Au niveau de la rue, vous trouverez un arbre bordée cour unique avec des restaurants et des boutiques. Alors que le stationnement est fourni ici, tout ce que vous avez vraiment besoin est un vélo pour votre principal mode de transport que vous pouvez marcher ou à vélo partout de Duval Square. Perfect location, nice comfortable unit, property manager on cite and could not have been more helpful and friendly. She made check in and check out a breeze.

This great 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath unit is just south of central Duval street. This means that everything, and I mean everything, on the West side of Key West is within walking distance. Hemmingway house, and the light house are right next door. Better than Sex is a glorious Dessert place right next door as well (make reservations!). Southern most point is 10-15 minute easy walk. Mallory Square at the other end is about 20-25 minute easy walk. The rental company was fantastic for communication in getting us settled in. And you have your own dedicated parking space in a covered garage so no parking hassles at all. The unit is above a retail spot that is low key and quiet but has multiple restaurants, a CVS around the corner, and a circle K as well if you need something fast. We couldn't have hoped for more.

This is a great location just steps from Duval Street. The condo is spacious with a huge main bedroom. I loved having both bedrooms upstairs. Parking was convenient and secure.

My husband and adult son stayed here the week of July 4th. It is in a great location with shoot and restaurants within walking distance. We could walk to the pier at the end of White Strret (about 1 mile) to see the fireworks up close. We have two complaints: no bath soap provided and somewhat uncomfortable beds and bedding. It is beautifully decorated and comfortable otherwise.
I would recommend this place for its location and space, but don’t forget to bring bath soap!

We flew in on a morning flight and the property manager arranged for our condo to be ready early, and since we had an afternoon flight we were able to arrange a noon checkout by simply starting the laundry process for towels.
Check in was easy and only required we pickup our keys from a secure mailbox with our name on a label and checkout even more simple. We just left the keys on the dining room table.
Our lights were on to welcome our arrival as was the chilly air conditioner on both levels.
We loved the colorful and interesting decor and think you will too.
Gated entry that requires a key made us feel safe.
We had an issue with finding ESPN after hours and after one quick call they talked us through what to do (required unplugging the cable box) however we loved being able to call someone for immediate help.

This property was perfect for our stay. On the quiet end of Duval Street we still had fine restaurants just out our gate. Scooter rentals, tour booking booths, and upscale shops all within our block. Hemingway House and other sightseeing stops within walking distance. The property itself was well maintained, comfortable, and quiet. We enjoyed our first experience with Vbro and Key West!

Great selection of restaurants within walking distance. Property owners were attentive to what few questions we happened to have. I would stay here again!

The condo was dated in its decor and functionality. The kitchen needs to be replenished, especially the utensils. There was limited storage for food in the cabinets.
The chairs in the living room were old and uncomfortable seating.
The second bedroom could be more functional: there is chest on an angle in the corner of the bedroom that was only decorative and not usable for storage. The TV was on a shelf in the closet. The paint in the bathroom was peeling.
The pool in the complex is very small and shallow (deepest end is 4.5 feet), which makes the water very warm and not refreshing on a hot day.
Overall the condo served its overall purpose and its location was fine, but we were disappointed for the reasons mentioned above. It was overpriced for what we got in return.

Great location. Walking distance to pretty much anything. Duvall Street is a must see with great restaurants and bars. Key West is a bucket list. The property management group was first class. We would definitely rent from them again.

Would definitely stay here again. Location was perfect. Far enough to be quiet at all times, but close enough to walk to just about anywhere you want to go. The property is immaculate and had everything we needed.

The 2 bedroom, 2 and 1/2 bath was very clean and spacious! There was an abundance of paper products and bath towels in both bathrooms! The decor is very interesting.... an African theme! Overall, it was a great property to rent!

This location and property was ideal for our family and visit. The townhome was clean, well organized, and all items were in working order. The check in process was a bit challenging. Specifically, the management company did not have the after hours lock box with keys stocked. Additionally, it would have been an added benefit to have some accoutrements available like small soap, shampoo, and coffee. The WI-FI was great. Overall a home run. We will definitely choose this location and servicing company again. With a few minor tweaks this will be an across the board 5 star rating. Nice job!

We were so pleased with the condo. It was so close to everything but quiet. The pool and the view of Duvall was also great!

Great location.
The only issue we had was the main bathtub not draining for the first 2 days. We called the office on the second day of our stay late Friday afternoon and no one ended up coming out to fix the issue. We left Monday late morning.
Luckily, we figured it out anyway after messing around with the drain system more. The location of this place js great and near the quieter end lf Duval. Everything within walking/biking distance. The place wasn't spotless, but clean enough. We would stay here again.

Very comfortable and spacious, more than I expected. Great location, restaurants and bars near by. Great A/C, Pool was great. Only complaint is courtyard furniture legs/feet rusted out and door to courtyard/patio was extremely hard to open and close. Elevator and stairs available. Otherwise, PERFECTION!

Couldn’t ask for a better location.
Overall, kitchen was well equipped with the exception of wine glasses and opener.
AC unit in master noisy. Central air seemed inefficient.

We would definitely stay at this location again. The location is convenient, pool area is wonderful. The Italian restaurant right next door is one of our favorites! The extra bedroom is very small and can be difficult to maneuver if you are staying for a long time. That would be the only concern which is minor. We will check into staying here again next year.

Perfect for us
I've stayed at several different rental units in Key West over the past few years and this was our favorite. The location couldn't have been better as we could walk all over town just stepping right onto Duval St. We could be at several beach areas within minutes not to mention great restaurants and bars right next door.Is right downtown but far enough back off Duval that noise was not an issue.
The condo was clean and spacious to come back to and spread out and relax. The balcony areas were nice and all appliances worked perfectly.
We plan to return, only stay longer next time !

Great time, great weather, great location, and great property
The condo was as advertised and represented in the advertising. Relatively spacious and well equipped. People were very responsive to any questions and concerns.

The AC was out before we checked in and it made the entire unit smell HORRIBLE! We had to report this twice before they sent someone to fix it. We had to buy candles and air freshener just to tolerate the stagnant smell for the first 3-4 days. Also had a clogged toilet and they said they would send someone to fix. 4-5 hours later, still nobody so I went to the maintenance place in the parking garage. I borrowed a plunger and fixed it myself. Each unit should have a plunger in it at the very least! Overall, maintenance response time was slow.
