We had a very good stay. The location is really close to the main square and the beach, but still it is quiet. Good bed and well-equipped kitchen, good bathroom. Nice balcony with some view over the cliffs. Some shops are really close as well as some bars and restaurants. Very good wifi-connection. Very friendly owners! They notified us in advance about electricity maintenance over the whole street (a one-time event), which was very convenient.

The only issue which is not about the property itself, but on booking.com map the location is shown incorrectly so we came to the wrong building. The owner was very helpful and we managed to find the right place, so check the address before coming - in text it is written correctly.

Great location, well equipped apartment with really nice balcony / terrace.

Bedroom quite dark as window opens to covered courtyard. Shower was not good - bad pressure and temperature wouldn't stay hot. Upstairs neighbours were quite noisy (understand this is not apartment owners fault however and they did quieten down after 11:30ish - kind of the price you pay for being so central!)

Cozy place with the view from balcony. Close to the beach and shops. Fast wifi suitable for working.

The owner did not warn about the repair works being carried out nearby. Because of that during day was very noisy. Frying pan could be better. Few times electricity went out.

The apartment has a very good location: Just minutes away by foot from the Playa de Los Guíos, and also the Piscina Natural is close by. A supermarket is right next door, with some further ones in walking distance. There area also quite a few restaurants in the area, without them being a nuisance at night. I also really like the terrace for having a meal outside, or just relaxing a bit in the afternoon after a day out. As it faces North-East, it is also nicely in the shade (which was a plus for me - it might not be a plus for you if you want to sunbath, though). The kitchen is equipped with (almost) everything you need for cooking your own meals - the only thing I would have liked to use that I did not find was a cheese grater (though, to be fair, in my experience this is hardly ever found in a rental apartment). The bed is very comfortable, and I always had a good night's sleep. Finally, having a washing machine at your disposal is also a plus.

There is nothing I can really complain about. However, there are some minor things that could make a great stay even better: It would be great to have some basic condiments (at least salt and pepper) in the kitchen. Also, a sunbed or so would make the terrace even more enjoyable.
