Notre belle maison de North Topsail Beach a été achetée neuve en 2015. Notre maison est située sur une route sans issue directement en face de la plage et dispose d'un excellent accès à la plage (moins d'une minute à pied). La maison est située dans un joli quartier adjacent à Surf City et à proximité des restaurants et des magasins. C'est une maison de luxe avec des planchers de bois franc et de tuiles et des comptoirs en granit partout. Il y a quatre porches couverts et un balcon, trois d'entre eux ont de belles vues sur l'océan.

La maison dispose de tous les équipements modernes - des téléviseurs intelligents dans quatre des chambres et le salon et un accès Internet sans fil partout (nous avons même ajouté un amplificateur au troisième étage pour que le signal soit fort). Il s'agit d'une maison unifamiliale qui partage un mur avec la maison adjacente immédiate, comme vous pouvez le voir sur les photos. Notre maison est plus proche de l'accès à l'océan et offre une vue imprenable sur l'océan, comme vous pouvez le voir sur les photos.
Au rez-de-chaussée, il y a un grand parking pour six véhicules. Cet étage dispose d'un ascenseur qui va aux premier et deuxième étages - vous permettant de transporter facilement vos bagages et vos courses dans toute la maison. Le rez-de-chaussée a également une douche chaude / froide pour se laver après votre arrivée de la plage!
En montant au premier étage, vous trouverez trois chambres et une buanderie. La première chambre fait face à l'océan et dispose d'une terrasse privée, d'une salle de bains privative avec baignoire / douche et d'un lit king-size. Les deuxième et troisième chambres partagent une salle de bains - qui a un double lavabo et des toilettes / salle de douche séparées. La deuxième chambre a deux lits jumeaux et est parfaite pour les enfants. La troisième chambre a un lit king et un grand espace pour s'étaler. Cette chambre comprend également une bibliothèque avec de nombreux livres merveilleux si vous avez besoin de lire quelque chose sur la plage! Toutes les chambres à cet étage ont de grands placards de rangement. Les première et troisième chambres ont une télévision. La buanderie a une très grande laveuse et sécheuse et un évier, parfait pour laver les coquilles!
Le deuxième étage comprend une cuisine gastronomique - avec des comptoirs en granit, un îlot de cuisine et un bar séparé. De très petits appareils électroménagers sont inclus - mijoteuse, mélangeur Kitchenaid, Cuisinart, grille-pain, mixeur - et bien sûr, une cafetière. La table à manger peut facilement accueillir 8 personnes et il y a une feuille supplémentaire qui peut être ajoutée pour augmenter le nombre de sièges à 10. Il y a un bar avec deux tabourets sur l'île.
Le salon est immédiatement adjacent à la cuisine et comprend une grande télévision qui est compatible avec Internet et comprend l'accès à Hulu, Netflix et Amazon. Le salon a un grand canapé, deux chaises pivotantes, un fauteuil inclinable et une chaise autonome. Nous avons une grande collection de DVD, CD et jeux pour votre plaisir! Une terrasse est à côté du salon pour de superbes vues sur l'océan.
Il y a un demi-bain à cet étage facilement accessible depuis le salon. La quatrième chambre comprend un lit king-size et un grand placard. Cette chambre a accès à une terrasse privée et à une grande salle de bains avec double lavabo et grande baignoire.
Le troisième étage est une grande chambre avec une grande salle de bain avec douche et télévision bien sûr. Cette chambre dispose d'un lit queen-size et d'un balcon privé où vous pourrez profiter de la vue imprenable sur l'océan.
Nous acceptons les animaux de compagnie et avons nous-mêmes des chiens qui viennent à la plage avec nous de temps en temps! Si vous souhaitez amener votre animal de compagnie, il y a des frais non remboursables. Vous pouvez promener des chiens sur la plage à tout moment.

We loved the.time we stayed there. Large house, lots of space, great parking and the kitchen is well stocked. Very close to the beach. Great views from numerous windows and balconies

Our family included 6 and our fur kid. My 94 y.o. Mom was able to come thanks to elevator and super close and no steps to beach. We cooked and enjoyed this big home. Owners were nice to deal with even though not right on beach it was a very short walk just steps to be on it. Thank you for a nice stay.

