Même articles de pâtisserie, mixeur, set de martini, verres à vin et champagne, excellent set de couteaux etc ... Les travaux! (Nous avons eu un chef de Seattle séjour hiver 2019 et même il a fait l'éloge de la cuisine!). Sur le balcon du salon, l'un des meilleurs barbecues disponibles pour votre usage privé.

Il vous suffit de garer votre voiture ou de descendre de la navette à l'entrée principale, de prendre l'ascenseur jusqu'au 4ème étage, de saisir votre code de verrouillage de porte uniquement programmé et de profiter! (plusieurs unités utilisent des sociétés de gestion tierces. En conséquence, vous devez souvent vous enregistrer dans un bureau hors site dans le village, ce qui est un peu gênant. Le nôtre est complètement sans tracas !!)

-Le complexe a installé une nouvelle webcam cette année. "Upper Village". Sur cette webcam, regardez en haut à gauche derrière la télécabine. C'est The Aspens et oui, c'est à quel point vous êtes proche de la nouvelle télécabine de Whistler!
-Piscine extérieure ronde d'un an et 3 bains à remous. Lorsque vous nagez ou dans les bains à remous, vous pouvez regarder les skieurs et les planchistes passer.
-NOTE -il y a beaucoup, beaucoup de locations illégales à Whistler. Seuls les propriétaires qui ont une licence commerciale valide approuvée et fournie par la municipalité de villégiature de Whistler ont le droit de louer une propriété à court terme. -Bien que les unités au pied des pistes offrent une belle vue sur la piste de ski et le télésiège, vous obtenez également tout le bruit de la cour qui abrite la piscine et les bains à remous. Notre unité est orientée vers l'avant. Très tranquille. Nous avons également de belles vues, mais nous n'obtenons pas le bruit de la cour de la piscine ou des dameurs et leurs bips constants tout au long de la nuit. La piscine et les bains à remous sont ouverts jusqu'à 10h00. m .. Souvent, la gestion immobilière doit expulser les gens qui ignorent l'heure de fermeture ...
-Climatisation. Si vous visitez pendant l'été, suggérez d'y porter une attention particulière car cela pénètre dans les années 30 Celsius et de nombreuses unités n'ont pas de climatisation. Certaines unités ont des unités de fenêtre portables avec un tuyau collant dans la fenêtre ou la porte-patio et font un travail décent pour certaines unités plus petites qui ne sont pas directement exposées au soleil, mais la nôtre est une unité murale appropriée avec un condensateur et un ventilateur extérieurs. La meilleure configuration possible et il fait un excellent travail de refroidissement de notre plus grande unité. Vous pouvez le voir au-dessus de la fenêtre à côté du canapé dans quelques-unes de nos photos.

Loved the Aspens! Superb dinner at Quattro, walking in the village and pool and spa. Absolutely a ski in ski out residence! $25 parking is fair, 20min walk to village is easy and scenic. Thankyou!

Great stay with our teens. Place was clean & well stocked. Bed was super comfy. Only bummer was the mud pit at the gondola this year — hopefully next year we can actually ski in & out!

This property was a home away from home vacation for myelf, my husband and our 2 children and grandson. We were close to everything, able to cook our own meals with a fully stocked kitchen and swim to our hearts content in the heated pool before relaxing in the hot tub to finish our day. The beds were extremely comfortable, with memory foam mattresses - even in the pull out sofas! The propery was close to the lifts and within walking distance to the cultural centre. I couldnt have asked for a better location or a nicer property owner who made checked in with us frequently before arrival to guide us through successful access to all of our amenities. This was an outstanding stay for our family!

This place is everything it’s described as and more plus the owner is by far the most thorough and responsive host we’ve ever worked with!!
The location is perfect…off the beaten path with wonderful access to all things Whistler…skiing, mountain biking, trails, lakes, shops, restaurants, the Farmer’s Market, etc…all easy walking distance along beautiful paths.
The amenities of the complex and this residence are wonderful…the heated pool which is significantly larger than most of the other equivalent properties and the three(!!!) hot tubs which were always clean and never crowded were a hit with our family!
The unit is spacious, clean and well organized and we never found ourself in need of the basics for cooking, cleaning or entertaining ourselves. Everything worked as advertised and they’ve thought of and taken care of the little details which is really nice. Speaking of details…the custom woodwork, updated bathroom (with heated floors👍), cool artwork, large game and movie selection and memory foam beds really make hanging out in the unit (when you’re not recreating of course) a pleasure!! More about those beds though…our whole family slept like babies every night! It’s rare that I say a rental’s bed is as comfortable as our own and it’s even rarer to find a pullout bed that’s just as nice but this was it…and it had TWO of them!!
Obviously, I could go on, but suffice it to say, we’ll be back many times…as long as it doesn’t book out because it’s so AWESOME! Thanks again!

