Great central location. Outstanding view. All the comforts of home.

This rental was exceptionally clean and updated. Located in a very quiet Point Loma neighborhood. Ample safe curb side parking in front of the unit. David the owner met us to show us around and assure us he was only a call away if we needed anything. I would rent this 2 BR/full 2 Bath unit again. I'll also add the bed was very comfortable!

The word amazing comes to mind when describing this rental and host. It was perfectly located to all of the amazing things that San Diego has to offer. David was a great host and checked to make sure we had supplies for the tropical storm that hit while we were there. That went above and beyond. The beds were so comfortable and the place was spotlessly clean and comfortable. When we come to San Diego again we would be lucky to stay here again!

My family had the best experience at this property and Dave is a great host! We had lived two streets away for 13 years (before moving out of state), so staying here was literally like coming home. The property is perfectly set up for a family of four, is very clean, comfortable, up-to-date, and has every amenity you would need. The location is beyond perfect if you’re new to the area as it’s centrally located to most tourist spots. Getting there from the airport is breeze and the beach, harbor, and downtown are only minutes away. Can’t say enough great things! Thank you Dave and look forward to seeing you soon (hopefully)!

Lovely home in a central location Everything was very clean!!!! Plenty of towels and you have access to washer/dryer (in house) David was extremely helpful and responsive. Definitely would recommend and stay again!!

Beautiful house with an awesome view of San Diego! David was gracious and very welcoming, he offered up advice for the city and made the trip that much better. The neighborhood was nice and friendly and we had several conversations with the neighbors. I wouldn’t definitely rent this place again!

I booked this place for my parents who were coming into town to visit me. Everything was perfect! The location is in a very cute neighborhood that is nice and quiet, and close to literally everything! David’s place is immaculate. My parents RAVED about how comfortable the beds were and had nothing but positive things to say. It was the perfect hangout for my husband and I to visit with my parents. They’re already planning their next trip back and want to stay in the same spot. 10/10 experience!!!

Fantastic location near everything. Unit was immaculate with easy street parking. Wonderful views of the city and harbor. Special treat was watching the Sea World fireworks every night at closing. Would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a safe, clean and convenient home for their San Diego adventures.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful, clean and David the owner was always available to answer any questions we might have. It made our first trip to San Diego very memorable.

We visit the area a few times a year and decided to go VRBO this year. David's place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great view of SD and bay. I believe we found a jewel with David's place. The nights were very quiet in a great neighborhood. The days we did stay in were almost equally relaxing. I will be going back and staying in the fall. David was a great host & met us on arrival and available if needed.

This property is well situated in a convenient location and quiet neighborhood of well-maintained houses. This unit is well designed, furnished and extremely clean. The only downside could be the number of stairs to deal with both outside and inside.

I had an extended stay and this property was very well equipped with a beautiful view of downtown San Diego. The neighborhood is safe and lovely with lots of parking. Loved the close proximity to great restaurants and attractions.

Our first visit to San Diego and we hit the jackpot! This property was clean and well appointed. It is also located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. All of the San Diego highlights were a short drive away-all within 30 minutes and most much less than that. Would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves traveling back to this area.

I almost don't want to tell everyone about this rental for fear of never being able to book it again. Sometimes, you just can't stay quiet, and doing the right thing prevails. THIS is one of those times. The check-in process was a breeze, despite our late arrival. The key, along with simple, tasteful rules, were left at the door. The decor was modern with beautiful accents of a real home, and the unit was IMMACULATE, cleaner than any five-star hotel!! The bed and bedding were out of this world, and the towels were plush and elegant. Views were spectacular of the city, and sitting outside on the private patio was delightful. But most of all, we appreciated David’s unwavering hospitality. Despite being under the weather, he found time to connect with us and make us feel special. We wish him a full and speedy recovery and look forward to returning to this property the next time we are in San Diego. Undeniably the BEST place we have ever stayed at, truly!

This property has a beautiful view of the San Diego Skyline and most of our activities and restaurants were within 10-15 minutes. This unit is perfect for 2 couples traveling together as it has two good size bedrooms with two good sized bathrooms. We did not cook but if we had needed to, everything was available. I would definitely stay here again.
