La chambre principale a un lit queen size et une salle de bain privée. La deuxième chambre a deux lits jumeaux avec une salle de bain privée.

La cuisine moderne entièrement équipée comprend une cuisinière et un four, un lave-vaisselle, un réfrigérateur avec une machine à glaçons et un salon spacieux avec deux canapés-lits menant à des lits d'appoint. . Il y a une terrasse surplombant la piscine. Climatisation centrale, accès Internet sans fil illimité, appels locaux et serviettes fraîches tous les jours, enlèvement des déchets avec nettoyage en milieu de semaine fourni gratuitement.

Le Jasmine Villa est situé au milieu de jardins paysagers tropicaux, au bord de la piscine située au centre. Il y a un accès à la plage depuis la villa, qui se trouve à quelques pas de notre plage privée sur l'océan Atlantique. Notre rue est une "étroite" route résidentielle sablonneuse non commerciale. Ce n'est pas une route de tarif fréquentée ou profonde et des impasses dans un cul-de-sac. Il n'y a que 7 autres maisons d'habitation sur elle. Vous ne verrez peut-être pas plus de 10 à 15 autres voitures en un jour. Vous traverseriez la route étroite pour aller "à travers notre propre propriété directe en bord de mer". Un chemin et une allée de patio en pierre exclusifs ont été construits pour vous permettre de marcher le long de notre végétation luxuriante des Caraïbes. La promenade le long de ce sentier est tranquille et longue de 150 pieds et vous mène directement à notre belle plage et à l’océan Atlantique. Une fois que vous arrivez, vous trouverez des chaises longues, des chaises et des tables donnant sur la plage et l'océan pour que vous puissiez les utiliser à votre guise. Étant donné que le salon de la villa Jasmine dispose de 2 canapés-lits qui peuvent être ouverts et devenir des lits d'appoint, la villa peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes.

We had a FANTASTIC time!! The location was great, lovely beach access and the house was perfect for our group. If one needs 3 separate bedrooms this is just 2 bedrooms and a living space (which sleeps 4). Would highly recommend getting a car. Explored the beaches: Taylor, Sapodilla and Long Bay. All beautiful!! We went snorkeling with Island Vibes which was also excellent!! Favorite food stops: Coco Van ( rec fish tacos, macaroni and cheese balls and churros), Caicos Bakery, Bugaloos (can dine right on the sand). We heard the glass bottom kayaks were amazing and had signed up but got canceled due to the tides. Only recommendations would be for the villa to provide portable beach chairs to take to the other beaches but that’s it. We’d definitely come back!!

The property is in a lovely setting and true to description just a quick walk to the beach. Our party felt like we were in a very good location to other beaches, shopping and grocery stores. We grocery shopped at IGA and could find everything we needed - be prepared as groceries are a bit higher than what they seem in states- however it wasn't like sticker shock. Had a great time with friends at this property.

This property is very near Smith’s reef where my family snorkeled with sea turtles and lots of other marine life. The private beach is beautiful with clear turquoise water and a long stretch of sandy beach. Luz, the concierge, was absolutely delightful and takes great pride in the property! Property is exactly as pictured. The outdoor space looks out over lush greenery. I would have enjoyed a fan on the patio to make the space more comfortable. Note that the washing machine is not IN the unit, but is located near the pool and shared by the other units. With the humidity so high on the island, we found that clothes did not dry fully on the clothesline. Luz did offer to put our clothes in her dryer, but we did not want to impose. Next time we know to bring more clothes so as not to rely on doing laundry. The beds were very comfortable, and the A/C worked very well. Overall, this is a great property, and we would absolutely stay here again! We are already looking at dates for a return trip!

This is our second time at jasmine villa and everything was wonderful once again. The house manager Luz is a sweet woman who is super kind and helpful. The owners response to any questions we had was prompt and accommodating. The wrap around enclosed porch has dining and also chairs that allowed us to dine outside and relax for happy hour. It’s very spacious and clean. We rode the bikes to the hotels/shopping area, smith’s reef, and to the harbor. So fun and functional. Kids swam in the pool at night and grilled us dinner. We didn’t use the kayaks but was surprised how many there were available. We walked to dinner every night, walked to chartered fishing excursion, walked to scooter Bobs rental car to explore island a few days. The beach is private and pristine and a great reef for snorkeling is literally right in front of beach chairs. The beach is right across the street and is short pleasant walk on path. I want to go back now and I know we will again. Highly recommend!!!

Our first stay at this villa, and we had a wonderful week. Our party was 6, with 2 teens, who slept on the huge pull out sofas. Nice and close to the beach, one surprise was that there is a beautiful reef about 150 yards directly off shore. A real plus! The villa is clean, well maintained and spacious, the grounds are meticulously kept. This is a place to recommend and return to. Which we will. One request: Since we were here in summer, the gorgeous porch was practically unusable. If would be nice if there were a ceiling fan over the sitting area and another over the table. Thanks for a great week!

