Zimmer waren sauber und der Gesamteindruck der Wohnung war gut. 2 Badezimmer mit WC war auch eine positive Überraschung.

Wohnung für die angegebenen 6 Personen zu klein. Die Ausziehcouch im Wohnzimmer war nicht für 2 Personen. Gottseidank wurde uns auf Nachfrage ein Zusatzbett zur Verfügung gestellt. Ausstattung eher dürftig. Keine Kaffeemaschine. Auch am Küchentisch war kein Platz für 6 Personen. Das gehört meiner Meinung nach korrigiert bzw. kann man nicht eine Wohnung für 6 Personen anbieten obwohl nur für max. 5 Personen Platz ist. WC Spülung ging auch kaputt und wurde, mit der Begründung dass Ende Dezember niemand für eine Behebung verfügbar ist, nicht repariert.

Ceiling leaked and went all over the bed then all over the windows, told host to get a refund and host didn't know what to say other than "we are getting this sorted but i'm sorry for inconvenience"

Clean, close to shops, bus station, pubs.

We had an appointment at 3rd floor, was very hot starting fron 7 am. No Ac, poor ventilation.

A convenient location to shops and walking distance to our family. The accommodation was clean and suitable for a quick stay.

The mattress need replacing and a possible portable air conditioning unit would have been much appreciated during those hot days. They did supply fans but 1 didn’t work and the heat from the boiler was insane.

Staff quick to put things right when we reported some of the appliances not working or cant be switched on.

Should have someone in the begining when check in to ensure all appliances work and if they are all switched on from the main.

The size of the rooms are great, it has everything you need. We would all stay there again. Brilliant size balcony and lovely to sit out on in the evening with table and chairs.

It get very hot in the rooms even though they have very big floor fans. The corridors are quiet stuffy. The hairdryer needs to be updated to a modern one.

Clean and basic. Comfortable bed.

Facilities. Very hot.

Teas and coffee provided. Got my own water and drinks anyway. Lidl short distance away and can buy from there

I ran out of T tissue - sent an email but I think host didn’t check in time. so popped out to buy from Lidl, that wasn’t a big issue.
