L'emplacement est à environ 15 minutes de Churchill Downs, à 2 minutes du centre-ville de Louisville, à 10 minutes à pied du centre commercial Bardstown Rd et d'un restaurant / bar. Cet appartement luxueux et bien équipé dispose de 1200 pieds carrés, cuisine gastronomique, 2 salles de bain complètes, 1 grande suite parentale avec placard complet, un salon avec un canapé-lit queen et une armoire. This is such a roomy, comfy apartment. Close to everything and very walkable. Also surprisingly quiet for being so close to things. The code to the lockbox was incorrect in the VRBO platform so we got stuck in the cold for a little bit, but the agent was quick to return my call with the correct code.

The property was cute. Very comfortable and clean. It was located in a great area, conveniently located close to several bars, coffee shops, and restaurants. Host was friendly and super responsive. Overall, very pleased with my stay.

My family and I enjoyed two nights at this property. We walked down to the outdoor ice skating rink and visited many of the vintage/thrift shops that were within walking distance. We drove to Lights under Louisville and were impressed by the beautiful display of Christmas lights. One minor critique of the area is that some people may feel a bit unsafe in the seedier parts of the neighborhood that were littered with trash, clothes, and abandoned buildings, especially if they are not used to or familiar with the area.The area seemed to be in a transition between what used to be and what is to come. Everyone that we interacted with was kind and helpful and the property that we stayed in was clean and matched the description.

Great 2 nights stay, very clean, comfortable, close to bakery, restaurants. Highly recommend to try the Hammerhead place (5 min walk). Most of things to see 10 min drive. Safe parking on the street or back of the house.

Great house, clean, didn't want to leave type house! Car parking in the rear of the house so you don't need to find parking on the street in front. Plenty of local eateries driving and within walking distance. Showed friends and family house pictures and they want to stay here! This place was great! Looks just like the pictures and was very clean. Also had everything we needed. Close to downtown and a lot of cool neighborhood eateries, bars and shops. The owner was very sweet and very easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again if we go back to Louisville and will recommend to anyone I know that is taking a trip there.

This is a very nice cozy place to stay and looked just like the pictures. Location was just about perfect. Far enough away so it was quiet but close enough to get to most things within 10 minutes. Checking in and out was very simple. The communication with the owners was great. We would definitely stay here again.

This place is awesome! It is spacious and lovely! And very well stocked! It is easily within a short walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars. And the best bakery serving breakfast and lunch!
It is about 2 miles to downtown where some of the distillery’s are and fourth street. We loved our stay here! We hope to return!

The house was very cute, clean, and cozy. Location was great and I felt safe in this revitalized area. Several restaurants within walking distance or very close. The house was also within 15 minutes of places such as Churchill Downs, the Louisville Zoo, museums, the Louisville Cardinals football stadium, Kentucky Kingdom, malls, shopping, and movie theaters. Lastly, property manager Karen very responsive and helpful.

Me, my boyfriend, and his brother loved staying here. Very clean, had extra supplies for us to use in the house if needed, all the needed amenities + extra for staying at a house, and very spacious. The neighborhood seemed nice as well. It was convenient to be within a max of ten minutes for all tourist places we wanted to visit within downtown Louisville, so it was definitely a convenient place to stay. The owner was easy to contact, helpful, and she would reply quickly. Overall, we had a great trip and staying at this house was a huge part of making our trip to Louisville awesome!

This property was clean, well maintained, and the backyard was SO cute! The directions on apple maps were a little off but the place was in a great area and centrally located!

Great place to stay and close to lots of things. There were renters in the upstairs rental on both weekends of our week long trip. Not a deal breaker, but a little awkward sharing the backyard / grilling space with other guests we didn't know would be there. And because it is an old charming house, you hear every footstep on both levels. Otherwise, great property! Well decorated and clean.
