We enjoyed our stay. The place was nice and comfort.
The apartment is located near the Ploshcha Rynok, it's literally 5 minutes by foot.

Best location. Not so noisy as Market Square and still in 2 minutes of walking to it.
Beatiful Armenian cathedral is near by as well as variety of restaraunts just outside the building.
Not enough toiletries. Hot water temperature could be a bit higher.

Location is great for sightseeing
To enter the building you have to go through cafe terrace which is very inconvenient when you carry bags.
There is a smell of the damp in the bathroom because of bad ventilation. Also when you take a shower water is leaking from the bottom of the door. Guests are provided with just one midsized towel, no hand nor foot towel provided.
No tea or coffee in the kitchen.
