Grand terrain avec clôture blanche de la vie privée, barbecue et nouvelle table poly pour 8. douche extérieure privée. Très grand garage 1. 5 de voiture avec des jouets de plage et une salle pour vos affaires supplémentaire. Stationnement hors rue pour 3 voitures supplémentaires. 4 chambres plus gigogne et jour lit supplémentaire dans le bureau / den. Vos enfants peuvent aller à la plage sans avoir à traverser une rue.

The host was helpful and responsive. We had a good vacation. Short drive to the places we heard were best (Fantasy Island area). Felt safe in the neighborhood. Would stay there again.

Perfect Family Getaway
Stayed here for a family vacation with my parents and 1 year old son. Property was perfect - so close to the beach and plenty of room for everyone. Having a crib and changing table in one of the bedrooms was a huge help! Thank you!

The property location was ideal for all in the house. Short walk to the beach, yet accessible to LBI Blvd & goods if needed. Would definitely recommend this property!

The location of this property is perfect—short walk to the beach without crossing a road and bikeable to many restaurants, the ACME and Skipper Dipper, which is clutch with kids. The space worked for our extended family from grandparents to elementary age kids without feeling like we were cramped. This house also comes well stocked—lots of good beach chairs, an assortment of bikes for several age ranges, a beach wagon for hauling gear, cleaning supplies. The house was clean, the beds comfortable, and is true to the photos posted online. One thing of note is that the room listed as a Den does have several beds as stated but does not have a door—great for teenagers who can sleep through anything. Michael and Paula were also easy to communicate with.

Great location, although lots of construction on street during our stay. Everyone loved the roof top deck. Beach was wide and not very crowded.

Exactly as advertised. Love the short walk to the quiet beach. Rooftop views of both bay and ocean. A room with a crib for the little one. Even a beach cart in the garage to bring all the toys to/from the beach!

Wonderful vacation!
House was great for our two families with teenagers. Plenty of space for all. Great location which is near the beach, grocery store, and restaurants. Lots to do in the area. Owner was very responsive and helpful.

Perfect for Families
We stayed in Sept 2018 and loved the property! Lots of rooms and a great living area to socialize. The short walk to the beach was convenient and we did that daily! There is a lot of access to shopping and food and we took short day trips around LBI and other beach towns.

Very nice, excellent location!
We had a very nice experience. It is just 4 houses from the beach, and in an area that is quieter than other parts of the island, so the beach was never crowded. The baby room with a crib and changing table was an excellent standout feature. All the rooms were nice and comfortable. And a good ice cream place and supermarket within walking distance. Excellent for families!

First time in LBI
Beautiful home 4 houses from the beach with a roof top deck for the sunsets on the bay. Plenty of space and bathrooms! The home is away from the hustle and bustle of the Main Street and perfectly queit-although we were there the week before the season opened. Highly recommended location with wonderful owners. Would stay again.

Lillie By the Sea Review
We enjoyed the home very much - nice quiet neighborhood and close to the beach. All the amenities were great. We enjoyed the roof top deck, both in the AM for sunrise and in the PM for sunset. The weather was amazing, never had any rain the entire week. The home was very comfortable for all of us, plenty of room to spread out. We will visit again.

Spectacular week at the beach
We recently rented this house for a week with another couple. Everything was perfect, from the layout of the house, the amazing roof deck, fully stocked kitchen and proximity to the beach. We would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing time at the beach. Mike and Paula were accommodating in every way.

The best location and for families with kids
This house was perfect for my family - we have an infant and a toddler so having a crib and changing table in the house was so convenient. The bathrooms and finishings are really nice and updated and the kitchen was great to cook in. The beds are very comfortable - something you don't really see in rental properties. The roofdeck was probably the best part about the house - really nice to hang out and have a drink after the kiddos went to sleep.
The only tiny drawback was that it's a late check in (4p) and early check out (10a) compared to other rentals. But it was fine for me since it coincided perfectly with car naps.

Very nice, well equipped house in a fantastic location.
This is a wonderful home and is a half a block to the beach. For a family with young children it was terrific to have a crib and high chair already there; it made packing much easier.
The owner's were very helpful.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Can't beat the beach block
Our vacation consisted of two couples with 2 infants and this house was absolutely perfect. Not only is there a crib and changing table and more than enough beds, it is only a few houses down from the beach! Much needed when you need to haul down a virtual truckload of beach chairs, tents, towels, toys, diapers and bottles.
Thank you to the owners for their hospitality of sharing their home, beach tags, beach chairs, and bikes!

Beautiful house! Perfect family vacation spot!
House is stunning. Spent every evening on large rooftop enjoying sunsets. Amazing views of both ocean and bay from rooftop. Ocean views from most rooms in house. Very short walk to beach. Beach is fantastic. Grill in backyard worked very well. Used several chairs and an umbrella from spacious garage. Outdoor shower so nice. Many extra blankets and pillows. Bathrooms beautifully tiled. Stunning open floor plan kitchen, family and dining room. Used gorgeous table for 8 many meals. Kitchen fully stocked. Drip coffee maker here. Filters in cabinet. Walking distance to Jersey Girl Restaurant. Owners were very kind, helpful and accommodating.

Great house - amazing views - steps to the beach
Our family of four spent a week in July at this house, it is a beautiful place only a few houses from the beach on a quiet street. The views from the roof top deck are amazing we watched the sun rise in the morning over the ocean and set over the bay in the evening or if we did not make it to the roof you can see the ocean from the kitchen. It is a short walk to the Skipper dipper for ice cream or Jersey Girl for coffee. The house is very well equipped for your needs including beach wagon, chairs umbrellas but also other items such as bed rails for small children. It was really a great place to stay for a family and when we return to LBI will stay here again.

Terrific place on LBI for family stay
This was a great house that was perfect for an extended family stay. Just a few houses from the beach, good supply of beach amenities as well as several bikes if needed. Close to stores and several restaurants as well. The roof decks were very nice and great views of the ocean, if it was warmer during our stay we would have certainly spent more time out there. For those who need to keep tabs on work or personal matters, the wi-fi was *very* fast.
Finally, the owner was very helpful and communicative in dealing with some logistics on our stay, so all-in-all an A+ stay.

Excellent vacation
House is perfect for a families. This was our second stay in the house and it was just as good as the first time. Very close to the beach, plenty of chairs and stuff to take to the beach. Also the Acme is 4 blocks away and it makes life so easy when you need to grab food.
House is a great set up. Little kids and all. Watched the sun set from the roof every night.
Highly recommend.

Nice house with great sunsets and only 1/2 block to beach! Close to Acme & Skipper Dipper, which is always a bonus! Plenty of room for our whole family!
