Prêt pour la saison printemps / été! Ce condo magnifiquement rénové situé à Tyra Summit II est idéalement situé à côté de la piste de ski Four O'clock, au-dessus de l'ascenseur Snowflake et à proximité des sentiers de randonnée! Ski-in / ski out (voir photos), promenade au centre-ville de Breckenridge à seulement quelques minutes. Marchez ou attachez vos skis / snowboard sur le porche avant, verrouillez-les dans le support et dirigez-vous vers la porte d'entrée, réchauffez-vous et regardez le feu à travers le poêle à bois en verre. Contrairement à de nombreux méga-condominiums à Breckenridge, il s’agit d’un condo calme avec seulement six unités dans le bâtiment. Pas de longs couloirs, attente pour les ascenseurs ou la montée / descente d'escaliers à faire face!
Ce condo offre une vue imprenable sur les montagnes et dispose d'un grand balcon privé, de nombreuses fenêtres et d'un poêle à bois vitré pour les nuits fraîches (le bois de chauffage est fourni). Un grand parking privé hors rue est inclus (voitures, camionnettes et VUS bienvenus).
Nous avons acquis et rénové ce condo en décembre 2013 et il comprend de nouveaux appareils: téléviseurs à écran plat HD, lecteurs Blu-ray / DVD, appareils de cuisine et la liste s'allonge encore et encore! Même les murs ont été texturés et une nouvelle peinture a été appliquée. Internet haute vitesse sans fil est inclus. Cuisine bien équipée avec plans de travail en granit. Comprend une cuisinière avec four, un grand four micro-ondes intégré, un lave-vaisselle, un réfrigérateur, la vaisselle, une marmite, une cafetière électrique, un mixeur pour grille-pain, un mixeur et bien plus encore!
Chambre privée dotée d'un lit king-size et d'un luxueux matelas à plateau-coussin avec commandes de fermeté individuelles pour plus de confort. La chambre dispose également d'un téléviseur HD à écran plat / Blu-Ray / DVD et d'une fenêtre avec vue sur la piste de ski Four O'Clock (de l'autre côté de la rue).

We loved our stay in this unit. This property is right across the street from the 4'oclock trail so you easily ski down to the snowflake lift and onto the mountain.
The woodburning fireplace is cozy and inviting. The kitchen is well stocked. We used the slow cooker to prepare a hot meal for after a long day of skiing. The washer and dryer are game changers when you travel with kids. Great place. We will definitely stay here again.

This condo is a true ski in/ski out. You cross the street, strap in and ski down to Snowflake Lift. At the end of the day, you take 4 o'clock run right to the condo! Great location!

The property was in a great place, close to town but away from a lot of noise. It was spotless and had everything we needed. Loved morning coffee on the balcony with hummingbirds and a fox wandering by now and then.

This condo was a great location, about a 10-15 minute walk from Main Street (uphill heading back, be aware of that!) and about 3 minutes from the Sawmill Reservoir trailhead.
Everything was clean and ready to go when we got there. The view from the deck is fantastic and the whole area was very quiet and relaxing.
I've seen a few reviews that compliment the Comfortaire mattress, which we unfortunately couldn't agree with, as we found that it was similar to a foam mattress topper, which you can sink into and not move. Of course, your personal preference will dictate if you like that sort of thing.
Other than that, our stay was quite pleasant and would recommend!

My two younger boys and I decided to head to Breck for 5 days during their Spring Break. We wanted to find something close to town and that was ski in/ski out so this condo off the Four O’Clock trail was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked and the size of the condo was fine for the three of us. There is a queen size pull out coach in the living room with a topper which my teenage son said made it more comfortable. I had read in previous reviews that the shower water was not warm enough - this was not the case when we were there. There was plenty of hot water! Having a washer/dryer in the unit was appreciated. It really is a perfect condo to rent for three people. Our favorite part was the quick access to the slopes. You literally walk out of the condo, cross the road and put your ski’s on to ski down to the snowflake lift. Loved being able to ski right back at the end of the day. We will be renting this condo again!

took my two sons to Breck for spring break, perfect little condo for just the boys and me. super quick walk to charter sports ski rentals, truly ski-in, ski-out, about 100 steps to the four oclock run then ski down to snowflake lift. 10-15 downhill walk to town. great few days, thanks to the owners.

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy condo. It was extremely clean upon arrival. We loved the location and proximity. It was perfect for our family of 4. The kids could sleep on the pull out sofa. The owners were very accommodating and answered all my questions.

This property is in a wonderful location close to a ski lift and not far from the main town. You can take a bus to town for free. The hosts were very helpful and prompt in responding to my questions.

Everything about this condo was as described. Perfect for 2 or 3 people, easy access/check in, good location (very short walk/ski to the snowflake lift), nice view. We cooked several meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. I would stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay. The Condo is comfortable and well laid out. The location for skiing was perfect. An easy ski down to the Snowflake Chair or the bus to take you to Peak 9 or the Gondola.
John and Angela are excellent hosts. They responded promptly to our requests and even organized a delivery of firewood.
Unfortunately I was injured skiing so was confined to the apartment for the week as the walk up the hill would have been difficult with Crutches. Being able to sit on the couch watching the snow falling and the Birds feeding out of the feeder on the verandah was very relaxing. The Pizza delivery man was able to find us! Someone has left a City Market card which gives you a discount at the supermarket.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Very walkable to downtown Breck shopping and restaurants.
To clarify ski in/out since this was an important aspect to us:
Ski out: about a 4 minute walk to snowflake chairlift on the road.
Ski in: 4 o’ clock run is right across the street, so about 30 seconds to go from skis to front door.
Unit is nicely appointed and very comfortable. Wood burning stove was very enjoyable. Great views out the balcony of the town and mountains beyond.
Host was responsive and flexible with us on an early check in, which was much appreciated.

This condo is located above the main Tyra condos and Snowflake Lift (in quieter separate area). Due to weather we drove to condo hot tubs, rather than walk. The unit is perfect size for a couple, otherwise would be small if living room sleeper sofa is used as a second bedroom. Very clean, easy check-in and excellent attentive hosts. Experienced some wifi, bedroomTV satellite and king mattress tech issues (which hosts responded to immediately). Hosts comped us for our time spent dealing with issues and we left satisfied with our stay.

First impressions of the property were not deceiving. The neighborhood is up-scale "condo", and the building itself is very well maintained. Check in was a breeze, and the place is very clean and user friendly. The view off of the back deck during sunset is simply amazing The property is nicely landscaped as well. It is definately a great place to stay while enjoying Breckenridge.

Our stay was fabulous! We can not wait to come back. The condo was exactly as advertised. It was warm and cozy with an amazing patio perfect for morning coffee, afternoon lunch, or evening wine. The location was easy. We walked everywhere - although the hill back up could be challenging. (we are 60 tho and we did just fine) The owners were easy to deal with and check in was a breeze. We wanted to get away from the Texas heat for a little R&R - and our only regret is that we did not stay longer! I would/will book this place again in a heartbeat!

Great view, nice location!
Beautiful street, with nearby trails. Trolley stop nearby. You can hear the peaceful sounds of rushing water in a nearby creek. The kitchen had everything we needed. The one thing we didn’t like about this property is you can hear your neighbors activities, conversations, even their snoring through the walls, and conversations, music, feet above us too. There are shared walls and the walls are thin.

We had a lovely stay at John and Angela’s condo. The location is excellent t - very close to Main Street, with skiing/hiking (depending on the season!) right outside the door. The place is very well stocked, clean, comfy and the view from the balcony is perfect. Loved our stay!
