This home is beautiful and well appointed. Lovely kitchen, clean bathroom and rest of the house. Comfy couches, great yard! Overall, just a really lovely property. It can be a challenge to find a property that allows dogs, but this listing allowed me to bring my two small pups and the yard was enclosed, so a great space for them too. The neighborhood was good for walking and my girls were entertained by the goings on on the street while watching through the front window and in the front courtyard. The host, Tim, was very helpful and accessible. The street the home is on is a bit busy for a suburbanite, but these folks have put a lot of thought and care into this place and even had a sound machine in the main bedroom. The notes on the cabinets describing contents, which was helpful. This house felt more a home than just a rental property The email to access the property was very detailed and accurate and I used it often (until it somehow got lost in cyberspace and I had to text Tim for some of this info). We felt very at home in this adorable bungalow with an excellent front and back yard as soon as we arrived. Tim, the property manager, was very attentive, easy to interact with, and friendly. We will absolutely stay again!

We love visiting this cute, quaint beach house! Loving close and easy access to beach and dining in downtown Ventura. We also love the tropical front and backyard landscaping, enjoying our coffee in the mornings outside. Also the host is so great to work with!

Our small family group of 8 had a good time in this charming, yet accommodating property! The backyard lends itself to relaxing and connecting. The kitchen space and appliances were a special surprise in this beach bungalow. We got lucky with perfect California weather. We did have a minor, intermittent issue, however Tim came over to address it promptly! It was a good time for all of family. Thank you Tim & Robin

Everything was lovely and the house is indeed charming and cozy. We especially appreciated the backyard with twinkly lights for evening dinners and meetings.

Over all 5 stars. The only thing that became annoying after multiple times. It was the parking situation. Pulling in and out of the drive way could be a bit hectic during business hours. Other than that. The place and the host are great. I for sure be back here.
