Great location to Clemson and good fishing. Plenty of room. We had our family and our twin 8 month old grandchildren and the house was very clean. Lots of places to eat close by and good communication with the host. Wonderful weekend for us all!

Went with family to this beautiful lake front home. It has beautiful views from the top and bottom balconies including amazing sunrises. The home is clean and cozy with the fireplace and a fully stocked kitchen. The teens had the bottom floor to themselves and we all had a blast out on the lake with the available canoe and kayaks. We came from AZ and could have packed lighter as the laundry room is fully equipped and even coffee filters are readily available. I would recommend the half hour trip to Stumphouse Tunnel and the Yellow Branch Falls. The house has such a blessed feel and we left feeling very refreshed. Many thanks to the owner Jim!

We loved the house. We were there for our son’s wedding. Wish we had more time actually at the property. The plan is to come again just to enjoy the family time on the lake. We had lots of room and everything we needed for our weekend. The property was very nice and the owners were very accommodating.

The lake house was perfect for our family. It is in a wonderful, quiet location. The house was exactly as described, fully stocked with anything you could possibly need, from kitchen tools to lake noodles. You can tell the owners go out of their way to make your stay special. We loved the porch for relaxing, and there is even a hammock swing on the dock. The owners helped us by recommending High Falls Boat Rental, which made the time on the lake outstanding. We loved our time there and plan to make another trip back.

We stayed a whole week & this location is so beautiful, quiet & relaxing. We had great weather for September so we were able to take full advantage of swimming, fishing & kayaking. The house is very roomy and furnished with everything you could possibly need. Very clean, has all the comforts of home. Jim & Gail are extremely quick to answer any questions or concerns. This was our very first time staying at a Vrbo & the experience was so great we will definitely do it again. Thank you Jim & Gail for sharing your wonderful piece of paradise with us. Cant wait to come back again.

Nice property. Has multiple ways to enjoy your vacation. A deep quiet cove to swim, kayak or fish in. We rent a boat for the week and has room at the dock to tie your boat up. A ping pong table in the garage and a big kitchen table can be used for board games when not on the water. The porch for just viewing the lake and a couple of swings/hamocks make it easy to relax.

This property had all the home necessities. The owner was resonsive

My husband and I have been coming to Lake Keowee for the past eight years. The house was a great location on Lake Keowee. It was close to waterfall and marina. The house had plenty of room for six adults and two kids. If we had a question, the owner was very receptive. However, we did have a couple of negatives with our stay. The home had a cockroach infestation especially in the downstair area, which was occupied during our stay. We found about 10-15 live roaches the first night. There were multiple dead ones behind the day bed downstairs. The double bed on the main floor was held together by duck tape. It also had a huge gapping hole in the corner of the boxspring. I wondered if anything crawled inside of it. We spent most of our time on the water so we didn't notify the owner about the bed or roaches until we checked out. He did inform us that no one else has complained, which I find hard to believe with the amount of roaches we found. The owner did let us know that he put roach boxes in the house. It is my opinion that the house needs more than roach boxes but I'm not a professional exterminator. All in all, we enjoyed our stay but will not be coming back to this location.

The house is beautiful and large. The furniture and beds are very comfortable. There's a broadwalk going down to the dock making it safe (no tripping on tree roots.) The kitchen is well equipped and clean. We loved the large porch with a gate so our dog could be outside with us without being on a lead. The neighborhood is quite and safe. The dock is large enough to secure a boat from. The dock is on deep water for swimming and fishing. My family enjoyed staying here and plan to come back.

House is in a great location and well equipped with everything. The views were even better. Really enjoyed being right on the lake and spending quality time with my family; a much needed vacation. Owners were very responsive. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation on Lake Keowee. We rented a pontoon boat at High Falls Boat rental and were very happy with them as well. The home is spacious, and is a good fit for a large family with kids of different ages. As you may read in other reviews, the decor is a bit outdated, but there is a certain charm to that. The hosts were very responsive, and kind. We would return again.

Great house and location, the most beautiful and cleanest lake we have stayed on. If you bring a boat you need to have reasonable backing skills , fairly steep decline and you will want to back down to the house..

We enjoyed our stay this week! The weather wasn’t perfect, but this location was perfect for relaxation. We enjoyed the house and fishing from the dock. We brought our boat and loved exploring the lake. Everything was provided that we needed! The kids loved the kayaks and canoe. And playing ping pong! We even got to go watch the Tigers win a regional playoff baseball game yesterday! Thankful for this time with our family and friends.

This was a wonderful stay. A beautiful home and wonderful setting on a cove made this the ultimate, relaxing place to spend a few days, or weeks. The house and grounds were well maintained. Close proximity (15 minute drive) to town (Seneca) was very convenient. Yet we were in a quiet, peaceful setting, out in the country. We will plan to stay here again in the future, Lord willing.

We had a great stay with our family for our daughter's graduation from Clemson. Loved being on the lake! Everything was there that we needed. Would love to come back sometime for vacation.

This property exceeded our expectations. It was a relaxing place for just my wife and I that we would consider bringing the grandchildren or our extended family to. Rent or bring a boat if you can the lake is fantastic.

Great lake house in a quiet cove! Close to shopping, eating and some nice fishing! Had a wonderful time and the place was equipped with just about anything we needed. If the opportunity arises would definitely stay again!

We did some kayaking, hiking, fishing, and just sitting on the porch with the nice views. Dining and shopping were also only about 10 mins away. The property owner was quick to respond to any questions.
