Cet appartement spacieux au premier étage est situé au cœur de Keswick et a été joliment décoré et confortablement meublé. Seulement deux minutes à pied de la place du marché, il offre une vue magnifique sur Latrigg et Skiddaw et constitue un point de départ idéal pour profiter de Keswick et des lacs du Nord. Toutes les commodités de cette charmante ville se trouvent à proximité, notamment le théâtre, le cinéma, les musées, les parcs, les magasins, les pubs, les restaurants et un bassin de loisir. Il y a de bonnes liaisons de bus vers Borrowdale, Ambleside et Penrith. Boutique et pub à 100 mètres, restaurant à 20 mètres.

Salon: Avec TV et DVD.
Cuisine / salle à manger: Avec four électrique et plaques chauffantes, réfrigérateur, congélateur, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge et micro-ondes.
Chambre 1: avec lit king size et salle de bains avec cabine de douche et toilettes.
Chambre 2: Avec deux lits jumeaux.
Salle de bains avec baignoire-douche et WC
Chauffage central au gaz, fuel, draps et linge de toilette inclus. Lit bébé disponible. Wi-Fi disponible. Permis de stationnement pour un parking à proximité.
Veuillez noter que notre bureau de Keswick, situé en dessous de Brundholme, subit une réimprégnation à partir du 18 avril 2016 pour une durée d'environ 5 semaines.
La rampe / balustrade a une hauteur de 75 cm. Lit bébé louer 10 £. 00. Une déclaration d'accès est disponible pour cette propriété. Si nécessaire, appelez le 01228 599 950. VEUILLEZ NOTER-Les tests d’alarme incendie seront effectués à 11 heures tous les lundis. Cela durera environ 30 secondes et aucune action n'est requise.

We have stayed here many times , when we open the door we feel “at home”.
Love the space and the view from the living room of Skiddaw and the surrounding mountains.
The location could not be better, the new double glazed windows are a welcome addition, to the noise and heat insulation.
Another fantastic week help by glorious weather.

We come up to the lakes every year and have stayed at Brundholme for at least the last seven years
We come up to the lakes every year and have stayed at Brundholme for at least the last seven years (We have already booked again for next year). We love its location in the centre of Keswick and although it doesn't have on site parking the car park permit system works well and the car park is just a short walk down the road. Yes there are things we would change and it would benefit from a little updating but for us it is like putting on an old pair of slippers. The moment we arrive we can relax and enjoy everything the Lakes and Keswick has to offer.

Flat clean and spacious, lovely views from lounge window, larger than normally shower in on suite, only niggle was the off putting conditions of front door and entrance bit scruffy and a bit smelly but once inside flat everything was fine and we would use again

An excellent apartment, well resourced, central in Keswick, spacious and light also. I imagine it could be quite noisy at peak times, but we came in March and found it to be a perfect choice.
