The hotel is clean and the staff were friendly
I booked for 4 person and they only give toiletries for 2 person. No shower towel. In the booking I clearly saw that there is a washing machine available thats why I booked it, and we talk to the receptionist about it, we wait until midnight but there was no washing machine and towels given.

The room was cold, I tried increasing the temp from the HVAC but nothing worked. The room was not as clean as it should be. The smell of smoke was extremely strong.
