We loved the beautiful setting of the home nestled in the Pine trees. Great kitchen! We cooked several meals and found that the kitchen was well equipped. My friends were very happy with the comfort of the king sized bed. We were pleased with the great location, so close to town. Even though the fans worked, we were very warm, We were not able to sleep well in the heat. Also, we had trouble with the tv. By the last day of our visit, my friend figured it out. We left 2 shirts in the closet, contacted the owner right away, he said he would contact the housekeeping staff. Never heard back. Even with the glitches, we did enjoy our stay.

We spent a girls weekend in Prescott. The house was cute and the perfect place to play games and chill. The house is close to town and so easy to get to the Square from its location. We really had a great time and was excited to spend time both inside and outside on the patio. It was the perfect space for four adults.

This house comes with all the necessities and is in a terrific location. Weather was beautiful. Even without AC house temp with fans was perfect!! Would highly recommend and will use again. The only thing that I would change in the house is additional window shades in the bedrooms. Very bright in the morning. Thank you for a great time!

Very relaxing and enjoyable house. Very close to downtown which made getting to the Bluegrass Festival and restaurants very easy. Robert was very easy to work with and made sure everything was good after we checked in.

This is a very nice getaway with a large Kitchen and a comfortable feel too the house. Even though it kind of feels like Grandma lives there I would definitely go back again. The house was clean and it has all of the essentials you need. I had a good experience with Robert, the owner, and he responded quickly to any questions I had. The landscaping could use a little upgrading. It did not take away from the pleasant experience. The patio seating in the evenings and early mornings were enjoyable. The pine trees around the house were very nice.

This house was perfect for our needs. I was a little uneasy at first with all the old school floral, but in the end, it was cozy. This house is right off a Main Street so you will hear lots of loud emergency sirens all hours of the day. Bring sleep blinders for the master bedroom as the curtains are very light, lots of natural light. Would stay again in the future!

Great location, nestled in the pines, close to downtown, on a quiet side street. House was clean and tidy. Nice large kitchen, well stocked with everything you might want. We loved the hardwood floors. In fact, my wife loved everything about the decor of the place, decorated with the lady of the house in mind. King bed was comfy. Washer and dryer much appreciated. If there was one draw back I would say that is was the lack of air conditioning or swamp cooler. The ceiling and house fans could not keep the temperatures on the southside of the house, with its beautiful tree lined exposure, from reaching the mid 80s in the afternoon. Besides that everything was great. Having two bathrooms was also much appreciated.

Went up for the weekend. Nice place, older but clean and well taken care of. Everything you need is there. A bit of a walk to the square but well located to get to anything. We would stay there again.

The house was very clean and as described. The kitchen was beautiful with everything you could possibly need to prepare meals and beverages. Bathrooms had plenty of shower gels and hair product. It was warm during the days but the fans kept the house cool enough and early mornings and evenings were great. We at breakfast and dinner on the large patio and spent happy hours playing board games there as well. All in all a great vacation. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

We always have a great time in Prescott and really enjoyed our stay at this little cottage! Very clean and cozy and super easy check in. We would definitely stay here again. Kids loved it too.

Our stay in this home was excellent. The property is in a perfect location, close to old town Prescott and many amenities. Homeowner was very responsive and accommodating.

My friends and I were looking for a quiet relaxing get away and this place was perfect 👌. It was super cute, well stocked kitchen and fantastic location. The host was prompt and helpful. We definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Robert Joseph Prescott house. It was decorated so cute and very clean. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, and game night on the patio was fun filled! The neighborhood is quiet and quaint. We would definitely rent his home again.

We enjoyed Prescott for the Christmas holidays, and staying here was icing on the cake! I can honestly say I've never stayed at a vacation home that had SO much provided for us! Everything from Shampoos to extra paper towels (most place will only provide 1 roll and you have to purchase more if needed). AND the kitchen had SO many utensils! We made our Christmas dinner and we used the grill, which worked out perfectly since my sister and I needed to use the range and oven to make all the sides. The kitchen was large enough for both of us to work, which was a big plus. It got a bit chilly in the evenings but the heater worked well. Thank you allowing us to use your home!
