La cuisine à l'étage principal est gracieusement nommé avec des appareils Thermador et des comptoirs en granit. La cuisine ouvre sur la salle à manger et salon avec vue panoramique sur Port Elizabeth & Crab Cay. L'étage principal dispose d'un hall d'accueil spectaculaire de deux étages et demi-bain ainsi que d'une chambre de maître (lit queen) et de sa propre salle de bains privée (lavabo, douche et WC) avec des portes-fenêtres donnant sur un balcon privé.
Le dernier étage dispose d'une suite chambre des maîtres privée (lit king) avec 2 portes-fenêtres donnant sur une terrasse extérieure donnant sur Elizabeth Port & Crab Cay. La chambre principale a un walk-in et une immense salle de bains principale avec baignoire jacuzzi, comptoir en granit avec deux lavabos, grande douche à l'italienne avec deux pommes de douche séparées, et des toilettes.

The home was exactly as presented. Absolutely beautiful in a superb location. Perfect size for our extended family. Pool was about same temperature as the ocean so it was perfect for hot, sunny days. Water pressure on the third floor was weak but water on the island is a bit of an issue. In fact one day water was cut off to the south part of the island for hours but Tracey kept us in the loop on repair progress. It would be helpful to have a good supply of garbage bags and sink cleaner provided.
So many species of aquatic creatures right off our deck! The Rusty Anchor restaurant is definitely a great place to eat. Avoid road travel at night as driving is a challenge at the best of times and night is pretty risky. Have never seen such crystal clear water and sand like icing sugar. People are incredibly polite and welcoming. Exuma is truly a unique and wonderful place to come and explore!

Great location! February Point is a gated community close to George Town (literally less than 10 minute drive). It also has the convenience of an on site restaurant. You can also get picked up for excursions right at the dock! Owners were so responsive and helpful! No need to look further than this house for a great place to stay!

House was amazing! Large enough for all 9 of us. Kids/teens had the bottom level to hang out.
The location was very central and we were able to explore both north and south of the island by car. The convenience of the beach club next door was great!

Home was very nice and location was great! We enjoyed the pool and the club house next door with Rusty Anchor and cool chill pool. Giving 5 stars because home was amazing and property manager Tracy was great. Wine refrigerator never worked...think it may have been hit by lightening before our stay...we made Tracy aware of it. Beds were comfortable and was nice after all day on the water or in the sun. Only things we could suggest would be more pool towels for 12 people and floats for the pool.

We just returned from our stay at Harbor Villa. The property is beautiful. We had 12 people, including 6 teenagers/young adults. The location is wonderful, with beautiful views of the harbor. The house manager Tracy was prompt to attend to the one issue that we had, which was pool maintenance; it was cleared up quickly. We were pleasantly surprised that there was additional bedding than what is listed which allowed for less "sharing" for the kids. My only suggestion would be to add a few larger pots to the kitchen. As a large group, it was more cost-effective for us to prepare our own meals. We had to use multiple pots for one dish because of their size. The outdoor space was great for grilling and visiting, and the onsite dock made it very easy to hop in our boat each morning. We would definitely look at this property again if we return to Exuma.

Exuma is an awesome island with wonderful people! Harbour Villa is located in a gated community (February Point) and is literally right on the water! The views are to die for! The pictures of the property were spot on. The house is big enough to accommodate 12 people and has wonderful outdoor seating. The pool is amazing and the boat dock was great to have because we rented a boat. The amenities at February Point are awesome! There can't be many houses other than Harbour Villa that have the whole package on the island!

Within a week of arrival we received wonderful details and recommendations from the very gracious hosts that set the tone for a wonderful escape. The house was exactly as described, with beautiful appointments and amenities to enjoy in a great location. We look forward to the possibility of returning!

The home was everything is was advertised.
Clean, greatly appointed , very attentive manger and house keeper. The Dishwasher did not operate when we checked in but it was fixed the next day as promised.

The house and location are amazing though some of the appliances and things are starting to show some age, but nothing that wasn't too inconvenient. Property manager was outstanding and was most helpful with activities and travel needs. Would stay here again without hesitation. Thanks!

What a house! Nicer than the pictures show. One bed was needing repair but we had an extra room so it didn't affect us. As nice as anywhere I've stayed in the Bahamas, and I've been around!

One of the most gorgeous rentals we’ve ever stayed in! Stunning views. Great space for our family of 10 to spread out in and have their privacy. Was great to have the dock where the boat cruises we booked could pick us up. We will definitely be back!

I researched nearly every rental available on Grace Bay and after much comparison selected this specific unit in the Tuscany. I am beyind thrilled and my family so happy that we did! The unit is modern, incredibly clean, spacious and very well equipped. The location is excellent, it is safe and the beach is picture postcard perfect. The entire staff at Tuscany was top notch and we had an Amazing trip. We look so forward to staying here again.

