Je passe mes vacances dans le comté de Summit depuis 30 ans. Je voudrais vous offrir un endroit propre, confortable et abordable pour appeler à la maison pour votre séjour. La place a un balcon et de nombreuses fenêtres avec une vue imprenable sur Keystone et le lac Dillon. Le condo dispose d'une télévision connectée HD Smart TV de 60 pouces (dans le salon) et de 42 pouces (dans le loft) avec 73 chaînes HD et 73 chaînes de radio Sirius XM. Il existe 2 connexions Internet Wi-Fi haut débit séparées pour tous vos besoins numériques. Le condo comprend une chambre avec un lit king size, une chambre avec un lit queen size et une mezzanine avec 3 lits jumeaux, un lit queen size et un lit futon / canapé. Tous les lits ont moins d'un an. La cuisine a tout le nécessaire pour votre séjour, y compris la vaisselle, les ustensiles, les chaudrons, les casseroles, les épices et un filtre à eau. Il dispose de 2 salles de bains, l'une avec baignoire et l'autre avec douche. Chacune contient du shampoing, du revitalisant et du savon liquide. Perfect for 2 dads and their teenage sons on a ski trip. I picked it because it had 6 beds so we each had our own. The loft is perfect for the kids. Kitchen stocked with everything needed, smart TVs in the living room and the loft. The clubhouse was a nice bonus. Great view as well. Will look to book again next year!

Close to copper mountain which we all think it's a blast. The condo is OK, but maybe a bit dated, other than the thin walls between neighbors and leaking rooftop window, we enjoyed our stay.

Tom's condo was the perfect place to crash after a long day on the slopes. It's a very spacious 2 bedroom with a bonus upstairs loft that's huge! The kitchen was well equipped and the living room sectional fit everyone comfortably. Our one hiccup was the complex and it's surrounding area had a freak water outage, but Tom handled it really well, compensating us for purchased water and for the night we were inconvenienced. Communication with Tom was a breeze. We'll definitely look for this place again when planning our next ski trip!

The condo had spectacular views of the mountains and the lake. Close to town with stores and restaurants but up the mountain enough for quiet too. Very clean and well stocked. We did a lot of cooking and it was great. Close to lots of things to do--hiking, river rafting, fishing, horseback riding, etc. Beds were comfy. Bathrooms are small but adequate. Clubhouse is next door with pool, 3 hot tubs, sauna, fitness room and rec room. Tom was great about communicating and making our stay smooth and easy. I would recommend this condo for a family or small group.

We liked this place, but wouldn't choose it again. The unit was clean and comfortable, but the whole property was not. The unit is in the 3rd floor and that made it hard to bring in luggage and groceries. Also the loft has no windows to open or AC and it was extremely hot even with fans.
Everything else was fine and worked for what we needed. Its at the top of a mountain and does have a good view from the balcony.

Although the condo was very warm (issue with boiler?) it had everything we needed. The information in the folder could use an update (e.g. first page to state that humidifiers are required for comfort!) and maybe a bit for foreigners who are not familiar with the CO climate and that the washing machines use an app, not coins. The place suit our needs and the surrounding area had some good shopping.

My wife's 30th was spent at this condo with 6 of our close friends. We had an amazing time waking up early to see the sun rising over the mountains. We were about a 30 minute drive from EVERYTHING we wanted to do: Skiing at Keystone, shopping and great food in Breckenridge, and close to gas and grocery stores to stock up on necessities and snacks in between. Will definitely try to rent again, and would recommend to all of my friends!

We absolutely loved the condo. It was the perfect size and everyone loved the loft and perch vibes. It’s stocked with everything you need for cold weather, cooking, etc. I highly recommend booking! My only caution would be that there is no elevator and the stairs can wind you coupled with the elevation… but we didn’t have much trouble. Thanks!

This property was well kept and fit our lodging needs for the Silverthorne area. The owner was responsive to any questions that we had. Access to the clubhouse (pool, hot tub & arcade style games) was an added perk.

This is definitely one of the best stays I have ever had. Thomas ensured that the place was well stocked with so many supplies. We also loved the view from the balcony to wake up to a beautiful sunrise. Whenever we needed something, Thomas was quick to respond and help. Everything worked out perfectly and we have zero complaints.

This condo was fantastic! Perfect size for our family of 5. The condo was incredibly clean when we arrived. There were plenty of towels, kitchen items, quick cleaning things. Everything made us feel right at home. The pictures of the views do not give the actual views justice - simply incredibly views from the balcony and windows. Great area to stay in and close to lots of stores, food and hiking. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in this area!

Great Trip
This was a great house for a long weekend stay for two families with teens. The house was very clean and perfect location to ski resorts, snowmobiling and town. Very well stocked kitchen and supply of paper products. Tom was great with answering any questions and giving recommendations. Loved our time in CO!

No need to tote all the extras here! They have a complete spice rack, lots of extra towels and pillows, saran wrap and foil, plenty of coffee filters. Having all those extras included made a mom's job so much easier. It was a little tough to climb to the 3rd floor where the condo is, but I wouldn't give up the loft either! Great property!

Our family staid here for 3 nights. It was perfect for us. The kids had their own space and we loved the view from the deck. Saw a moose walk through the parking lot one evening. Thomas was very responsive to any questions or concerns. Would stay here again.

The loft with four beds was perfect for our grandchildren and the kitchen had high quality utensils that included everything we needed. my only negative, and this was clearly listed in the postng was the three flights to the condo. I consider myself quite fit but I didn't take into account the elevation. The view was worth it though.
