We just returned from our stay today, and the condo was described perfectly. The owner was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The property itself is older, but very clean and well kept. It is a short walk to the beach across the street, and near a crosswalk. There were several restaurants, grocery stores, and anything else you could need close by; many within walking distance. The condo was quaint, clean, and great for 2 people. The bed was comfortable and we had nice beach chairs and beach towels provided. We would recommend this place, and would definitely stay again when we come back to the area!

Enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again, but would try a first floor unit Unit 212 was clean and had everything we required, but difficult climb to the second floor. The closest stair way was steep with no break or turn landing. It was totally exposed so no shade. Hand rails were so hot, we could not hold on. This may not bother some people, but we are elderly and found it very difficult. The good new is that there are other stairs available but not as close.

The Condo was great super clean felt like home away from home. Actuality i can see myself living there, thats how comfortable it was. Thanks to the host we would be there again. If u like some cocktails and craft beer Mad Pub is the spot!!!! Bartenders we're great thumbs up for Jessie cool brother

The property is vintage for sure. Reminded me of a place i would have gone to with my parents in the 60's. The lay out allows you to see and meet others. I met my neighbors from Indiana and had fun with that. The area is bike friendly so i rode bike to restaurants.

This little apartment was perfect for my hubs and me! Just across the street from the beach. Super clean. There was beach gear and coolers for us to use. The bed was the most comfortable VRBO/hotel bed I’ve ever slept on. Nice fluffy towels and a couple of beach towels for us to use as well. We will be back and definitely be staying here again. Easy checkin and great communication with the owner. Pool was nice and heated, which was even nicer!! Great place. Would highly recommend.

The place and location were absolutely AWESOME! Everything was as listed. The “but…” in my title is about a small hiccup. The only form of communication was through vrbo, which is basically email, not exactly quick or immediate. I forgot something important to me in the room. “But” it took 2 days to find out if It could be returned. In the end, I did get it back.

I had a wonderful time in this unit it was close to the beach I had everything that I needed coolers beach towels beach chairs ice packs there was a bottle of wine when I arrived which was much needed after a 16 hr drive. I would most definitely be back.

Great beach getaway weekend
We live in central florida but wanted a little weekend beach getaway. Perfect location. 2 minute walk to the beach, and not a crowded area of beach. Walked to a couple different restaurants. and a super short drive to John’s Pass.

Close to great eats, laid-back beach, and very low key. Bed was good. Wish there had been a blackout shade for the bedroom, as there is a lot of light from the courtyard. All in all, would come back to this place and unit again in a heartbeat!

Lovely stay! The room size and 2nd floor end location were just right. Met snd had a great poolside conversation with one of permanent residents. Walking over to the beach or to local restaurants was very relaxing (no driving/parlking!!!).

If you looking for peace and quiet, this is the perfect place. My husband and I absolutely love this place. Well maintained, very clean well-equipped kitchen and only a couple minutes from the beach. There is a grill on the pool area that is very convenient to cook something at the end of the day. I certainly recommend it.

A small couch would have been preferred for lounging comfort. Not enough hot water for two showers without waiting at least 15 minutes between. Otherwise, good experience, appreciated kitchenware and appliances. Comfortable, very clean

This is our third time staying at royal orleans first in this particular unit everytime its been really clean and exactly as described. Its very affordable and right across the street ftom the beautiful gulf beach ! Highly recommended !
