This property was perfect for our group of 5 adults and one teenager. Location was ideal with a short stroll to the beach and to the old town. We would definitely stay there again. The patio was a great bonus as most rooms we looked at only had small or no balconies. Facilities were great with washing machine and dryer and space to hang washing.
Can't think of any negatives.

Everything! The beds were very comfortable, there was plenty of space for the six of us, everything was very clean, the apartment is in the perfect location to be able to walk everywhere, and the hosts were incredible!

Spacious, clean and such a wonderful property. Location is also perfect. Everything you need is around the corner. Parking also nearby. Ines and her husband are the kindest hosts. I will always book this property when I visit San Sebastián.

Location was perfect very central to everything. Apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. The Host (Ines), greeted us at the apartment and was available on the phone if we needed anything (we didn't) will definitely return loved it!!

The apartment is well equipped, bright and spotlessly clean. Ines is a great host. She speaks good English, greeted us at the apartment and her communication before and during the stay was excellent. The appartement is well placed for La Concha beach, the shopping district and restaurants, bars etc.
My comment relates to San Sebastian and not the appartement itself.The closest parking is at San Martin which is in the shopping centre and is 2 minutes away on foot. This costs about 27/28€ per 24 hours. We were made fully aware of this prior to our stay so budgeted for this as part of our stay. It is worth noting though that San Sebastian is a town best discovered on foot and is difficult to drive around so avoid bringing a car unless you have to.

The apartment is large, well furnished, and in a great location. The hosts are friendly, helpful, quick to respond and accommodating with the requests we made. Overall a wonderful experience.

the apartment was amazing!! such an incredible location, extremely clean, spacious and had everything we needed. there was also a cute patio set up which we wish we could’ve had more time to enjoy but our trip was so short. it was also great that we had air conditioning, something we didn’t find at our other locations.

the location was ideal for visiting the city. The owner was not only accommodating but helpful and kind with recommendations for restaurants, supermarkets and things to do in the city. The apartment was clean and comfortable and perfect for our stay!

Well furnished and comfortable apartment. Amazing location. Super friendly and helpful hosts. Has everything you need for any length of trip.
Upstairs neighbours are very loud and/or the ceilings are very thin - can hear snoring from one of the bedrooms as if they're sharing the room with you

Ines and her husband were so charming and responsive. We were delighted by the apartment and all of it's amenities- spacious kitchen, lovely terrace off the back, and the comfortable living space. The location is wonderful with great shopping all around, good food choices, and a nice stroll to the the beach and the Pintxos of Old Town. We would definitely like to plan a return stay!

Spacious, terrace, helpful host
Having only one shower/bathroom between 6 adults is not great. Bedroom on the main road is noisy, also would be great to have a mirror here with a dressing table, there is enough room.
Would also be great to have lamps in the living room for ambience

This place is Amazing, with just a 2 minute walk to the beach… this city is also superb. The host was so kind and helped us out with everything and Made a Nice reservation in a restaurant. Perfect stay really!!!!thanks

This apartment is centrally located in San Sebastian. Only 2-3 minutes walk from the beach, grocery and shopping is less that 1 minute, this stay was perfect.
We traveled as a family of 6 along with a baby and the host went way above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. From assisting with checking in, providing some amenities for the family, and diligently responding to our needs. The attention to details was perfection.
Highly recommend URBIETA CENTRO and will be the only place we stay when in San Sebastian.
