What an amazing property! My husband and I stayed for 6 nights. This condo exceeded our expectations. It is nicely decorated and absolutely spotless. We have never been to a property that was so well stocked. There were 4 beach chairs, numerous umbrellas, beach towels and coolers for the beach. Now for the best part… the view! It can be seen from the kitchen, living room and bedroom. It was an incredible sight to wake up to each morning. We spent much of the time we were there on the lanai. It’s making it difficult to leave. The building itself could use some sprucing up. The property is weathered and garage looks like it needs some repairs. If coming to this area again we would absolutely stay here again.

Direct ocean front 2Bd/2Ba with nice floor plan. Clean, convenient to beaches, snorkeling, horse-back riding, restaurants, shopping. Fun to watch the kids surfing out front.

Fantastic accommodation, superbly located, very clean and well equipped. The balcony offers a fantastic view of the sea, the surfers and at the end of the day a memorable sunset. I have traveled the world several times over the years and rented several places, but this place has been my best rental by far. I have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation for a very relaxing holiday.

This was a wonderful condo to rent and would consider renting again. Beautifully remodeled with high end materials. The location and ocean front view were fantastic. It was very quiet in the unit, we never heard road traffic or neighbors - only the ocean! Enjoyed the sunsets, watching the surfers and sea life. The unit had everything we needed and it was in good condition. We didn’t use the A/c but was glad it was an option. Parking was very easy and had plenty of spots. The location was close to dining options, shopping and sightseeing - a great location for exploring the Big Island!

Attention to details and all of the improvements and amenities enhanced our stay here. This was a top notch condo in a great section of Kona. An added bonus was the gorgeous sunsets. We would highly recommend this property.

We had an amazing stay! The condo is very spacious and the view is incredible. We woke up every morning and watched surfers. Very close to a ton of great restaurants and beaches. 10/10 would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in this condominium. A few things would have made this stay perfect. When we arrived we did not see signage pointing us to the elevator bank which meant that my 63-year old wife and I had to haul our suitcases up 3 flights of stairs. I looked for elevators but they are not identified anywhere on the property and it was dark and after hours. While the property has 2 beds it really is not a 2 bedroom property. It is more like a modified studio as the main bed is part of the main living area with the option to move 2 large pocket doors that split the living room in half to cordon off the bed into a private place. I do not think anyone would opt to do this as partitioning the bed would remove it from the AC and and windows meaning it would get very warm in there. The second bed is located in a traditional room but sleeping in it may be challenging to infants or light sleepers as traffic noise is very loud as the jalousie-style windows in this room face Ali'i drive and traffic noise is quite loud at all hours of day and night as this street is a main thoroughfare. The second bedroom also lacks air conditioning and it gets exceedingly warm if you close the door. The place has a very nice view from the balcony overlooking the ocean. The property also has a very generous compliment of appliances, chairs, tables, and kitchenware. The parking was very convenient. So overall all with just ourselves, the property worked nicely.