Epic family time
12 of us and 33 foot boat had the best time. Ample indoor and outdoor space in a luxury villa in a pristine location. Some island life issues with electricity, propane on a Sunday etc. The house manager was very responsive and made right any concerns as quickly as possible. The property with infinity pool , numerous windows and wrap around patios was gorgeous.

In general a good house but we had a few issues. A storm caused the oven to go out and there were some water leaks. A couple of other small things but they were immediately handled by the house manager. She was amazing. Overall a good stay.

Family vacation with ages 12-71. Everyone had an amazing time. Lots to do on the island and we took advantage of many things. However we were just as happy to stay at the house and enjoy the pool and blue waters of the Caribbean. Everyone was invested in making sure we had a great stay….and we did. Don’t hesitate to rent this spectacular property.

We have visited Georgetown many times and stayed at February Point years ago with 2 other couples. This time we had grown children, sister and brother and law and only one grandchild - the others got COVID and could not make it.
The restaurant and pool complex was not built last time. It is wonderful. The staff are amazing.
Our house had its own pool with an outdoor cabana where we grilled several times. The view from the pool and house is stunning. We enjoyed the convenience of the dock, so that we were able to drop off our crew and stuff at the house before returning the boat to Minns Watersports, which is located just a few minutes drive away. I hope that we are forunate enough to stay here again.
The Georgetown area is so special. Our meal the Rusty Anchor was very good. We also had a very special meal at Blu. If you can muster a tour of Moriah Harbour Cay National Park, it is so very remote and beautiful. The area called "The Cut" is amazing, just need the right person to get you there. I believe you can rent kayaks in that area through T & T watersports.
Check out the website for Moriah Harbour. The park is just getting organized with trails and maps. What a very special area that is not crowded like Staniel Cay where the pigs are. I recommend it highly.

Elegant immaculate home.
This property was gorgeous! The furniture was immaculate, the decks breathtaking, and there is an ocean view from every window somehow. Only thing that was surprising was that the beds/bedroom configuration was off on the listing (in a good way). Both masters were kings, there were three bedrooms with queens, and one bedroom with two single beds. The futon that pulls out was on the third floor foyer (extra). Every picture posted on social media has all our friends asking for the listing. Would pick this property again and again!!!

This house is amazing and communication with both the owners and the house manager was outstanding. The location was perfect and the three levels allowed for plenty of space for us to spread out. We are already planning a trip back in 2022.

Fantastic Getaway
We stayed at Diane's property for a December getaway and could not have had a better time. The property was as beautiful as the photos and February Point just keeps getting better every time we go there. Tracey, the property manager is such a beautiful soul and was willing to help at anytime of the day or night. We chartered a boat from AJ (works with Tracey) and this was one of the highlights of our trip as he knew the secret spots and more importantly kept us safe from the sandbars and coral reefs! Coming from Canada, the house had sufficient AC to keep us all cool from the hot weather. We would gladly return to Diane's beautiful home the next time we are able to travel!

The Perfect Location
Our leadership team stayed here for a fun getaway and planning retreat. Diane was very helpful in getting all the pre-arrival info to us. For a large group, this is an ideal base for exploring Great Exuma.
We had two boats. Docking was easy. We had a daily visit from a turtle. The pool and outdoor kitchen overlooking the dock make for a great entertainment setting.
The master suite is impressive. The guests that occupied that room hosted drinks on their balcony. It was a big hit for our group.
The security staff at February Point were delightful! We had lots of smiles with them.
Samantha was our regular server at The Rusty Anchor. She did a great job looking after 12 of us (on multiple occasions).
Having The Rusty Anchor and Beach Club directly behind us was super convenient. When you don't feel like cooking it's a great spot to dine in or get take out.
If you have a big group that wants a home base from which to explore paradise, you can't go wrong with Harbour Villa!

Nice safe and quiet area.
Fantastic layout at this house with a main floor bedroom, Huge master suite on the upper floor, and four bedrooms downstairs. Huge outdoor balconies and/or patios outside on every level. Large living area with huge dining table, comfortable couches, and a game table. Nice dock right on the water and really pretty zero edge pool. Property manager and cleaning crew were super nice and always available.

This was our group's 3rd trip to February Point and our 2nd stay at Harbor Villa. The house was in perfect condition and we had a blast. Diane (property owner) and Tracey (property manager) were there for us whenever we needed anything during the booking process and during our stay. They are awesome to work with. Leon a the Rusty Anchor had a standing dinner reservation set for us for 3 nights of our stay and the food was fantastic as always. We highly recommend Harbor Villa, and we will be back soon.
