Reviewer Comments: We had a few minor issues:-The website photos show a table and chairs on the balcony but there were none, which makes the balcony less useful. Luckily, there were a couple of collapsible chairs in the closet that we were able to use.-The TV in the bedroom is hilariously tiny. But we weren't really there to watch TV.-It would be nice if the balcony door had a screen so it could be left open without worrying about bugs. Otherwise, the place was exactly as advertised, immaculately clean, with amazing views and a delightful private beach, additional public waterfront just a few steps away, and within very short walking distance to many restaurants and other shops. The sunsets and wildlife viewing were incredible. We would love to stay here again.

Enjoyed the 2nd floor bedroom allowing us to have more breathtaking views of the lake. The bathroom was upstairs too and was very small but efficient and had elegant tile work. The refrigerator was noisy and this was discussed with the front desk who said the owner was working on the issue. We would definitely stay here again!

Dishwasher wasn’t working and carpet is rather stained in parts. No shampoo available, so basically need to bring your own toiletries. Nice space for two people but no more. Deck is picturesque though pretty small. Manager was very friendly and provided extra towels when requested. We enjoyed staying in Boyne City and it’s easy to access lots of other sites, such as wineries, shopping, lake. Restaurants nearby are decent and especially loved Walloon Inn which is 10 min away.

This is a beautiful location, right on the shores of Lake Charlevoix. We loved the view and the quaint downtown of Boyne City. This is a great location within walking distance of everything you need. We will definitely be back.
