This was the perfect place for our vacation. Our host was very well organized and easy to get in touch with. The apartment was clean. We had fresh linens and all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The apartment was close to restaurants, coffee shops and entertainment. We rented cars in the neighborhood or walked wherever we needed to go. Very convenient location. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was very clean and had extremely comfortable beds. The location is great being very near the UW campus for us yet only a 10-15 minute drive into downtown Seattle. The town of Wallingford is cute and you can walk to many restaurants. We will definitely stay again if our son decides to go to UW.

We loved the house and Randy was very nice and informative. This was our first time in Seattle and we had a great time. We will definitly recommend this property to all our friends. The location was perfect and close to everything. My cousin Alyce who lives in the Greenlake area showed us all the sites and many local places.

We had a fabulous weekend and this apartment could not have been more comfortable and better located. We like to walk around new cities and neighborhoods. Within easy walking distance we found an incredible bakery, a very nice grocery store PCC and many restaurants. We also like to come back at the end of a day of exploring and hunting and gathering to cook and share a fine meal. The kitchen is well stocked for anyone who enjoys cooking. The beds were incredibly comfortable. I use VRBO a lot and this has to be one of the nicest places I have stayed. I highly recommend this apartment.

Our third stay at this apartment was as satisfactory as on previous visits. Apartment is exactly as pictured. Has comfortable beds, thoughtfully equipped kitchen, and ample space to socialize. Quiet neighborhood. Off-street covered parking is a plus. Convenient walking distance to Wallingford with easy public transportation or driving access to other Seattle sights.

Enjoyed our stay. It was represented well and had most everything we needed. A blender or a potatoe masher would be a great addition along with a DVD player. The beds were comfortable and we had ample room to stretch out. Thank you for a great stay.

We have used this property several times and will use it again. The apartment is in excellent condition, is well maintained, has great amenities and is very spacious. The location is good for getting downtown and to University of Washington. Randy, the owner, is very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. We have eaten in a number of restaurants in the area and they were all good. A nice walk down the hill to Gas Works Park gave us great views of the city.

This was our second stay in this condo and our third stay in this building as we've stayed in their one bedroom unit also. The owners are very friendly and accomodating. We had everything we needed to make our stay pleasant. It is in a nice, safe feeling environment and very convenient to the greater Seattle area. We visit Seattle as our daughter lives nearby in Eastlake. This is always the first place I check for availability.

My family stayed here while visiting friends in Seattle. It was great to have easy access to a great neighborhood location in Wallingford, with adjacent parking. The owners were terrific and very helpful. The condo was clean, wonderfully appointed, and served us well for the days we were there. It is a first floor condo with a tub, so depending on your mobility it could work if you have some disabilities. Many thanks to the owners!
