Cette maison a été construite en 2007. Il est 4000 pieds carrés, sur plus de 0,75 acres. La chambre principale se trouve au rez-de-chaussée et comprend un lit king-size, une télévision à écran plat et des portes-fenêtres menant à une immense terrasse couverte au bord du lac. La salle de bain principale possède une douche de 5 pieds sur 5 pieds avec 2 pommes de douche, un bain à remous et une double vasque. Les 2 autres chambres sont au deuxième étage et chacune a sa propre salle de bain privée. Il y a aussi une terrasse privée au deuxième étage. Le rez-de-chaussée est ouvert avec un grand salon / salle à manger de la cuisine entièrement équipée comprenant un grand réfrigérateur, une cuisinière / four, un lave-vaisselle, un micro-ondes et un bar pour le petit-déjeuner. Il y a aussi un mixeur, une mijoteuse, un grille-pain et une cafetière. La cuisine est située à côté de l'immense terrasse au bord du lac et dispose d'un grand gril en acier inoxydable et d'une terrasse extérieure pour dîner ou se détendre avec une boisson fraîche.
Il y a une passerelle en bois menant au quai couvert pour le bateau avec l'électricité, les lumières, le stockage et un immense solarium / pont pour les fêtes au-dessus.

Place was nice, the only fault we had is that the home was not stocked with soap, shampoo, and towels, washcloths, paper towels, toilet paper.

House was great for a family getting away. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable and everything we needed was there. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly.

The house is beautiful. Everything you need to feel at home and be comfortable is there. The dock is a great place to sunbathe, swim or fish. The view is great. Nice, quiet neighborhood with deer grazing on the lawn. It was a great place for our family vacation.

The home was very spacious with everything we needed to have a great family vacation! Everything was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen also was well stocked with everything we needed, including a traditional coffee machine and Keurig. It was also nice to have a dock where we could store the boat we rented under cover. We just loved our week in this beautiful home. Thank you!

Very nice home and dock at the lake with great views. Well stocked with everything we needed and lots of room! Family room furniture needs updating. One step on the way down to the dock with a hole in the corner is unsafe and needs replacement. The grill was hard to clean.

Fall at SML (Smith Mountain Lake) is amazing. Lots of hiking, history, wine tasting, brilliant sunsets and cozy evenings by the fire. This house provides access to all and more. It was the perfect launching pad for adventure and a welcome site at the end of a busy day. The cove is quiet (especially in fall).

The house dock is a perfect place for sunning and relaxing. The beds we’re comfortable and the layout of the house gave everyone privacy. The rooms are large with a well stocked kitchen. The decks were great for morning coffee and dinner. Would definitely come back.

We had a great time in this very nice home. It’s located in a peaceful, yet large cove. The owner was easily reached before the trip and allowed us to add an extra night.

Every year a group of friends from college get together for a long weekend at the beach. This year we decided to change it up and opted for a house on SML. We could not have been happier with our decision. The house, location and amenities were absolutely perfect for our group of 6 "40 somethings". We are likely to ditch the sand and salt for freshwater and luxury living for the foreseeable future.

Highly recommend them as well. Kept it tied to the dock and the whole package is something we are already looking forward to doing again. Hopefully this will be available for our next trip.

Down time
We had a great week relaxing by the water, kayaking, fishing, floating on tibes, laying on the deck watching stars, and cooking out as a family. The house had everything we needed to do a whole lot of nothing. It was our second visit and we will be back.

We've been traveling to Smith Mountain annually. This was the first time at this location and it was beautiful! We stayed outside mostly and took advantage of the kayaks that were provided. The kitchen had two refrigerators which was extremely helpful. The owner was always pleasant to work with.
Our only wish was the picture with the grill was replaced with a picture of the flat top since there's not a true grill anymore. In addition, it would have been nice to have TV's in the two bedrooms upstairs. I get it that people are there to soak up the views and weather and we certainly did that.

Do not know how it could have been any better! We were gifted a weekend of hot mostly sunny weather, which for May was a real treat. We used the kayak, canoe and pool table!

We've been traveling to Smith Mountain annually. This was the first time at this location and it was beautiful! We stayed outside mostly and took advantage of the kayaks that were provided. The kitchen had two refrigerators which was extremely helpful. The owner was always pleasant to work with.
Our only wish was the picture with the grill was replaced with a picture of the flat top since there's not a true grill anymore. In addition, it would have been nice to have TV's in the two bedrooms upstairs. I get it that people are there to soak up the views and weather and we certainly did that.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It was extremely spacious, clean and had a well stocked kitchen. The view is incredible. The boat dock and lift were a huge convenience since we were doing a lot of fishing in addition to the local boat ramp that we had access to. The house was absolutely beautiful and the view was awesome!! The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed. The only issues we had were that the blinds in the master bedrooms bathroom did not work. They were broke and you could not close them, this would not have been a problem if there had not been a home right next door with windows facing the bathroom! Also the indoor fireplace did not work, it looked like someone had taken it apart and just placed the pieces back, as screws were sticking up and out. It did not look safe at all. It would have been nice to have as the weather was damp and cold while we were there. Other than that everything else was great. We had a nice relaxing stay!!

Our stay
The house was beautiful, but the wood floors were dirty as well as one of the sinks and toilets in the bathroom. The blinds in the master bath fell down when I tried to close them and we were unable to use one of the showers, as well as the grill and fire pit outside. The grill was greasy and dirty. There was a Christmas tree in the main living area, which was a great idea, but a lot of the lights were burned out. Just appeared that such a beautiful house needs a little more TLC.