Any week at the beach is always a great week, but to have such an outstanding beach house to enjoy makes it even better! From the age of 3 months to the age of 81, this house met our expectations. We had “kids” in their 20s and 30s along with the 50-somethings and 80-somethings all easily shared this beautiful home. Time was spent in the adjoining living and kitchen area and around the table eating and playing games. The bedrooms were spacious and the views were amazing. A lot of time was spent on the well-furnished porches. There was plenty of room and items needed for cooking which we did almost everyday. The elevator was much needed for several with physical limitations. Beach access was easy and as close as described and the beach itself was beautiful and not crowded. The property manager was quick to communicate and accommodate as needed. He even made sure the grill was super clean and left new utensils to use. We will certainly cherish the memories we made during our stay!

Stayed in this house before and it’s a great house. Plenty of room for all of us. My issue is with all the extra feed that VRBO tacks on to rent a place. For that reason we do not plan to use VRBO again.

We had a great time during our trip. The proximity of the house to the beach and beach access is great just across the road. We spent so much time at the beach. The house was super clean and bright. The fact that we could bring our dogs was a huge plus for us, they had so much fun on the beach. The house had everything we needed, kitchen was well stocked, for pots and pans, silverware, dishes etc (there were 6 adults in our party). The propane grill worked well and was clean, we grilled many nights we were there. The elevator was a nice addition as it greatly helped getting everything up to the different floors. We only used it a few times for people, mainly just for cargo. I can't say enough about Bob our property manager, he was simply awesome. We had an issue with the washing machine and Bob had a repair person there the next day to fix it. Also a window blind cord broke making the blind inoperable. I simply messaged Bob just to advise him that it would need replaced at some point; it was in the kitchen area and we didn't care. He came the next day and replaced it even though it didn't mater to us. He was so responsive throughout the whole trip. All in all this was a wonderful trip for us and we were very happy with the property.

We had a wonderful stay. It was a beautiful property as advertised. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made it easy to cook meals for 8 people. There was plenty of room, so we didn't feel crowded. We loved having the beach steps away. Great views and we loved sitting out on the decks in the evenings. The elevator was a bonus. Thank you for a great property.

While we found the house could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly, the home itself was gorgeous and literally steps away from the beach. The views were wonderful! The elevator helped a lot with groceries and such, and we loved that the bedrooms were all spacious. The scatter rugs were very dirty, and the bathrooms could have done with a deeper cleaning, as there was toothpaste in the vanity drawers, and a mildewed shower curtain in one of the baths. Overall it was a very lovely vacation, and minor issues did not detract from the beauty of the home’s location.

A friend and I spent a few days enjoying the open, bright space sewing/quilting. The holiday weekend was fantastic. We didn't have to leave the house to watch fireworks displays all around us. Front porch was just right for rocking, sipping, and catching the breeze from the ocean. Just a few steps away we were on the beach soaking up the rays. Even a tropical storm didn't hamper this vacation!
I've rented several places on Topsail Island and this one has, by far, the best equipped kitchen ever!!! The elevator was a godsend for my elderly mother, as well as getting food and clothing from the ground floor. Cannot wait to stay again next year if possible!!!

A friend and I spent a few days enjoying the open, bright space sewing/quilting. The holiday weekend was fantastic. We didn't have to leave the house to watch fireworks displays all around us. Front porch was just right for rocking, sipping, and catching the breeze from the ocean. Just a few steps away we were on the beach soaking up the rays. Even a tropical storm didn't hamper this vacation!

We had two families staying in the house and were very happy with the proximity to the beach - only one house between us and the beach and the cleanliness and comfort of the house. Topsail Island itself is a bit lacking in creature comforts, but some people may enjoy that it's still undeveloped.

The house was absolutely perfect for our family which included my parents who are 81 and 78, my niece 32 and husband and my wife and I (55/51). We chose the house because of its location at the end of the road with a short walk across the street to the beach and because it has an elevator which was a life savior for my mother. The 3 levels provided all of us with privacy to be separate, but able to come together on the main floor for our meals and fun activities. Each of us had our own private bathrooms with large king or queen beds. The entire house was huge with beautiful furniture and decks to look out on the ocean or to catch the sunsets at the back of the house. The kitchen had everything needed to cook all our meals with pots, pans, utensils and dishes. We loved everything about the house and feel blessed to have found it to vacation in this year especially with our family. We appreciated being able to include my father and niece's dog on our vacation. Thank you so much for sharing your beach house with us!! Topsail, NC was a safe and relaxing location for our vacation this year.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is absolutely beautiful and one of the nicest we have ever stayed in on Topsail Island. The kitchen had everything we needed and more!
The beach access was so close that it felt like we were ocean front. The bedrooms were all comfortable and spacious.

