Une nouvelle location de vacances 5 étoiles proposée par Asuncion Ridge Vineyards et Inn, la maison Somm repose sur un parc privé de 107 acres au cœur du pays viticole Paso Robles. Un vrai pays se sent avec de belles vues dans toutes les directions, mais à 10 minutes en voiture des restaurants et des salles de dégustation du centre-ville de Paso. Nous sommes également à quelques minutes seulement de plusieurs autres établissements vinicoles locaux.
Cette nouvelle propriété de Asuncion Ridge sera le futur site de notre nouvelle cave, dégustation et vignoble de 30 acres.
La Somm House s'étend sur près de 4000 s. F. D'espace de vie et était sur mesure avec des matériaux de qualité et de l'artisanat. La maison a été décorée de manière professionnelle et offre des planchers de bois franc, des plafonds hauts avec des moulures à double couronne, une grande cuisine conçue pour le chef (ainsi qu'une cuisine extérieure), des chambres spacieuses avec des bains de tuiles et de pierres naturelles, un chauffage zoné et de l'air pour nos quêtes Le confort et les vues exceptionnelles sur les collines ondulées parsées de vieux chênes et de vignobles au-delà. L'espace extérieur expansif de la terrasse est parfait pour les réunions intimes.

Friends are chosen family. We loved wine tasting during the day. Cooking dinner and games at night. Lovely views and cats in the yard. Hope to return!

Beautiful house in a wonderful location. Fully stocked kitchen. Comfy beds. Clean. Lovely views. Enjoyed sitting on the back patio using the heat lights when it got chilly and cuddling up with the two cats. Convenient to Paso Robles shopping, restaurants and wine tours. Also convenient to beaches (30-45 min away). We thoroughly enjoyed our time staying here.

there were 8 of us friends that stayed here for a weekend of wine tasting. The house was huge and it was terrific that there were 4 bathrooms to go with the 4 rooms. Quiet area but still close to market. Had complimentary wine tasting at the Asuncion Ridge Wine tasting room and this was terrific and the staff was very nice. Loved the outside area! There was plenty of room for all of us. Nice big kitchen but we did have a little problem with the larger stove. Despite a few little things that needed fixing, we all agreed that we would like to stay here again!

What a great property for a few days of wine tasting in Paso Robles with friends. Gorgeous views, comfortable and elegant furnishings, great kitchen, and incredibly peaceful, given its proximity to town.
We loved our tasting at Asuncion, and some bottles came home with us. We’ve decided to make it an annual pilgrimage, and Sommelier House will be our Paso base in the future too.

We were 3 couples that love Paso wine and one of us loves Paso beer. The house was very comfortable. Beds were excellent. AC worked and was much needed. One day got to 107. The kitchen was totally functional and easily accommodated our group. Thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor seating area. It cold off nicely at night. There you will meet the local cats. Friendly felines. We appreciated that rev of the 3 bedrooms we used had its own bathroom. One of the benefits was a complimentary tasting at the host winery, Asuncion Ridge. As an aside, we did our own personal GSM tasting and the Asuncion Ridge won! Stiff competition with Epoch and Robert Hall. We will definitely check the availability of the Somm House on our next stay!

This house is positively gorgeous -- luxurious furnishings, amazing kitchen, perfect views from the patio, a full outdoor kitchen. Every bedroom was a masterpiece. We lingered in all the common areas for hours. Wonderful hosts. We've booked our return for a year from now.

Very nice property! Great views and lots of space to spread out. There were just us and one other couple so we really had lots of room. This was our second trip to this property and will definitely rent it again!

This house was great for housing my family while in town for our daughter’s wedding. There is plenty of space indoors and out. The kitchen was perfect for entertaining and the perk of free tastings at the associated vineyard was a bonus (their wines are fantastic too!).

We are a group of 7 and we agree that this was probably our best VRBO experience. The house was beautiful, spacious and comfortable with a lovely view. Don't miss the tasting room. The Asuncion Ridge wines are very good.

The house is awesome very spacious and beautiful. The beds are all comfy and loved the layout. The jetted tub and three shower heads in the master bathroom were definitely a nice touch.
I would recommend better lighting in the master bathroom. It was really hard to do our hair and make up. I ended up using the closet mirror.

This home is Everything it says and more. We’ll stocked. Beautiful and nicely appointed. Nice quality linens and space. Philip the host was great to communicate with. We would love to come back.
One thing, if your allergic to cats maybe check with host first. Some resident cats. Thank you.

The home was amazing. The spacious kitchen made meal-prep easy and the bedrooms were all great – especially the massive master suite! The views from the patio were calming and expansive. The only change our group agreed on that would enhance a stay is updating the patio furniture cushions. I would certainly stay here again and come back to explore the area!

Truly a 5 star home and location
Beautiful home, furnishings, great kitchen, huge dining table, terraced bbq and patio decks, amazing view, and two very friendly outside cats! Our group of four couples loved too many things to list. Note to owner - a few minor suggestions - remove the heavily scented nightlights (too heavy of a fragrance for all of us), add more juice/water/cocktail glasses, provide overhead lighting or portable lanterns for BBQ area. Truly wish I could have stayed longer!

Fantastic Friends Weekend!
A group of us have been traveling to Paso for over 10 years. We have stayed at several properties but we all agreed that this was our favorite. The house was nicely appointed, clean and spacious. It was nice that each bedroom has its own bathroom. We would definitely start here again!

This is a wondaful property, spacious, clean and the kitchen is a dream to cook in. What is so lovely is the view and the backyard space. We went walking around the property every morning. The check in process was seamless. I would highly recommend this for a stay with a group of friends!!

This house was everything we hoped for and then some! The hosts Phil and Andy have thought of every detail! Amazing gourmet kitchen and outdoor kitchen! We will definitely stay there again! We took home several bottles of their label as well!

The location was wonderful. It's with 10 - 15 minutes of Paso Robles and feels very much isolated.
The other homes on acreage are quiet and allows a serene experience.
It's perfect for 3-4 couples or could even be a holiday destination.
Phillip was excellent in communication and responsiveness.
If you're looking for the Ritz, don't schedule. If you're looking for beautiful, well maintained in country living, it's perfect.
We loved sitting on back patio, seeing stars at night and enjoying the neighborhood cats. They will meow a lot but when ignored they go hunting some where else.
It's delightful and highly recommend staying.
