Beautifully furnished, fabulous shared sitting area and terrace

There was no kettle for tea making and private bathroom was not en-suite

Very nice place. Lucky enough to have the whole penthouse to my self at the time. Would have been equally impressive if there were others there though. Terrace is lovely and the place is very big in general

The location of the premises is only a few hundred meters from the centre and heart of Terni "the Mall" The Apartment itself has a spacious balcony of some 80-90 square meters which is south facing and therefore enjoys sunlight all day and there is ample covered area if you want to relax in the open air but not in sunlight. Plenty of room if you want to relax indoors in the spacious lounge as well as a well equipped kitchen area if you like cooking. My bed was comfortable and clean as was the bedroom.

The elevator or otherwise six flights of stairs. One of the lower floor apartments was undergoing some renovations and there was a lot of banging and the tradesmen used the single elevator as well.
