Cette maison de famille amicale de trois étages a une nouvelle cuisine gastronomique avec une cuisinière Viking, zéro Réfrigérateur Sub et Sub Zero Wine Cooler. Un spectaculaire 1,000 pieds carrés pont est juste à côté des principales pièces de vie. Le niveau inférieur a une suite de maître avec une salle de bain complète connectée à une chambre avec quatre lits superposés. Le niveau le plus bas, ce serait parfait pour une famille! Le niveau principal a une chambre familiale, une chambre d'hôtes, 1/2 salle de bain, nouvelle cuisine gastronomique, salle à manger et salon. Le niveau supérieur a une bibliothèque / bureau, une suite parentale avec une douche à vapeur incroyable, et trois chambres supplémentaires avec une baignoire séparée. Il ya aussi une unité Nanny ci-joint. L'unité Nanny dispose d'une salle de jeux pour les enfants, une chambre à coucher pour un concierge ainsi qu'une salle de bains. Un gardien et ou nounou est disponible sur demande. Beaux planchers de bois franc récupérés de Boston Harbor sont tout au long de cette belle maison de famille.

We had the most wonderful stay Sam’s place in Incline Village. We were a group of seven adults and our two yr old grandson. The house is very spacious, we all had room to spread out and the house is very well stocked. We like to cook as a family and I can honestly say that this house is a cook’s dream. It was also very well set up for our little grandson with a travel cot, toys, books and a garden he didn’t want to leave. Sam is a very responsive host and was incredibly helpful when we were looking for child friendly activities when the weather turned bad. With a son living in California we will be back, we loved our stay

We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations for our family, ranging in age from 7 months to 73 years. Kitchen completely stocked and very functional. Deck perfect for outdoor dining. Backyard play area was safe and inviting. Close proximity to beaches, walking paths and shops. Overall, a wonderful family vacation home.

The home is fantastic. Fabulous for our family reunion. The backyard was a great play area for the very young children in our group.
What I wish we knew before renting in Incline Village: Renters do NOT have access to the beaches in Incline Village. Sand Harbor is a beautiful beach, BUT you have to arrive no later than 7:30am in order to get access. The parking lot fills up quickly. They close the parking lot. They do not allow you to drop off members of your group after the parking lot is closed. This was very disappointing to learn after we had committed to the rental. We loved the house, but the situation with no access to the Incline Village beaches did cause us a bit of angst.

Fabulous Home
Perfect home for a family to enjoy! We had a fantastic time. Loved the kitchen, kid friendly backyard & playroom, multi-level living & dining areas and comfy beautiful bedrooms!

Great home for a group ski trip. Heated floors, large kitchen and main area. Large backyard with a play structure for kids to throw snowballs and even sled on some mounded up snow drifts! Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and a separate large room for kids to watch a movie. Nice warm garage and a circular driveway provide plenty of parking options. Mud room with plenty of space for snowy boots and ski gear. Only thing that could make this property better would be a hot tub! :)

We had plans to rent a VRBO in South Lake Tahoe for Labor Day weekend but the CALDOR fire caused an evacuation so we switched our plans to the North Shore and found this house available.
Great place for big families. Fenced in backyard with a tree house was spectacular. The house was big but it felt cozy. Kitchen was well stocked. It had everything that I would want my guests to have if it was my house. We plan on coming back

If you need a kid and pet friendly house large enough for your multiple families and dogs, this is it. We were four families and everyone had their own sleeping areas and the common areas, especially the back yard, were ideal for the little people. Sam was quick to respond to any concerns. The house was immaculate when we arrived. We will consider staying there again next year.

This was a good place for our first post COVID family gathering. Celebrated mom’s belated 90th birthday. Overall the home was nice if in need of a refresh. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and close to the lake.

Great house for a group
14 of our family gathered in the area for our daughter's wedding. According to one granddaughter this was the "best hide & seek house ever"! It worked well for our purposes.

We had a wonderful time with our friends at this house. The house is beautiful, and has everything you need for hosting multiple families. Our dogs appreciated the big fenced in backyard where they could run around off leash.Quick walk to the beaches, and close by grocery stores. Would go back there again.

This is a beautiful a beautiful property in a lovely setting. While we planned for several families to be together during the holidays, due to covid it was just our immediate family. We enjoyed feeling like royalty in our own castle. Enjoyed walks to the lake and the beautiful parks on the lakefront including a dog park. The kitchen was wonderful and the bed super comfortable with awesome linens. The home technology was easy to access. Sam was terrific and responsive to our inquiries. We look forward to hopefully rebooking this property in the future to enjoy with our extended family as originally planned.

Property well worth it and owner is very responsive!
Had a group of 13 with 2 dogs. Plenty of space and rooms/beds for everyone. Open concept definitely made keeping the group more together when half the group was cooking. Plenty of utensils, spices, bowls, plates, anything you can think of for a kitchen was available. Dogs loved the fenced in yard as they can roam freely. Huge driveway. 4 car limit, but could definitely fit more. Temperature couldn’t be adjusted and master suite had no lock which were the two drawbacks. Otherwise, property was the perfect getaway for a large group.

Super charming!
We had a a great time and really enjoyed the house! The common areas look a bit bigger in the pictures but it's actually more cozy and charming when you see it in person. We were there to visit friends who are having a baby and it happened to be one of the few very times of year that there isn't a ton of activity in Tahoe (especially given Covid), but the kids were totally happy to play in the big back yard and tree house while we cooked or had cocktail hour on the beautiful deck. I think we will book again when we return in the summer!

A beautiful home with lovely landscaping close to the lake. It has a well equipped kitchen and everything we needed for a wonderful trip to Incline Village. Sam was very responsive and helpful with any questions that we had. Thank you and we look forward to visiting again!
