We are very excited of our staying! Incredible view on the ocean and two steps to the clean and wonderful beach!!! If you're looking for quite staying you need came here. Chris prepare everything for our arriving all you need, you'll find in the apartment!!! Two block to the public supermarket) definitely recommend and will come back 🤗

Overall I give it a solid B+. The location was great, very walkable and a nice distance between South Beach and the north beaches as well. Grocery and restaurants within walking distance. Family friendly and safe, right on the walking path near the beach which was nice. The beach in front of the building was pretty quiet and relaxing. The building was under renovation, but work done only during 8am-4pm which didn't impact us at all. We did not hear any jackhammers, just sawing. Parking must be done by valet which overall was good and very efficient. Our car was consistently loaded with bird droppings from the garage. We received it back one day with a chip out of the windshield. I have to think the damage was related to the garage renovation. The condo and building could use a little love. Dishwasher didn't work, lightbulbs were out, curtains hanging from the rods, blinds not working. The pool itself was great - the shower didn't work, light in the pool bathroom was out, grill was unusable. Just a bit of time with maintenance in the condo as well as the property would go a long way. The condo was well equipped with a few consumables - spices, paper products, dish soap, etc. There were a few beach chairs and umbrellas as well as small beach towels, very nice touch. We enjoyed our stay - a little more upkeep would have been great, but otherwise no complaints.

The interior of the condo was nice. Unfortunately, there is constant construction noise in the garage from 8am to 4pm, Mon-Fri. It is directly below this condo. Difficult to hear the television or to sleep. Parking in the garage is a challenge because of the construction. If you don't mind the construction noise, go for it.

Nice apartment, confortable, it needs a little work but just details. The only huge problem was that the building was under repair and this started 8 AM until 5 PM., SUPER ANNOYING but besides that, great value for price. Would stay there again definitely.
