The condo was beautiful and the oceanfront view was perfect. Owners were wonderful. Highly recommend.

Every inch of this condo is renovated very nicely and it has everything one would need for your beach stay. It was very clean and organized. Terry & Cathy we’re very prompt with check-in/check out instructions and they even left a very nice box of chocolate for us from a local vendor..delicious! Love the code entry instead of having to keep up with a key. The property is very well managed and maintained. You must have a code to enter the condo common area and pool area/beach access so it feels really safe and secure. The ONLY negative for us was that the blinds in the main bedroom while very nice and automated with a remote (so nice!) they were white and seemed to magnify the morning sun. We remedied it by using sleep masks so once we figured that out it was no problem. Would definitely stay at the property and condo again.

Property was clean, orderly and convenient location Amenities were great. Parking was close to the condo as our friend was handicapped. Throughly enjoyed our stay ss the owners were very friendly and accessible throughout our stay. Would undoubtedly recommend!

I have nothing bad to say about this place! Very clean and beautiful space to spend the week. Our group made full use of the basketball and tennis courts, exercise room, pool and beach. Our unit was brightly decorated and seemed newly renovated. Highly recommend.

We spent four weeks in this beautifully appointed and immaculate ground floor condo. The condo is just as beautiful as it appears in the photos. It is steps away from a heated pool and a no-drive potion of the beach. No doubt the nicest condo we have rented in Florida over the past ten years. The owners, Terry & Cathy, were most welcoming and helpful. We look forward to future stays in this unit!

If you are looking for a well appointed, totally updated with comfortable beds, and cheery decor this is a welcoming place for you to stay. The owners are delightful and there to answer any question you may have. This condo facing the ocean is the perfect place for you to stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the beach. The pool and the ocean right outside your door is the way to enjoy your vacation! Our hosts, Terry and Cathy were so helpful and answered via text any questions we had. They made sure we were happy and even went out of their way to find me a pickleball court in the area! I highly recommend this place and we will be back!

We were fortunate to be in the only building with beach access for miles. The condo was very clean, very homey, comfortable, well-equipped, and conveniently located. The owners were great to communicate with.

This is definitely a 5 star unit. Great location ! Beautiful views. The unit was fully furnished with everything you would need. I would highly recommend this unit. Host's (Terry & Cathy) treat you like family.

Love the unit! The owners are great to communicate with information we needed. Even events in area, like a rocket launch while we were there. The owners Terry & Cathy are have multiple units in the complex, and the ones we stayed in are perfect. If we are not owners in the complex ( we love the complex) next year we will be back in the same unit, we would not stay anywhere else!

This property is exactly as advertised. It’s clean and so comfortable! The owners were beyond amazing at making sure everything was perfect for our week at the beach. We will be back next summer!

The condo is beautiful and the view is amazing. This was our 1st time staying in a 1st floor unit. We have always went with higher floors thinking that would give us a better view. I didn't know what I was missing! We were able to walk up to our door without going through the lobby or elevators so super convenient and helpful if we wanted to distance from people. My elderly parents were traveling with us so that was great. The entire condo is renovated and well stocked and everything that we needed to have a great time was provided! Plenty of bath towels, beach towels, kitchen gadgets and supplies, even laundry detergent and basic cleaning supplies were provided! The furniture is comfortable and attractive and the 2 king size beds slept great. The Murphy bed in the dining room was super easy to fold out and comfortable for my 11 year old son at night. Plus, easy fold up during the day for convenience. The view from the unit is awesome! The pool area is quite a bit higher than the beach and the condo is slightly elevated above the pool area. The patio had a few steps down to a personal gate that allowed you to walk out onto the area by the pool and then stairs and a ramp take you down to the sand. The condo is in front of the grassy area at the end of the pool. My parents spent the entire trip on the patio enjoying the ocean view and people watching the beach. They were close enough to the pool to interact with us but just far enough away that the kids and people enjoying themselves didn't affect their ability to enjoy the privacy of the patio and view. Terry and Cathy are wonderful hosts. They were easy to communicate with before booking and during our stay. We had a wonderful time and hope to return in the future.

My wife and I brought our children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren for a week. We have stayed at the Shores Club many times, but not for a while. First time in these units. Very well furnished and supplied. Owners were very attentive and good communication. We already have units reserved for next year!

This is our second year in a row staying here, well repeats usually mean good things. Our family of 4 stayed here and we love the home and its perfect location to the beach. This is such a private space and you don’t have all the fuss you normally get when staying in the middle of Daytona. We have been coming to Daytona for 16 years now every summer. I wish we had found this sooner. 1st floor no elevator required, says all it needs too. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We will be back again and again. Best Regards…

We ended up leaving our dog with a pet sitter, but we wanted a pet friendly location just in case our sitter plans fell through at the last minute. The unit had everything we needed. The directions for use of various items were clear, and communication with the owners was easy. Due to unexpected health issues, we were unable to use some of the amenities available. We would definitely love to return for another beach vacation.

Best vacation we have had to date. This condo was more than perfect. Beautifully updated and there wasn’t anything we needed that it didn’t have. View was amazing, condo was super clean, stocked and the host were so easy to communicate with. I’m ready to book again for later this year. Thank you for an amazing vacation!

This was the perfect setting for our annual Girl’s Getaway! The location and view were amazing! Terry and Cathy are always awesome hosts. Their condo is so clean and perfectly outfitted to meet all our needs. This won’t be the last time we stay at one of their condos. We will be back!
