Seulement 12 minutes de marche de la plage de Tamarindo incroyable et minutes de la ville. Ce condo de deux chambres est une grande valeur si vous voulez faire l'expérience de Tamarindo, ne veulent pas payer le prix avant de plage ou de grande hauteur fous, mais que vous voulez un endroit qui est propre, calme et a tout ce que vous pourriez demander.
Cette unité de condo est l'unité de fin dans le complexe, ce qui signifie qu'il est le plus silencieux et le plus privé. Le complexe entier, Los Suenos 2, ne compte que 22 unités. Tout le monde y est sympathique, discret et tranquille. Il est très bien géré complexe et l'endroit idéal pour séjourner si vous voulez réduire les coûts sans compromettre les caractéristiques qui comptent la plus favorisée propre, calme et emplacement. Il a deux étages, deux chambres avec air conditionné et leur propre salle de bain avec grande douche. La climatisation est uniquement dans les chambres, pas de climatisation à l'étage principal.
L'étage principal dispose d'une cuisine, salon, réfrigérateur, laveuse, sécheuse, WIFI, et l'ensemble du condo est joliment décoré. Le patio avant, mais pas énorme, est idéal pour assise le matin alors que le soleil ruisseaux à travers les arbres de noix de coco. Meubles de patio et petite table de salle à manger, tous les nouveaux locaux et fabriqués à partir de bois de teck, est un endroit idéal pour se détendre, et de servir les repas.
Dans la matinée, les rayons du soleil directement vers le bas sur la zone de terrasse avant où il ya une table et chaises en teck, et deux chaises longues en teck qui sont un endroit idéal pour se détendre tout en ayant une grande tasse de café du Costa Rica fraîche, en écoutant les oiseaux et douce brise. Ceci est aussi un grand espace pour déjeuner ou dîner, allumer quelques bougies pour créer l'ambiance parfaite.
La piscine est à seulement quelques pas, ou si vous voulez, la tête à la plage en quelques minutes et profiter de l'une des plus belles plages du Costa Rica. Sans oublier les grands restaurants et des boutiques.
Tamarindo a tout. Laid back, détendu, et si vous voulez aller tyrolienne ou le rafting, tout est à proximité.
Les habitants sont toujours sympathique et désireux de plaire. Vous ne trouverez pas un peuple plus authentiques et heureux. Cela fait partie de ce qui rend le Costa Rica spéciale.
Le surf ou bodyboard est incroyable aussi! Tous les jours nous aimons marcher sur la plage au coucher du soleil et de prendre tout cela en. Il n'y a rien tout à fait comme elle.

This condo is in a very nice group of several units, I would give it a 5 star rating if there was only a comfortable chair to relax in, small wodden chairs on the deck and the bench seat in living room with pillows just simply could be replaced with some better furniture, it really doesn't work for 4 people
After 4 days we left 7 days early because of it, and moved on, other than that the bedrooms were comfortable which is where we hung out and could be improved

Well mantain and in excellent shape the ground crew new there job's well and keep the place clean
We stayed a month and really lucked out in finding this place for are home base. This was are first time in Costa Rica and believe me one month was too short. We enjoyed the condo for it's locaition and cleanliness we will most definitely return.

We had a great week in Tamarindo.
The condo was exactly as shown on the picture and as described. The property (Los Suenos II) is also very nice, quiet and well maintained. It actually looks even better than the pictures!
It is a 5-minutes walk to the closest restaurants/bars, 10-minutes to the main street and the closest grocery store and 15-minutes to the beach.
We travelled with our 3 and 5 year old and brought a large double stroller which was the best way to travel from the condo to the beach and carry all of our stuff on the rocky, uneven roads.
The onsite management team was not the best we have seen. We received arrival information from the property manager, Rosa, but she was not there when we arrived. It took us a few minutes to figure out who was the security guard on site who was supposed to have the keys. She never tried to make contact with us while we were there. Her husband, the groundskeeper, tried to have an air conditioning unit installed at the house on our second-last day while the kids were napping.
The condo has a well-equipped kitchen (no microwave or oven, but we did not need those). There was none of the basics (salt, sugar, dish soap, laudry soap, garbage bags, etc), so make sure you bring them or buy them when you get there.
They had towels (5) for showers, but you need to bring your own beach towels.
Tamarindo has a very nice beach. Perfect for kids. It also has lots and lots of delicious restaurants. All the ones we tried were great!

We had a great week in Tamarindo.

The kitchen had all facilities to cook meals in, there is plenty of seating and living space. The bedrooms have air conditioning which was very much appreciated on hot nights. Everything - beds, bedding, kitchen utensil etc were all in good condition and clean. There's a pool which was great for when we wanted to just lounge around instead of leaving to go to the beach.
The internet was 10mbs down, 1mb up - fast enough for video calls that I had to do a couple of times while there and reliable.
Be aware that in the rainy season there are storms and this can make the power go out in the whole of Tamarindo, this only happened a handful of times we were there and most of the time came back within a few minutes (only once did it go out for an hour).
The condo is a 10 minute walk from the main shops and beach which we did walk down to most days, if we were too lazy or hot we caught a taxi back for 1000-2000 colones (2-4 USD). There are some mini-supermarkets in the town center that had most of things we needed, we did only one big shop at the Automercado which is a bit further away but taking a taxi there and back was easy. The place is really nice and quiet a definite advantage of being away from the main area. There is a gym just around the corner which we joined for the month for pretty cheap. We did a lot of tours which we organised from the tour places in town, they are all happy to do pick ups from the condo.
The property manager was very responsive for any questions we had and quick to resolve the internet not working when we first arrived - on a Saturday evening. Overall it was a lovely stay, can't wait to come back!
