Very modern and comfortable apartment at a great location with all the amenities you need.

No air conditioning in the bedroom, only in the living room

the location, the building as a whole and the size of the apartment, the facilities.. the comfy beds.. really worth the price
there could be little improvements made on the cleaning part: better dust removal and replacement of some dirty items (especially the cleaning mop)

Excellent location, 10 minutes walk from the city center. Private spacious parking lot in the backyard. The apartment has everything you need, very cozy.

Location and building are nice. Parking perfect
Noise isolation could be better. Bed quite hard mattress only 15cm and placed on a plain wooden board instead a spring mechanism.
