We were very happy to stay here & had a very relaxing vacation with our dog who loved the beach as well. The property was very clean and as advertised. We had no trouble with check in or any instructions & communication with the property manager was prompt & helpful. We would absolutely like to stay here again. The view was phenomenal & the facilities were exactly what we were looking for. Just a note that you may want to purchase your own drinking water if you are sensitive to the "sulphur smell" that comes with the water treatment near the beach.

Pros: Feels like you’re on a boat when standing in the kitchen. The living room is large for a condo, and it felt spacious. The front porch is awesome. Cons: The tap water had a very sulfuric smell - we had to buy drinking water. We would have appreciated more than one coffee mug. The checking out instructions (remake the beds, empty the dishwasher and put everything away) are more extensive than usual. Also, we missed the note about providing your own linens when booking, but the host was able to loan us some of those pesky twin sheets. For the price, it’s a great spot.

We absolutely loved this condo. It’s in a quiet area, steps from the beach and has a fabulous view of the beach. Probably the cleanest condo we have stayed in at CB. It’s super homey, comfy beds, comfy pull out couch, kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook and all the beach essentials you’ll need such as chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Tim for your great hospitality!

Tim's place is a complete delight! The location is perfect for an ocean front stay at Carolina beach. Everything was spotless and so clean! Tim was super quick to reply to my messages! The kitchen had everything I needed to cook all my meals including plates forks cooking utensils and a good selection of knives and they even provided dish soap paper towels and hand soap. The queen size bed is so comfy, and the master bathroom shower had great water pressure!

Lovely condo on north end of Carolina Beach, walking distance to pier and Freeman Pk. Loved being ocean-front with balcony to relax on. We were on the 3rd level and got our workout climbing the stairs! Did not bother us just figured it was worth mentioning for those who might have a hard time with stairs! Condo was clean, good communication with Tim, also great having 2 pool areas. We brought our dog and there were many others in our building and close by who had dogs as well. Was amazed at how many dog friendly restaurants were available in Carolina Beach area and appreciated it. Loved my morning walks to North End Convenience store for my iced latte. If we ever decide to come back to Carolina Beach again, will definitely try for this condo again! Was great for us!

This was a great place to stay! We cooked most nights (lasagna, burgers, chicken, etc.) and we had all the pots/pans we needed in the kitchen. The views were amazing! (Thanks to little kiddos, we got enjoy the sunrise a couple of mornings and it was spectacular!) It was steps to the beach, which was nice to be able come back easily for lunch (or when we forgot things). We enjoyed Monopoly as a family, and the Roku tvs made it easy to reset/decompress. The deck was great in a thunderstorm, we enjoyed watching it, without getting wet. We really enjoyed our stay, and Tim was awesome and responsive. It was truly a wonderful vacation and we can't wait to book again and go back! Thanks for everything!!

Parking so tight, car was damaged. Not all ceiling fans worked and very dirty. Overall needs updating. No place to wash sand off but across street. Trash also had to be taken across the street. Ice maker did not work. Was never able to access pool which was also across the street. Lot of inconveniences. Disappointed.

Overall, the stay was great. Had a problem getting the internet to connect but the host was quick to respond and was very hospitable. I do wish more parking was available and I didn’t have to walk across the street to rinse off. That isn’t the hosts fault though. If you plan on cooking, check to be sure there are appropriate cooking utensils. It gets crazy cold in the bedrooms, so pack extra blankets. Not complaining about it, just an fyi.

I enjoyed my stay at Beach Cove. The unit was spacious, clean and comfortable. I had everything that I needed for my extended stay. The owner, Tim was very quick to respond to a minor issue that came up during my stay and also checked back in with me to make sure everything was ok. I also appreciated the fact that he is pet friendly and that I was able to bring mine along with me. I would definitely rent this unit again in the future.

This condo is right on the beach and the sunrise views were amazing! The condo is clean and is bigger than I expected from the pictures. Easy access to the beach and we really enjoyed the porch swing. We definitely want to come back and stay again.

My 89 year old mom & I spent time here on the beach! It was wonderful! She was able to enjoy the view, waves, watching surfers! It was a perfect location for her. We had a wonderful trip

Loved the location to the beach! Pet friendly which was great for our poodle. The house had toys and games for our daughter, and a great porch swing. We enjoyed what we got of our stay before Hurricane Ian. The property manager was great about our hasty retreat due to the weather!
There were some things needing updated. Like the chain on the swing looked corroded from the ocean mist, doors needed to be replaced from swelling and such. When we first arrived be aware the Glad plug in scent is STRONG and will bother anyone with sensitivities! There was also a horrid smell that came from the drains any time they were used. I have no idea what caused this or if there was anything that could be done.

We enjoyed our stay overall. The access to the beach was very convenient but there is no outside water access to clean off sand before going back into the condo. Parking spaces under the condo are very small and can not fit a full size truck.

You can’t beat that beach balcony. The place was really nice overall. The only negative I could mention was that we had to bring our own sheets and towels and didn’t see any garbage bags available for the kitchen trash can. Very minor things.

The ocean front balcony was very enjoyable. The only negative comment I could make would be that there is not a hose to rinse beach sand. This of course is the HOA and does not reflect on the owner of this property.
The owner was very prompt in responding to any questions we had.

I stayed for a week and it was awesome. Online post doesn't do it justice. Lots of room and a fabulous view of the ocean. I will definitely be back. The host, Tim Byrd was on top of things! I probably drove him crazy with all my silly questions but he replied to me quick and politely each time 👍

I originally booked this stay for myself and a girlfriend from college to have a little reunion after my brother’s wedding, but when that didn’t work out, I spoke with Tim about giving my stay to the newlyweds who hadn’t planned a honeymoon yet. He was very kind and helpful while I made the changes and got them in touch with him. He even said he’d refund my pet deposit since there wouldn’t be any dogs! As soon as they got there, they FaceTimed me to show me everything and kept saying it was better than the pictures. They were so happy when they got there, and it just got better during their stay. They are out, enjoyed the water, had plenty of activities to enjoy if they wanted to get out, and left describing their stay as nothing less than “magical”. We’ve already decided to go back together, and they loved their stay so much they want to make it a tradition. Thank you so much Tim! You helped me give them the best gift I could imagine, and the real experience was even better than any of us imagined. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
