Overall our stay was fabulous! Great location, very spacious, and lots to offer including kayaks, lake floaties, games, etc. only complaint was there are areas in the house with some water damage, and at night there is an excessive amount of spiders outside surrounding the front door. Otherwise, would definitely stay here again!

The location of this rental is excellent. The views of Lake Seneca are stunning. We saw a Bald Eagle, osprey, hummingbirds, gulls, and Canada Geese. The property is well-equipped for water recreation and the kitchen has everything a chef could need.

The extra large, modern, well-stocked kitchen made meal preps so easy. Loved using the modern, convenient laundry appliances. Plenty of sitting areas inside and out. Every household supply was thoughtfully stocked. Watching the lake, the birds*, beautiful sunsets, going for long walks, swimming, kayaking, canoeing, shoreline fossil hunting, campfires, touring White Deer Haven and the military museum at Sampson Park all made for an enchanting Finger Lakes family vacation. Plenty of peace, quiet and privacy. *eagles, osprey, and hummingbirds GALORE

Comfortable, clean, and very well-stocked house. Direct lake access. Excellent communication from host. It was everything we wanted for our annual family vacation. I have rented a bunch of different houses over the years and this is the first time I requested to rent the same house next year!

Beautiful views from both the upper deck/sunroom and dock. Loved having kayaks to use. Dog loved swimming! Kitchen had everything we needed. It was a very relaxing week!

Enjoyed our stay! Our only wish was for one more full size bedroom for privacy with having 3 married couples but we managed thru with the bunk beds!! Otherwise everything was great!

Effortless access to beautiful camp. Come for the lakefront, stay for the sunsets (!!!!!!). Local state parks are not to be missed. Great communication with host.

This was a nice place to accommodate two families. Right on the water and all the amenities you need. The steps to the dock are a little intimidating if you have trouble up/down steps. Overall, nice vacation in a very quiet area.

We were very impressed with home and all that is provided with it. our hosts were great to deal with and helpful. The sunsets are amazing, and we enjoyed the lake and Sampson state park. Great location on a quieter street with much to do nearby. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had a wonderful weekend away! Huge windows and fantastic sunroom for sunset views inside. Go out on the deck and down to the lake for even better views. Kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable. Plenty of supplies! Easy check in and out! I would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Great experience from start to finish. My wife and I found this property while looking for a place to stay for during our Christmas visit home to my parents. This location was perfect for the two of us and my brother and his family. The house was convenient to our parents' home as well as our other friends nearby, just a few minutes drive to town/stores, and the nearby state park was a great spot to walk our dogs. Owners made communication very easy. Their information and instructions was clear and easily accessible. We all instantly felt very comfortable here after our respective long travels back to the Finger Lakes. Best stocked rental kitchen I've seen, hands down. Made preparing our holiday dishes to share souch easier. Dog-friendly premises and the location was greatly appreciated by our 2 pets, who felt equally at ease here. We all very much appreciate what a lovingly appointed property this is. It helped make our family holiday so special.

The house was as advertised; comfortable, well stocked kitchen, and a beautiful sunroom with awesone views of the lake. We enjoyed a campfire in the fire pit on the beach. Sandra is a great host. She is easy to get a hold of and made excellent recommendations. If we ever decide to stay on the east shore of Seneca Lake, we will most definately be back at this property.

My husband and I stayed for a few days and lucked out with beautiful weather in late October. Sitting outside is quite windy being right on the lake, but the warm weather helped. On our last afternoon we sat in the sun room which was very warm and comfortable on a 70 degree day. The house was comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed, especially the kitchen. The location is nice and quiet, being 15-20 minutes from most wineries but a few were less than 10 minutes away. There aren’t any grocery stores nearby (none that we found, anyway) so if you’re planning on cooking at the house you may want to grocery shop on your way. I was a little worried with the driveway being across the street, as Sandra and Greg allowed us to bring our dog. But the road is straight and relatively quiet so we ended up having no safety concerns once we arrived. Sandra and Greg were wonderful hosts. We will return on our next trip to the finger lakes!

We wanted a lakeside experience in a beautiful area and this vacation home did not disappoint. The enclosed sunporch was our main area for good conversation and beautiful lake gazing. We enjoyed the wineries in the area for our delicious meals and extraordinary views too. The home was spotless and we settled in without worries. Our dog, Duffy, enjoyed walks along the quiet road and meeting friendly neighbors. It was the perfect get-away!

Two couples and two dogs really enjoyed sitting in the sun room each day. Easy access to the water. An added bonus is that there is a neighborhood a couple houses away to walk the dogs and one road connected to the state park. Great location for sunsets. Owners were in contact before, during and after our stay. Nice well stocked kitchen which we took advantage of. We would come back again!

Enjoyed a bit of the outdoors with hiking and biking followed by sampling delicious wine and food !! Well located just 15 minutes from Geneva but a quiet lake front oasis

Had everything we needed to relax on the lake and wasn't too far from wineries & breweries!

Just wanted to get away for a weekend on the lake with a bunch of my dudes before my wedding. It was a great time floating and sailing, and just looking out across the lake from the deck over coffee in the morning.

The location of the property was perfect. However the cleanliness was not top-notch. There was mildew on the ceiling, dirt in the corners of the floor with cobwebs and spiders.

Perfect! Close to wineries, beautiful view , right on the water.

A wonderful home and trip from start to finish! We will be back for sure!
