The property was very beautiful very spacious all appliances and amenities offered worked wonderfully overall a beautiful stay for me and my family hopefully we can come back and do it all over again

Great house. Roomy. Great location... everything is near, restaurants, and even the beach was not too far. The house is in great location and great condition! Highly recommend!

We had a great time in Tampa. The house is in Oldsmar and it's about 10 minutes to any amenities we needed. It's also in a super quiet neighborhood. Everything was cleaned as expect ed and we had chance to talk with the host, Gary, who liked to work in his workshop in the backyard.

This was a very nice house not enough channels on the TV espically when you have 2 children both special needs that like their cartoons, plenty of shopping the only thing I would say is that the drive to the beach was a bit long we are used to either being on the beach or close by it and the weather was not in our favor we had alot of rain. And I would recommend checking everything in the home and if something is not working correctly I would contact the owner so that he is aware. Other than what I wrote It was a nice stay.

This house was perfect and clean in every way! My daughters and I were so comfortable and want to visit again. The location was great for Honeymoon Island State Park and other beaches.

This house was perfect while we were doing a relocation visit to area. It had everything we needed to feel at home. We were both working remote and looking at houses in area, so both the wi-fi and central location worked great out perfect. We'd recommend to others traveling to area.

Master bedroom really needs to be upgraded the bed is very uncomfortable moves around as soon as you get in . Needs new pillows, master bathroom could use upgrade for shower lining curtains and linens. There’s only two TVs one in master bedroom one in living room no TVs in the other two bedrooms . Only 8 channels and two are local news , the other not sure very very old channels. Internet reception is very weak owners had to come over for at least an hour to try and get better Internet. There is a garage on the side of property , someone was working in the garage and loud motor sounds could be heard inside.

The property is as described. There was no need to contact owner at all. Make sure to bring toiletries and kitchen supplies as the ones provided are very limited.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this house and it is beautiful! The location is great! It's close to everything you need and not far from attractions but just far enough where there isn't too many tourists. The neighborhood was really peaceful and friendly as well. You have everything you need in the kitchen to make meals.The owner does have a side garage that he goes to, but you never know he is there unless you actually look, he doesn't bother at all. Oldsmar is a beautiful town.

Property is nice but the rules are ridiculous. First there is no soap, tissues, paper towels or other items that I come to expect from VRBO or other home rentals. Then thermostat, message saying you move it below 78, there is an extra fee. Having pets, Shar Pee even, heat causes excess oil and more to come on that. Then wifi brook, will give props that they fixed that right away but more to come on that. So we get ready to check out, you have to strip the beds, clean the appliances, and vacuum the floors? Really? Don't forget to move the thermostat back to 85 before you leave and all fans off so the home can heat up and stop circulation of air. Then comes the nightmare, get a message, house smells like dogs and we are going to have to charge extra to clean, mind you we already did 50% of the cleaning, they limited air which increased the smell and their response was it was an issue that we noticed when we came in to fix the wifi. Thanks for saying something. Just a owner that wants to nickle and dime the renter after approving the dogs because his wife liked them. If she likes something, maybe know the risk of heat with their skin. So avoid if you have pets and if you didn't take a vacation to clean a home and only to be charged extra.

The house has plenty of room for 4-6 people, including both a shower and a shower/bath. The 2 car garage was immaculate and completely empty. Kitchen was well stocked with all the gear for cooking for a family stay. AC kept the house cool and low humid even though there were a couple of 90/90 days

Stayed here while visiting family in the area for Christmas. Had a great time. House was perfect for our needs, in a great area with food and entertainment nearby. Perfect base for our time in the Tampa Bay area. Would highly recommend.

My son, daughter,husband, and I needed a place to stay while we celebrated a special occasion for a family member. We were very happy with the house we rented. Each of had a nice bedroom to sleep in. We were very happy with the large garage to park our cars.

Everything was perfect. This was our first time rental with this company. All went as planned. Could not have asked for things to have been more convenient. Close to everything you need or want.

The house is situated nicely in the Tampa area. Oldsmar is far enough out to be removed from the hubbub, but with easy access to Tampa, St. Petersburg and the surrounding area. Jaunts to places like Ybor City or Tarpon Springs are no problem. Plenty of non-chain neighborhood restaurants and an excellent grocery just minutes away. Sidewalks and bike paths make walking the dogs easy and enjoyable. The house itself is clean, neat and well maintained. As noted by a previous occupant, the kitchen could use some refreshing - the pots with the wobbly handles are still in residence and should be repaired or replaced, dishware with chips should be tossed, one or two more cutting boards would be nice. That said, if you're going to do your own cooking, you pretty much have what you need. The rest of the house is well-equipped and the in-house laundry facilities more than adequate, even for several people. Please note: There is a second building on the property, a large garage, adjacent to the house, that is used by the owner. When Gary, the owner is there, he tries to be unobtrusive and respectful of the renters' privacy.

The property is very satisfying and comfortable. It is close to stores and restaurants. Anything you need is within walking distance. The owner Gary was very respectful and understanding. I will recommend this property to others.

We loved our time in this house. It was like walking into the pictures. Some pictures can be misleading, but these were 100% accurate. Gary was a great host! He made us feel welcome and made great suggestions for us to do in the area. We have 2 suggestions : first, the kitchen is lacking in a couple things. The handles on the sauce pans were very loose. We bought our own to eliminate the very real possibility of being burned. Also, there were not any oven mitts so we had to buy those. The second suggestion is that at least the master bedroom have a TV. We would definitely like to stay here again!

Great location and very clean, updated and spacious home

The house is attractive, comfortable and well-laid out. It's in a great area, midway between Tampa and the ocean beaches. It's very close to some nice parks, with tennis, hiking trails (for good bird-watching) and even a zip-line course (Empower Adventures, which was so much fun).

Our family stayed at this property during our daughters hospitalization, this was no pleasure trip by any means but this wonderful home made a place where our family could all be together while doing shifts going back and forth to local hospital. The home is near a lot of restaurants, grocery stores and centrally located between clearwater area and tampa. I would highly recommend this home it is on very quiet street and has a warm cozy feel about it.The owner Gary was very good getting back to me when inquiring about the home and even during our stay. The home is very clean and the beds were very comfortable with a well stocked kitchen glasses plates misc. This was a true oasis for our family!

Beautiful home, well maintained. Nice location on a quiet street. Centrally located less than 30 minutes to attractions Busch Gardens, Lowry Zoo, Downtown Tampa and ClearWater Beach.

Gary is a respectful owner that is concerned about the comfort of your stay. He is available for any questions at any time or when an item needs to be looked at. This home is comfortable and completely meets the needs of a traveler.

We (4 adults) stayed a week in this lovely home. It was very clean and well designed. The furniture and fixings were all new. The mattresses were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. It was very convenient having the washer & dryer. The owner was very nice and met us at the house when we arrived to make sure we were comfortable with everything. It was a great experience. The immediate area around the house has a lot of restaurants and shopping. We had a rental car and also spent time in St. Petersburg, Clearwater Beach, Clearwater Marina (take the Calypso Cruise) and Dunedin - a lovely little town nearby (with fabulous sunsets) they were hosting a fun Scottish festival while we were there. There are also lots of quaint shops and great dining in Dunedin. One evening we drove into Tampa for a Lightning hockey game. There's also a casino about 20 minutes away. The location was great! We would definitely stay here again.
