The location of this property was perfect for us traveling with our toddler and infant. It was steps away from the mountain and ski school as well as shops and food. The free shuttle to downtown was perfect and we didn't have to worry about loading carseats and strollers in an uber. The condo had everything we needed in it and the owner was wonderful to work with.

We were only steps away from the Payday lift. Very convenient to take breaks throughout the day.
The condo was fully stocked with all the necessities. We caught free shuttle to Fresh Market to load up on groceries. Again, very convenient.
Very nice furnishings, comfy beds, etc. We had two teens with us and they had a lot of privacy as their bedroom was separate from the main living area.
Great communication with booking agency throughout the process.
Loved it and would stay here again!

Location is Everything! Everything we needed and wanted were steps away from our HOME for the week! Condo was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly outfitted with everything we needed. We are a family of five that enjoyed this space. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. We cooked on a daily basis so adequate and plentiful appliances, cookware, dinnerware, etc. is a must for us and it did not disappoint. Highly recommend and will be returning.

This property is right at the base of the mountain, and could not be more convenient for renting equipment, access to the mountain, and access to restaurants, shops and shuttle service. It is a perfect location if you do not want to rent a car, the shuttles are so convenient to be able to get downtown or go out to eat. We loved staying here.

Belinda made it easy. Everything was ready when we arrived Finding the right parking garage was challenging in the dark, even with directions. Having all the codes in a single list was very helpful. We look forward to going back.

Great location and perfect for a family of five. Ordered groceries on instacart that were easily picked up. Kitchen had everything we needed. Also, the close proximity to the park city shuttles were awesome to get to downtown quickly. What a great family memory

This is the best rental we have stayed in at Park CIty. The location can’t be beat. The condo is bigger in person than the pictures portray. Stocked with everything you might need. Belinda Simile was a fantastic communicator. We are already looking to book next year!

This was our second time staying at this condo, and it was just as perfect as it was the first time. Very comfortable for our family of five, and just 50 feet away from the ski school and rentals, 100 yards from the closest lift! If you don’t want to lug your kids’ skis, helmets, boots (and the kids as well), this location can’t be beat!
The condo is very comfortable, nicely furnished, with all the amenities you could want.

This is a true ski in ski out location. It was SO convenient. Literally steps from the mountain, lift tickets, rentals, restaurants, etc. Cozy and quiet despite being right in the heart of Park City mountain. Owners/manager was AMAZING with communication. 5 stars!

The condo was perfect for my husband and myself and two grandkids. There was plenty of room, it was quiet at night, beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, bathrooms were clean, it appears the condo has been recently updated, the weather was perfect and people are as kind to deal with, even those that live and work there.

Great location for a trip to the mountain. Condo is perfect size for 4-6 people and a 30 second walk to Payday lift and the mountain. Would definetly stay again! Thanks, Belinda!

Our bad luck was cancelled flights and bad snow. Still it was overcome. A very spacious 2-BR that feels even bigger by design. We were only 3 but 6 occupants will still have plenty of functional and private space. Super comfortable and lacks for nothing. Great location to get on mountain. I expected more small sundries and simple bites shops at the condo “mall” area. and they close early. But town, grocery store and good scotch are all within a refreshing non-fatiguing walk. And honestly the condo is so comfortable and well equipped, it’s the best restaurant/bar in town. BYOP (partner) of course but for me there’s no better choice.
The most influential and uplifting value was Belinda, the owner. Her personal attention to make sure our needs are met made me feel like friend or family. It was heartwarming to see and feel w/o doubt that she cared more about that than income from the condo. Thank you Belinda. You have a generous spirit and we hope to repeat visit

This property has the most convenient location to the base at PCM. Belinda, the host, stayed in constant contact and all directions were very clear. Highly recommended!

Communication with owner was excellent! We had a problem with the kitchen plumbing while we were visiting and the owner and property manager immediately addressed the issue. The kitchen was fully stocked with spices and plenty of utensils and cooking supplies. Laundry facilities made it easy for us to pack light. Queen bed mattresses were a bit worn with dips in the middle of the beds. Owner was notified. This was truly the perfect location for visiting our family members who live close by. We loved the pool and being able to mountain bike right out the door! We hope to stay here again soon!

It was very difficult to find the property since there was hardly anybody to ask and the office was closed. A better map might help. Other than that the place was awesome.