Leo was more than hospitable and very accommodating. The whole Whistler experience is so wonderful, beautiful surroundings, lot's to do, and yummy food everywhere. The kitchen is well stocked and easy to make a meal in. The furniture is comfortable and the bed is dreamy. We went for the Fall colors and were not disappointed, the drive up the Sea to Sky Highway is spectacular! It is no wonder that the Canadian license plates say Beautiful British Columbia. Don't even hesitate a moment, this a wonderful place to stay and visit.

This 1 bedroom place was fabulous - we had a great fall weekend there. Kitchen is extremely well-equipped, king size bed super-comfie, easy access to pool and hot tub. Communications with Leo were very friendly and efficient.

Great unit with a great location. Very clean and well stocked. We had been traveling for more than a week when we arrived - a breath of fresh air. Always a pleasure to have an owner communicate and be helpful. Owner was more than helpful. I would 100% recommend this unit with out any reservations or concerns. Not always easy to hit a home run - none the less a grand slam. Outstanding in all aspects. Would love to stay again.

This is a great condo! It is well equipped, clean and very convenient to the Blackcomb gondola and Whistler Village. The pool and hot tub at the Aspens is great after a long day of hiking. Don't hesitate, just book!

We had a wonderful long weekend in Whistler. The unit is clean, modern, well stocked and comfortable. Host Leo was very responsive. My son loved the wii games and we enjoyed the pool and the BBQ.

We come up to whistler multiple times per year and this has been our fave spot yet! Good location with quick walk down the mountain to upper village. The vaulted ceiling makes it feel larger than 700sf and the bedroom is very large. Our pack n play had more than enough room. Kitchen was well stocked which was helpful since we made most of our meals. The pool was nice and not overly crowded - though we were here mid week. Leo, the host, was responsive. Checks all the boxes! We look forward to visiting again.

Parked the car for four days and forgot about it since the condo is within a short, or very short, walk to everything. (Parking fees are not included in vrbo costs - but is secure and makes unloading/loading a breeze.) The recent remodel and sofa bed upgrades were much appreciated - especially by my 7' 2" (188cm) 17-year-old son. This ski-in & walk-in property is wonderful year-round for the family. Lots of mountain biking and hiking was enjoyed right from the front steps. The swimming pool and hot tubs were enjoyed each day. We already have our fingers crossed hoping for great snow this coming ski season!

We've stayed at the Aspens (and other properties) in Whistler over the years but this place is, by far, our favorite.
The interior of the property is beautifully designed and decorated, with spacious living areas perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. The bedroom had a very comfortable bed, with a great plush bedding and robes for going to the pool and hot tubs. And the sofa sleepers in the living room had thick foam mattresses that were equal in comfort to the bed in the bedroom. The kitchen had top-of-the-line appliances and all the tools and utensils you could need to prepare delicious meals for your group. There was even a boot/glove warmer which came in handy after the wet weather on the first day.
The location had great parking, easy ski-in/ski-out that included a free ski valet, and the host made checking in/out effortless and even checked on us daily to make sure we had everything we needed.
Overall, I can't recommend this ski rental property enough. It's the perfect place to stay for a ski vacation, with all of the amenities and conveniences you could possibly need. Whether you're a seasoned skier or just looking for a cozy winter getaway, this rental is sure to exceed your expectations.

5+ star review!!! We had a memorable skiing trip with our family before Christmas and this property offered everything we were looking for. Ski-in/ski-out made it super convenient for our family and the communication with the property manager was seamless.
The condo was super clean has high ceilings, which is lovely and the fireplace, radiant heated floors in both the kitchen and bathroom made it very comfortable, even during an Arctic flow. The kitchen amenities and appliances made it easy for us in the morning especially with young children and getting to the slopes/ski camps on time and the newly renovated bathroom was an unexpected plus!
After a full day of skiing, the heated hot tubs made it easy to unwind and gear up for the next day of skiing. We can't say enough great things about the property and the property manager. The next time we head back up to Whistler, we plan to stay at this property again!