Our stay at the Jasmine Villa was beyond our expectations. There are many complimentary reviews, but until you have the experience yourself, you are always unsure. We stayed in Jasmine Nov. 16th through the 23rd, right before Thanksgiving. Although it was probably a busier week than most, preceding Thanksgiving, the privacy and solitude did not disappoint. Chris and Sarah were very responsive to all of our questions leading up to our vacation. Our family of five, (parents, 19, 17, and 14 y.o) were impressed with everything the Jasmine Villa had to offer. All of our kids indicated it was the best vacation we have ever taken. The pictures online do not do the Villas justice. They are beautifully appointed, updated, and quite large. The screened in, wrap-around porch with sliding glass doors was by far the best feature. We drank our coffee and ate breakfast and lunch on the porch overlooking the beautifully manicured property every day. We opened the sliding glass doors every morning to enjoy the wonderful breeze. The air conditioning worked very well all throughout the unit. Luz and Ray are incredible and met all of our needs, in addition to the needs we didn't know we had. The daily cleaning with fresh towels was the perfect touch. Ray was also very helpful making reservations for activities and recommending restaurants. The pools and Beach were private and amazing. The beach is a short, easy walk. The ocean had rock free, fine sand. We found the restaurants in Turtle Cove the best on the island. No need to leave! The escape these Villas provided our family was unsurpassed. We can not wait to return again and again.

We loved this place SO much! Lynn checked us in and was right there to greet us when we arrived. The place was spotless and so much bigger than in the photos. We loved the large, well appointed kitchen that enabled us to cook up a big breakfast every morning and enjoy it on the screened in porch. It is not an ocean view but the palms and all of the wonderful birds singing made the morning so peaceful. The beds were very comfortable and it is very quiet as the road is a dead end. The beach was a very easy stroll across the street down a little path. Beach chairs and umbrellas gave us plenty of shade. The reef in front of the chairs is good but you have to swim out a bit to get to it. The water was so clear we could see sting rays gliding by. The TV is a smart TV so in the evenings we caught up on our cooking shows and some Netflix movies. Luce and Joe were very busy that week putting together around 12 new bikes (both adult and children’s with training wheels). They are super nice. New Kayaks also arrived. We used the old Kayaks and the launch spot from the villa is just perfect. You can stay in the channel and go down to the marina and scope out the Osprey in her nest. The pool is so clean and we spent a lot of time playing games down by the pool. So close to lots of good places to eat. Da Conch has music on Sunday at 1pm. Great grouper. Coco Bistro and Mango Reef and Las Brisas were our other fancier favorites. The best through was the grouper Reuben at SharkBites Easy to walk to Mango and Sharkbites. We can’t wait to come back!!!!

My husband and I usually stay at resorts when traveling out of county, but this time we decided to rent a villa, well I did. It was a fabulous decision! The property is very tranquil, allowing you to escape the madness of the world, and it is a VERY SHORT walk along a lovely path to the amazing turquoise hues of the ocean. The beach felt wonderfully secluded, and small reefs, with beautiful marine life, can be found just a few feet into the water. This little piece of paradise will not disappoint!

Absolutely super! Everything is so well managed it was almost like being at a full-service resort. Luz (pronounced like Lucy without the y) is more like an ambassador and obviously very proud of how she and her team take care of the villas. The grounds are very well kept and cleaned daily, the beach is steps away, the villas are impeccably clean and well appointed. The pool is clean and offers both sunny and shady areas. Also steps away on a level walk are the bars and restaurants of Turtle Cove. Groceries and other staples are a short drive away. These are not brand new units, but they are very well maintained and in very good working order. The Jasmine villa is upstairs with an amazing screened-in verandah with dining and sitting spaces and sliding doors that open up on two walls to the rest of the villa. We were able leave the house open and let the trade winds cool the space. The bedrooms are separately air conditioned so we were very comfortable at night too. The beds were very comfortable and linens of good quality. There are two en-suite washrooms. The Magnolia villa is on the ground level and, very handily right off the pool deck. It is a good size and easily accessible with two large nicely appointed washrooms right next to each of the bedrooms but easily accessible. The only minor drawback is that the WiFi can be somewhat limited outside of your villa. We loved it so much we are planning a return trip.