My family and I agree our stay at Dreamaway South was the best!! We all can’t wait to come back!!
Dreamaway South is the perfect beach home with its great location! It’s like home away from home with the three comfortable king beds, which we are all accustomed to sleeping in and the wonderful and relaxing decor, high ceilings, which give an open air feel, and the elevator that is wonderful for helping with luggage and groceries or just getting you to your room for relaxing! We all loved our private bathrooms as well!! The top suite with queen and private bath was perfect for our daughter’s family, which includes their three year old and one year old! The kitchen is a dream come true and perfect for our family! We had many delicious cooked meals all week from breakfast in the mornings to dinners in the evenings! Any item you needed for cooking was available, all you had to bring was the ingredients!! It was a super fun and relaxing week! We spent all day every day on the beach and took a short walk back to a most relaxing home, where we all took turns cooking great meals!! The private hot shower outdoors was super great getting all the sand from the beach off! Can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay!! It was a blast!! We’ll be back!!

Wonderful beach house
This is a wonderful place to stay in Topsail. It has lots of space and every convenience of being at home. It is very close to the beach, even though it is not ocean front. You still have ocean views and beautiful sunsets which can be seen from the multiple decks. My family had a great time even though we had rain some of the days. We are already looking forward to our next trip. We enjoyed sharing the stair landing with Precious and she did not even scare the children.

Roomy with a great location!
The house was large so we had plenty of room. While not directly ocean front you could still see the ocean and the walk over was short. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook and grill put during our stay. Loved having a nice washer and dryer to use. We really enjoyed all the porches, especially the one off the living room. One drawback, light sleepers will need to sleep upstairs or bring earplugs. Every footstep from above sounded like a family of elephants! I tried cranking up the fan I use to sleep at night but that did nothing to cover up the thunderous sound. I brought earplugs at CVS...... Problem solved!! Not sure if the floors are not well insulated or what but this was the only issue we had. Very nice rental!

Nice and roomy for 7 adults, 2 children and our furry family members.
Very nice beautiful home. Best equipped kitchen ever. Lots of room and pet friendly. There were cleaning products, big laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer, games and crayons etc, even extra lightbulbs for when one burned out. The elevator was so helpful in getting our belongings in and out of the house and great for my mother with mobility challenges. House is beautifully decorated and our family loved all the fun art on the walls and the sea shell creatures. The mermaid in the kitchen was a hit with my granddaughter. We loved the decks and the main one had comfy chairs to sit and enjoy the sea breezes. Easy access to an outstanding beach. The owner and property manager were so accommodating and helpful in making this first birthday and vacation without my husband much easier for our whole family.

PERFECT!
This home has everything. Better stocked than any home we've ever stayed in and we have been going to Topsail for 12 years. It is clean and comfortable. Ocean view is amazing. Although second row, it is truly like ocean front - just steps from the beach. It is a busier beach than we are accustomed to but still amazing. The property manager Bob is outstanding. Very, very helpful and caring. The layout of the home was perfect as well. We will be back!

The location is wonderful - just steps to the beach and not too far from restaurants and shopping. The house is beautiful with a well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the covered porch on the main level - very comfortable seating and great views of the ocean. The third floor area is amazing with a sitting area and even more awesome views. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home, great location, perfect for families
I can't say enough great things about this house. The layout of the house is perfect for large families or a couple families traveling together. The location from the beach is just walking across the street and over the dunes. The house is at the end of a dead end street with a culdesac so there is absolutely no traffic. The distance to the beach was perfect for our family with little kids - with the youngest being 7 months so we were able to come and go as needed easily. The views of the ocean are perfect from the house. The only way to get better views are to stay directly on the beach. Sitting on the deck and listening and watching the ocean waves crash was one of our favorite things to do while eating breakfast in the morning. The house has everything you could need as well. We cooked at the house a lot and could always find what we needed.
We will definitely return to this house when returning to this beach. You will not be disappointed!
