, and the presence of two parking spaces was nice as well. Greg was also a very communicative and helpful property owner who made us feel at home. I would highly recommend this rental for anyone who wants to spend plenty of time at the beach during their stay!

Wonderful condo
The entire process was seamless. Greg was a fantastic host-very responsive and helpful making recommendations for dinner! The condo was immaculate and well stocked with everything you would need! Location was perfect -close to great restaurants and right on beach. View was of the dunes and was so quiet and peacefully. Condo was In the middle of everything yet felt secluded! Great stay! We loved it there

Greg's condo is AMAZING! It is conveniently close to all midtown hot spots for adults and families. Just steps away from the beach and even if you just want to stay in for the day, the condo is very comfortable and is well equipped with anything you may possibly need. It is very well maintained and we look forward to our next stay!

Great, comfortable stay!
We visited Ocean City for 3 nights early June. We were in contact with Greg before we left and during. He was available if needed and checked to make sure we had arrived and everything was ready to go which we really appreciated. The condo was clean, stocked with everything you would need in the kitchen and we were impressed with how updated it was. The entire time we stayed it was quiet and safe. We loved how close it was to the beach and Greg had lots of beach items we were able to make use of! Loved the fact that we could do a load of laundry before leaving! The beds were so comfortable and we just couldn't believe how much space was in the condo! We also really liked that Greg left us a binder with information including places to eat, visit and see. We would definitely rent here again!

We didn't cook except for coffee and warming up some leftovers we had at a local restaurant, but there were plenty of supplies if we had wanted to. Having the clothes washer and dryer available was perfect. We were able to wash our wet beach clothes and towels to avoid traveling with wet clothes. The dunes in front of the porch was described in the listing so we were not surprised that we couldn't see the water, but it actually turned out to be better because we felt a sense of privacy when sitting out there rather than have people on the beach watching us. The very short walk to the beach was also a huge plus. I'd stay again and plan to!
