Situé à Nevada City, ce attractif copropriété pour 134 € par nuit est un fantastique choix pour votre prochain voyage Ce studio de jardin a été mis à jour avec un nouveau plancher, matelas Beautyrest sur un lit de taille normale pour un maximum de deux invités, d'une baignoire sur pied rénové avec douche, télévision à écran plat avec DirectTV, wifi, et un coin salon serein en dehors de sa porte d'entrée . Aussi, nous avons un grand parking sur place, très important car il est presque impossible de se garer en ville pendant tout des événements très populaires de Nevada City. La propriété est entourée par de hautes séquoia rouge arbres de bois et aménagement paysager mature.

This tiny apartment was absolutely perfect for my weekend stay in Nevada City!
It is surrounded by trees and flowers. The only noise I heard was birds singing in the trees and maybe distant traffic sounds. I didn't even hear neighbors. I can't even properly express how completely peaceful it was.
The little apartment was exceptionally clean and tidy. The decor was minimal, tasteful, and peaceful.
Finding the entrance was a bit of a challenge. The street number was not easily seen from the road. Google Maps told me that I arrived, so I set out looking. It is located down the side of the house, a bit hidden, which made it challenging to locate. But what makes it challenging, also makes it private and peaceful.
Just a caution... there are many little steps to access this apartment and the toilet is very low to the ground. This was not an issue for me, but a caution to those who have mobility issues.
If you are considering a time in Nevada City, this is a fantastic place to stay!

Property is beautiful. Very difficult to find because there are no house numbers. Called host who was very helpful. At night the studio is very dimly lit, plenty of light fixtures but all are very dim. The light in bathroom is the only bright light. Difficult to read at night. The TV did not work but the wifi was great. At night from 7:30 to about 11:15 there was a lot of walking around upstairs, which was a nuisance for both me and my dog. There was a large fenced yard to the right of the house which I did not know if I had access to, but it was not offered anytime after my arrival. Could have been much better communication form the host. Over all it is a very nice venue it just did not work out for me because of the above reasons. I left having spend one night out of two.

Went to this location and I could not find location. Called host, took over 45 minutes to hear back . I had my 1 year old child and my wife and we were lost in a dark area we knew nothing about. Drove around for about 30 minutes waiting for his call back and mind you I called him over three times and sent message VRBO and a text .
Over 30 minutes not heard back from host. Had to book another location at a near by hotel to secure the safety well-being of my family.
I get a call from host after over 45 minutes telling him the situation. I’m driving to me new booked location since it’s been almost an hour. He Had no sympathy or consideration asked him for a refund and nothing. I wouldn’t recommend if your going with your family to come hear . Host communication was terrible

This private studio was the perfect retreat for a weekend in Nevada City and had every amenity I could ask for. Walking distance from all the shops and restaurants but still very quiet and secluded. The claw-foot tub is phenomenal and the bed was super comfy. Highly recommend!

Magical studio in the heart of Nevada City

Everything beautiful, peaceful and comfortable, from the redwoods we parked between to the claw foot tub to was away the road fatigue. An easy walk down the hill to delicious food, and a short lovely drive to the Yuba River, among other lovely places nearby. We were grateful for the fridge and electric kettle for our morning hot beverages. The bed was cozy and comfortable, and the wifi connected easily.
