This is more like a local area but it's very convenient to the airport, downtown and grocery. Place is quiet, clean and neat.

My daughter and I stayed at the condo for a diving trip. The condo perfectly met our needs. It was clean, comfortable, and loved the patio off the pool. The beds were very comfortable, but be warned, the roosters will wake you up early. They were very fun to watch though. Even though we were aware of the location of the property, we gave it a 4 because it was about 30 minutes to drive into town because of traffic. It wasn’t a problem, we just had to plan for it. It was nice to come back to at the end of the day for a quiet, relaxing evening. Susan was very responsive and even texted when the condo was ready earlier than the check in time. We would stay again!

We had an amazing stay, even got to meet Susan. The place was very clean. Definitely recommend it. Everything was just as pictured. There was only one down side which I never mentioned because we weren't at the house for long, the AC was locked to 75 degrees the lowest and we felt hot. But the place was clean, everything was as pictured and it was very clean. We will be back!

The stay was amazing. You can tell that the owner thought of EVERY last detail when creating this space for vacationers. The location is great. It’s away from the hustle and bustle of the cruise ships, yet close enough to restaurants and dive tours and not that far of a drive to any part of the island.
Susan is very nice and responsive to questions. I would definitely stay here again.

We were visiting Grand Cayman for our second time. We are scuba divers and really enjoyed coming back to the condo to relax in the afternoons. The pool was great and very relaxing. Very nice, well equipped kitchen and large dining table. Beds are very comfortable and we all slept well. We met Susan once as she came by the day we arrived to make sure everything was good. We really appreciated that. Highly recommended.

Good location for getting to groceries, restaurants and beaches. Kitchen has stove, dishwasher, large fridge & wine cooler. We slept in the upstairs bedroom but used the downstairs shower.
