Centrally located, excellent view. On site parking, pool, workout center, and more. Friendly service with lots to do just by walking out he door, or 10 minutes from downtown. Thank for the nice well adjusted priced place to stay.

The ocean front room was beautiful and clean. Room has all the conveniences. Appreciated the hotel parking at no extra charge. Plenty of great restaurants and shopping surrounding the building/ hotel! Love the area. Highly Recommend!

Let me start by saying Joe and Debora are great hosts! They provided clear instructions for every part of my check in/stay which made it seamless. The unit was very clean, cute and had an absolutely beautiful view of the sail boats and you can see the rooftop pool. Made it easy to see if there was space to lay and swim. I would 100%recommend anyone to come and stay. Perfect location for some Good eats and drinks or maybe a nice stroll. Thanks again for having us!

Rented this studio for Miami GP and have to say it exceeded expectations. Nice comfortable place with an excellent view. The hosts are the most tennitave hosts I've ever come across. Friendly answered any questions promptly and checked on us several times via message and email to make sure all was smooth and relaxing. Do yourself a favor and rent from them. Can't want for next year to come back

The condo was perfect in every respect. The room was spacious and spotless and had everything we needed. The view is incredible and the manager is the best! We’ve been here before and look forward to returning again and again. The place deserves the highest rating possible, as does the outstanding manager.

The owners/managers were awesome, personable and quick responders. This property is in a PERFECT location with beautiful views and in walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We needed more time to really enjoy this property so we will make this our permanent place to stay when in Miami!!

The property was exactly as described. The view was amazing! We loved waking up to viewing the harbor. It was close to all the destinations we had planned. Joe was a awesome communicator. He was in touch with me a few days before arrival and really made sure I had all the check information I needed. He even sent a personal text to make sure I had received the information after the email was sent. The check in and check out process went smoothly. We had no issues. The property was clean, well appointed, and nicely decorated. We did not cook but there are pots and pans including utensils should one decide to utilize the kitchenette. I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again.

This hotel was very nice and had a great view. It was near everything and right across from the marina with a balcony. The bad part was lack of communication. Check-in was horrible! We called and emailed Joe as well as his property manager and had no answer or responses. The air vent was leaking, still couldn't get ahold of them. He'd send these automatic emails telling us to contact him for issues, problems, etc then NEVER respond. We sent about 10 emails and 3 voicemails and no response.

Our family of 4 enjoyed the stay at this condo. We had a great experience. Condo is very clean, practical, modern style, and has everything your family needs. The view from a balcony is a breathtaking. There are many restaurants within walking distance.

You can reach many places by foot. Nice was the possibility to prepare own coffee with the coffee capsulas provided. Have breakfast on the balkony with the sunrise accompanying you - and fresh croissants from the french bakery just around the corner!Thanks for everything.

Quiet hallway. Not near elevator yet close to ice and garbage shoot Private gated parking. Very comfortable and safe. Room Exactly as described. Gorgeous views. Delicious restaurants all within walking distance. Starbucks nearby. I walked each morning. Adorable little section of Miami. Host is responsive to emails and requests. This was my first Vrbo experience and it was great. I would certainly stay here again.

First time trying a vrbo and this was a seamless process! Debora and Joe answered any questions we had. The property was exactly as listed. Very clean best view there is. Pool was great bar people so nice!
