Organization with the Host, collection of the keys, location itself, everything on that side it was superb.
Bed was really comfortable and the terrace also.
It could have been a bit more clean, maybe add some shower gel and things like that which were missing.
Also on the coffe, there was too less, not enough considering that breakfast was not included but coffee machine was.

Large, clean and central location.
No draws or cupboards in the bedrooms, so you need to access your clothes in the communal hallway.

the flat is really nice and cozy, amazing location, comfortable beds.
it’s obviously a new property as some of tiny details were not thought through, but this will can be sorted easily. for instance, add up some hooks in the bathroom and entrance area, a place where you can leave the outdoor shoes, and some other small things like that.
the only thing which I didn’t like is that on the photos there were furniture on the balcony, but when we came there were none.

courtyard location was quiet and felt secure/ safe. great district to stay if on a lower budget
mirrors in the second bedroom and separate toilet area would be useful additions.

Great location in walking distance to the Parliament and Natural History Museum. Tasteful, bright interior with open spaces and large panoramic windows.
The host was very friendly when handing over the keys.
Some small niggles: I missed coat hangers or a small wardrobe at the entrance to put up jackets and shoes

location: bang in museum quarter. closest underground exit was closed but not very far from the other exit anyway. has convenience stores not too far away. A must eat place woupd be the nearby Osteria da Giovanni for amazing and very affordable pizza/pasta!

The staff who came to hand over the keys was flexible and great
The unit is just starting to get a bit dated: the light over the coffee table wasnt working. this meant it was either very bright with the lights or no lights at all. we made do by keeping the stove hood lights on. The furniture and carpet is starting to show wear and tear
did miss the presence of on site hotel concierge. but the kitchenette makes up for it.

it was clean but they could remove the dust a bit more on the tables closets etc.

Everything was perfect, especially the terrace and the view of the beautiful inner yard with its plants. Gorgeous building and apartment.
Please make right the cables for the wifi router, its not a problem of course, but it is not in harmony with everything else.

All contact with the managing agent was excellent. Very professional, responsive and helpful. At our request we were able to access the property early and leave our bags in a safe place on the day of departure.
This is a great property, in a lovely apartment block. The apartment itself lacked some touches that are fairly basic - coat hooks near the entrance door, bedside tables - and some which may regarded as comfort issues (lamps rather than bare ceiling bulbs in all rooms)

Very spacious apartment, warm (temperature fully under our control), clean and with big windows. It was very quiet, I could not hear a noise for all the 4 nights spend there.
It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, which are located in different areas of the apartment. This could be ideal for two couples that both want their privacy. The only meeting point then would be the wide living room at the center of the apartment.
The location is good, within a reasonable walking distance from the main attractions.
Communication with the property has been excellent (they also organized our smooth transfer from/to the airport). Albi was available for any need, but honestly there’s not been any problem.
I have nothing to really complain. I would just suggest an improvement at almost zero cost: complimentary bottles of water at the arrival. If you reach Wien in evening time, as we did, it could be difficult to find open shops in the surroundings.

The apartment was amazing! it’s huge, with the stunning design, stylish terrace and at the same time quite and cozy. We spent a lot of the time in apartment because it was a huge pity to leave it everyday even for such a stunning city as Vienna.

Location is fantastic.
The apartment did not match the photos in the listing!! Less than 10 of the 59 photos in the listing are from the actual apartment we rented - I really felt cheated. You should state that you have several apartments in the house and that the pics are from all of them. Also strange furniture with master bedroom without any place to store or hang your clothes. Toilet without hanger for towels. As it turned out now, I would not have rented this place.

Great apartment, great facilities, very nice and colorful interior. The location was perfect for seeing the old city (a short walk/ride away) and even better for seeing Neubau. The host was very friendly and we had a great time!
