We stayed at 517 passage point and Jim was excellent in communicating about the check-in and any other questions we might have. The location is excellent for skiing or just relaxing and we enjoyed the hot tubs, bars and restaurants and the amazing center village.

Nice 1 bedroom. Bigger than expected. Modern kitchen. Pull-out couch for 2nd bed. Nice location. Underground parking. Elevator was crowded at busy times, but I like the stairs. Parking near the stairs seemed easier than using the ski locker, so we just kept skis in our underground car, booted up in condo, and grabbed skis on the way to the central lifts. Easy enough to come back for a lunch break! Small issue with Keurig... kind of sprays coffee, not serious and I should have mentioned somewhere other than this review a week later but maybe the right person will see and fix :).

We have made a number of trips to Copper Mountain and have stayed in Passage Point before because we love the location. This was far from our best rental.
The unit was tired. The fireplace switch was missing which made it unusable. Unless you like a soft mattress ( we don’t), this is not the place for you. The carpet stains are quite visible and the pre check in cleaning missed a lot that we picked up when we used our cleaning wipes upon arrival.
Other units have had access to lockers for overnight storage of ski equipment. If ours did, it was not clear.
Property manager was very responsive to our question about a smoke or CO monitor that regularly chirped during our first evening. After we brought in some fresh air from the balcony, the noise stopped.
We love the resort and will return again. But it will not be to the same unit.

This is a nice condo with a SUPERB location! Everything was as described, everything worked and we were just a couple of minutes' walk from the lifts. The enjoyed the facilities (pool, hot tubs) and being in Center Village. We hope to return sometime in the future!

Overall I recommend this property, but it needs some repairs (blinds, coffee table) and some clarification (listing indicated utensils are included, but that’s misleading.
There are several comments about check-in, but it worked for us to stop off in Dillon before heading to Copper. There was an abundance of emails, that provided little value, but nothing over the top. I am most disappointed that property management doesn’t give you helpful information - WHERE trash is located, (east wing), WHERE laundry is located (2nd floor east wing), etc. Also, every property I stayed in at Copper allows you to access the Copper Coach, but no info was provided here.
Probably the most aggravating issue for us was that there were no spatulas for cooking. There were two slotted spoons, some kind of melted plastic instrument, 3 coffee makers, 1.5 blenders - but not a single spatula. And there were 2 random measuring spoons. There are forks, knives, and dishes present.
If you try to move the coffee table, to open the fold out couch, be careful because the top is not secured to the legs.
The location and views are great. If the property management company could get useful information, less than $20 could be spent on utensils, and a few repairs made this is easily one of the best values in Copper.

The Condo was great. Amenities were as described. As a bonus we were able to see the fireworks display right from the condo balcony. We enjoyed the hot tubs which weren't crowded and each spa had a slightly different temperature which was nice if u got too hot or too cool. The check-in process with the management company could be improved. They start inundating you with emails that don't actually have the full check in information weeks before and the final email came as we were arriving over the pass from Steamboat without reception. It was 6pm when we arrived on site and the lockbox is located opposite the 2 doors on a post that is not well lit. There were 20 or so envelopes in the box and I had to use my phone flashlight to sort thru and find my envelope. Not an ideal system. Most of the info that the rental company put in the condo was about there management company in general and not specific to Passage Point. We did find information about the hot tub, laundry etc in the condo elevator. We love the close proximity to the slopes. Covered parking for 1 vehicle and location in Central Village. We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. The location is great. We could see the New Year's Eve fireworks and torchlight parade from the balcony. You are a close walk to the lifts but far enough from them to avoid the noise and congestion. Parking was easy and the public facilities are very well taken care of. We were able to enjoy the hot tubs (3) every day.

Easy to book! A LOT of unnecessary emails sent prior to arrival. Arrival instructions got lost in the mix. Guests of Passage Point are not allowed to use the hot tub. Photos of the property implied that they were available. Also, in off season a lot of the restaurants were not open.

Everything was great except the check-in process. It was a bit comlicated because we had to go to a different town. The instructions were not very clear.

We have stayed at this unit in years past and decided to return again this year! Perfect location for ski in and ski out at Copper. Owner has made several upgrades since we were last here and the unit is pretty well equipped (kitchen pots pans etc, puzzles, blue rays). Will return in the near future!

Stay was great- wish I would have known about the check in before
The place was great! Bigger than the pictures showed. You can’t beat the location- we walked to the lifts and enjoyed the hot tubs and village. The only complaint I had was that we had to drive to the next town over to pick up the keys. It didn’t help that there was a snow storm (definitely no one’s fault) but it was the first time I’ve ever stayed somewhere that you had to drive so far to pick up the keys. This information would have been helpful to know up front. I was surprised there is not an easier method to get keys for a property you’re staying at. All in all- it was an excellent trip and we made some amazing memories. I’d definitely stay here again.
