The apartment has an amazing view, straight on the port.

No air conditioning. Extremely hot, was very hard to sleep because at sunrise, all the sun and the heat get into the house.

Great location, right in the heart of Porto Santo Stefano with easy access to the sea (pier just at the end of the road), restaurants and cafes. The lovely little terrace was great for people watching and viewing the luxury yachts moored opposite. We hired a boat (recommended by the host) one of our days and had a fantastic time visiting so many local beaches and swim spots. Would definitely recommend to others as it was a highlight of our stay. Check in was efficient and parking was provided a short walk away.

It was roasting hot during our stay. As the apartment is across the road from the sea we had hoped it would be cool. Unfortunately it was a dead heat and as the apartment has no air conditioning or fans, there were nights we slept on the terazzo floor to try and cool down! While pretty well equipped, we were disappointed that it was not equipped with beach towels / umbrella / cool bag for excursions (as we had got in other coastal locations) and no basics like bins / washing powder / liquid were provided which would have been very helpful for such a short stay.

Wonderful view from the balcony! Closely situated to the city center with many good restaurants in walking distans. The beaches closest to the apartment were quite small, and i would recommend driving to one of the beautiful beches around the pensiula.

The lack of AC made it hard to keep the apartment cool.

Location was great and wonderful sea view from the living room and one of the bedrooms.

The apartment feel aged and not well maintained. It wasn’t quite like the pictures show - much more worn down. The balcony furnitures were not available. it was super noisy on Friday evening. not recommended for families with small kids

Hosts are extremely friendly, smiley, and helpful. The flat location is very nice, but it is very noisy in the morning and late at night. Surrounding beaches are lovely, just a walk away. Restaurants are all around no need to even walk away from the building's entrance.

There is no elevator in the building, so in case you have heavy luggage you have to consider this. The noise of trucks delivering merchandise to nearby restaurants in the early morning, around 6:00 to 6:30 am is very disturbing.

Amazing apartment with a fantastic sea front location. The apartment had everything we needed. The kitchen was equipped really well. The bedrooms were very good size with very comfortable beds. Had a lot of options for beach in walking distance. The sea is beautiful but stoney.

It was noisy as the apartment was right at the beach front. But we didn't mind as the view was to die for.