We booked this villa based on the location and the need for 3 bedrooms. The listing stated 3 bedrooms that sleeps 6-8. There are only 2 bedrooms and 2 pull out couches in the living room in Jasmine Villa. We had three couples in our party. At the last minute, one couple tested positive for COVID and could not join us. I don't know what we would have done if they had been there. I thought I was losing it and just made it mistake. I went back and looked at it and did a screen shot to prove to the rest of our crew that it did indeed say 3 bedrooms. The villa is great, spacious, clean, with easy access to a super quiet beautiful beach. We loved it. BUT, it is a 2 bedroom villa, not a 3 bedroom as listed.

My two teens and I loved the location of this villa and the short walk to the beach. It felt like our own private beach. We also loved how the glass doors open completely on two sides of the house to the porch, giving the house a wonderful breeze and connection to outside. A/C was available if it got too hot, and lots of fans. The central location on the Island, away from high rise hotels was perfect. I highly recommend this villa and the lovely people who take care of it.

If you want your own private beach (and I mean beautiful, mesmerizing slice of Heaven beach), this is the place for you! Short, easy walk to the beach. No crowds. No fighting for a beach chair. No looking out in the water and seeing a hundred people. Just you! Perfect snorkeling opportunities on your own beach. You can snorkel down a little ways (towards the canal opening) and another great reef to see turtles and lots of fish! And, again, you are not swimming with a hundred people to snorkel….Heaven! We were a family of five adults. We stayed in the Jasmine Villa. We loved it! It had everything we needed from a beach cooler to wine opener. There are bicycles to use along with kayaks. We did not utilize the pools because the ocean was like a pool as far as clearness and warmth. The villa had a screened-in 180 degree porch that we used each day to relax and enjoy the scenery. We rarely saw/heard a car on the road. We never heard sirens or barking dogs. Just nice and quiet! We did not rent a car because we did not want the headache of driving on the left so we took a taxi to the places we wanted to visit or we walked. We did walk the beach a few times to the commercialized part of Grace Bay. And all you need to do is see all the crowds by the big hotels that will make you so thankful you are staying away from them. Each hotel has their part of the ocean roped off. Each hotel has loads of people sitting in their beach chairs literally on top of each other. We were so thankful that we were staying away from them and on our own little beach. The staff at the villas are wonderful. Everyone was so accommodating and friendly. They helped in every way we asked them. Luz, the housekeeper, went above/beyond and we are so appreciative! We messaged the owners on a few occasions for guidance and they always got back to us immediately with great advice/info. I cannot speak enough on how great everyone was! Bottom line: we are already planning our return and will not be staying anywhere except here! The only thing I will do differently the next visit is I will utilize their getting groceries for us before arrival (especially since we do not like to rent cars but walk/bike everywhere). And I forgot to pack sunscreen….bring lots of sunscreen for this vacation. LOVED THIS PLACE AND LOVED THE ISLAND!

I had good expectations of our stay at Jasmine Villa and everything was exceeded. It a very nice quiet part of the island and if you have a car you can access everything else very easily. Our housekeeer Luz was so friendly and our place was kept spotless everyday. It’s a very short and pretty walk to the beach, which is every picture you see on line… impossibly blue water, white silky sands and healthy coral reefs there. Pols we’re clean and well maintained. It was just 3 of us and the 1200 square feet with a well tooled kitchen was more than enough room for comfort and to spread out. I highly recommend staying here… it’s a great value for a great experience.

The property was beautiful and a great location. We loved the beach access and the availability of plenty of beach chairs. We enjoyed the pools as well. Luz, the property manager was great. She was easily accessible and very helpful. The only “concerns” we had, although that is somewhat of an overstatement, was the bedroom situation. This property is listed as a three-bedroom, but the third “bedroom” is actually the living room. There were no curtains on our villa, so there was no privacy or ability to block out the light for the teenage kids sleeping in the living room. The number of beds available was represented accurately, but not the bedroom situation. Also, we had some travel hiccups and a little bit of difficulty finding the property when we initially got to Providenciales. I reached out three different times to the owners via the email contact on the VRBO app and never got a response from them. Overall, we would definitely stay here again, but I just wanted to list those couple of issues.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Jasmine Villa offered by Chris and Sarah. The accommodations were very nice for the 4 of us. The villa was cleaned or straightened each day with a great attitude. All communications were returned promptly. The property is set up just across the street from the beach and it is a short walk to a very private beach for the guests of the villas. There is not a view of the ocean from the villas, but the property is very beautiful. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic stay at the Grace Bay Beach Villa- Jasmine Villa. We loved the location, just a short walk to the beach. Quiet road, the grounds were beautiful and well maintained.. would have been nice to be informed before arriving the snorkels were not available for use so we could bring our own. Luz, the housekeeper was wonderful, kitchen was nicely stocked with bare essentials for cooking breakfast. Beds were made daily and floors cleaned and mopped while we were there several times. Loved the screened in porch- best feature of the villa.
