was a bit basic. priced as a luxury villa but facilities poor. no oven, no coffee pot, basic furnishings and poor bedding.

The pool, the terrace, the view to the sea, the plants in the very nicely maintained garden...

The shower was a bit small, but this is a fair compromise for everything else which was just great...

The apartment was super clean, private and spacious. The view was amazing and Giacomo was polite and very attentive. The outdoor firepit was incredible and was an additional treat to our evenings, making us feel at home. I would definitely return to Villa Opunzie! We had a wonderful time.

During our stay, there was a drainage problem with the bathroom shower and sink. I was told it was due to saltwater residue buildup. The bidet had no water and water in the toilet in the second bathroom ran continuously. A water softener might be a solution. You cannot drink the water from the taps because it is salty. We did not know this upon our arrival which caused a minor inconvenience until we got out to buy water. I also need to include that the directions to the villa on booking.com were highly inaccurate and or accuracy of the address needs to be properly inserted into maps.