Stayed for the weekend with our 4 and 6 year olds. We had great communication with the owners before we even left. All the information we needed was sent to us beforehand and it made our trip easier. The room was spacious and very quiet. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony while the kids slept. Everything was clean and well maintained.
The pool was enjoyed by all, and the hot tub (s) were excellent.
The Village Center was only a quick 10 minute walk away, and walking back up was no issue for my young kids.
The owners reached out during our stay to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. We found this very helpful and professional.
This was our first time staying here, but will definitely book again in the near future.

My family stayed for 5 days in August and it was exactly as described. The AC unit worked really well which is key in the August heat in Whistler. The pool was a really good size and the kids used it for hours daily. The place was very clean as well! Leo was a good host and checked in frequently. Thanks for allowing us to book your place.

My wife and I booked this property for 3 nights to celebrate her birthday and our anniversary. We have been to Whistler many times, and this was our 2nd time staying at The Aspens. Leo's property is very well maintained and is just as pictured. The condo is very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. We loved having the two decks with nice views, the comfortable furniture, the artwork decorating the place, the big TV in the living room, as well as having one in the bedroom. It's a quick/easy walk over to Whistler village, and you are super close to the base of Blackcomb, which also offers some restaurants and activities with a bit less of a walk. Leo was very easy to communicate with, which we appreciated. We would love to stay here again in the future!

If I could give Leo 10 stars for his communication with us, I certainly would. My husband and I were not able to book with our Embarc timeshare but feel very fortunate to have found this one bedroom condo in the upper village (my favorite place to stay in Whistler). The house was well equipped and tidy. Perfect size for two people. Also- I left some of my belongings- I thought I left them at hotel in Vancouver. I contacted the hotel and never heard back from them. Leo texted me the day after our departure of a photo of the things I left and he is mailing my belonging back to me (thank you!!!). We recommend this stay to anyone who would like a ski in-out condo that is very close to golf, Lost Lake, and Whistler Village.

It was a great place to hike and bike from and just a short walk to the village and great restaurants. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you need. We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean and full of games and books that my kids enjoyed and they loved the pool and hot tub on property. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook some meals at home. Plenty of space for our family of 4 and enough room for 5. Whistler Upper Village is right out the door and Whistler Village is just a few minutes walk. Leo was such a great host and so responsive if I had any questions. I would highly recommend this spot!

It Has It All
This property is great for ski-in/out and the proximity to the village is excellent. The property is clean, well-equipped and the bed is ultra- comfortable!

The property at aspens. It’s just amazing location. To be able to walk out the door and put your skis on and ski down to the gondola is just great I hate walking in ski boots. So this location worked out perfect for me and my family had a great time

Best 1BR at the Aspens!
We've stayed at the Aspens several times and this is the best unit we've found. The location on the top floor means more room (unit is larger than other 1BRs and it makes a difference), vaulted ceiling in the living room (more light and space), and nobody above you (so much quieter). It's also on the opposite side from the pool/ hot tub area, which can occasionally get a little noisy.
The fact that the condo is larger meant that there's room for a desk in the bedroom - one of us set up a laptop and had privacy for a couple of unavoidable zoom meetings.
We didn't use the fold out beds but the couches are so comfortable, as is the king size bed.
The kitchen has EVERYTHING, including a heated tile floor. As with any ski condo, the kitchen is a "space saver", but it is updated with granite countertops and quality appliances. That warm floor, though.
The shower has great water pressure and lots of hot water, and the big bathtub has room to soak when the Aspens' outdoor hot tubs get too popular. Again, heated tile floor!
Leo was a great host, communicative throughout booking, checked to make sure everything was going well, and gave us terrific recommendations.
If you're looking at a 1BR at the Aspens, I can't recommend this one highly enough.
About the Aspens in general: this is a very well- maintained complex in a great location, truly ski- in ski-out. (Even if you download to the base on the gondola you can take the little Magic chair back up the bunny slope and ski right down to the entrance.) It's an easy walk to both the Upper Village and the Main Village.
There is ski rental on the main floor, and the ski valet means you just pick-up/drop-off at the door. I've heard there can be a line first thing, but being lazy skiers we never experienced it.
The pool is nice for getting some kinks out but though it's heated (obviously) it's cool enough that you'll want to keep moving. The three hot tubs are very nice but even as big as they are, they can get crowded on weekends. That's where the bathtub in the condo comes in handy!
Parking is paid per night, $17 or $18, I forget. There are two convenient laundry rooms, which cost $2.50 a load for washer and dryer each, but there's an app where you can do it with your phone. It worked perfectly for us.
I have nothing but positive things to say about the Aspens as a location, and I totally recommend this unit within it.
