Very clean and perfect location to town.

This is a lovely two bedroom plus loft unit located above a garage in residential Lake Placid. A couple of minutes drive, or a 10 minute walk to the main drag in downtown Lake Placid. The build quality and finish of this apartment is excellent. A nice little deck and fenced yard. Somewhat low ceilings in the loft, but would be perfect for the kids.

My family had a wonderful stay. The apartment was perfect for our family and medium-sized dog. The temperatures were frigid when we were there but the apartment was always warm and cozy! We loved jumping into the hot tub on the deck after a day on the slopes. The entry way complete with bench was perfect for taking on and off all of our winter gear (not all apartments have this feature in my experience!). The beds and couch were super comfy and there was no noise from the street. The host was very helpful and always responded immediately. A hidden gem for me was I hadn't before been on the "railroad trail" which is a few minutes walk from the house. It turns out the railroad trail (which goes for miles and miles) was perfect for walking my dog and for cross-country skiing. We will definitely return!

We enjoyed our stay. Just watch out for the driveway if there is a lot of snow around and you have more than one car. Tricky to maneuver two cars. Host was responsive. Home was clean. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub was a nice treat!

We enjoyed our stay and had what we needed to cook most of our own meals and relax away from crowded hotels. It was the perfect location with a quick drive back and forth to the Olympic Center.

The house was clean and we enjoyed our stay. The beds are comfortable with nice bedding. The backyard ice rink was a pleasant surprise and our kids thoroughly enjoyed it. There were no basic bathroom supplies like shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and some coffee in the kitchen but it wasn't a big deal.

We enjoyed using the hot tub after skiing at Whiteface and hiking in ADKs. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We liked having a kitchen to prepare our own meals in. The sofa was very comfortable, The gas fireplace gave a nice ambiance and plenty of heat. We would return.

This was our second time staying here. Property is relaxing and well-maintained, as well as close to tons of activities and town. Looking forward to the next time!

My family and I had an amazing thanksgiving holiday at ashleys place. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog to roam around. In addition to that the floors were heated! Could not have asked for a more perfect stay in lake placid. The hot tub and fireplace made it even more special. I would not hesitate to book again next time we come to whiteface/lake placid.

Had a great weekend stay. Love the homey feeling of the property. Enjoyed the hot tub and the fenced in yard for our dog. This is our second time staying at this property and we will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay at this property, everything was as described in the listing. We did not get a chance to use the fire pit or hot tub, but they both looked nice. Ashley was communicative and contacted us before our arrival. We did have a bit of trouble finding the house on our arrival, as we were instructed to look for a stone driveway but it appears to have recently been paved.

Something for everyone! The dog loved the fenced in yard. My kids loved the firepit. My husband and I loved the hot tub on the deck. Conveniently located, will stay here again.
