We loved the condo. It felt just like home and the owners have anything we would possibly need available to use. Cooking supplies, condiments etc. We will def be looking to stay again.

The condo was clean and bigger than the pictures. Had everything you could ask for. All beach stuff that you could ever need. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfy. It was quiet.Great views of the beach and ocean. Close to markets restaurants. Had a great and relaxing vacation. Would definitely go back.

Very nice and well equipped condo. Owners reside locally and are quick to respond if you have any questions or issues. This condo is direct oceanfront on 6th floor. Very nice views and you are in an excellent spot for SpaceX launches when they occur. The bldgs and grounds are very well maintained and very clean. On site manager is also available when needed.

They have everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach. But so much of there stuff is in the house, not much room for our stuff. They were under renegation, which we were not told about when we booked. The noise and the dust was unbearable, so we left 2 days early with no refund. I don't think that was fare for them not to tell us about the construction work

This place has everything! Great view, on the beach, pool, hot tub, walking distance to many restaurants, complete equipped kitchen, beds for 6, cribs, bikes, stroller, surf boards, body boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, books, games, TV, Internet - you name it! It also has great owners, willing to help with anything you need.

This place was amazing! I have never stayed at a condo that provided so much. It was so nice not having to run to the store the first night for necessities. I will recommend this condo to anyone I know that is going to Cocoa beach!

We have stayed in this unit numerous times and it never disappoints. The pantry is stocked with the staples which makes it easier and more cost effective to cook.
The Jolly's are very involved owners although I can't recall having an issue.
View is amazing and the gear in the garage is all you could need. Will continue to stay here in future.

We go to the beach each summer and this was the first summer we spent time at a Florida beach. Staying in this home made the whole experience that much better. ALL amenities are provided, so that meant we didn’t have to pack all the beach equipment for our drive from Virginia. It was so convenient! The property was very clean and is represented well on VRBO. It had all the comforts of home. The access to the beach was also so easy. Not only do you get a beautiful view of the beach and sunrise from the balcony each morning, but with just a few steps you are right there on the beach. The location of the property is centralized nicely in Cocoa Beach. We were a quick drive to many eateries, Ron Jon’s, and the grocery store. We also used the gym that is just across the street. Dennis, the owner, also kindly checked in with us and made sure we had everything we needed. We really couldn’t have picked a better home away from home for our family vacation. We hope to be back in the future!

We had a wonderful time at this condo on our first time at Cocoa beach. There were plenty of instructions to this well appointed condo. It felt like staying at a cherished home. The view from the lanais was beautiful and we enjoyed seeing all the ships and schools of fish. Sun rise with It was nice cup of coffee was beautiful and peaceful. Cooking was easy in this stocked kitchen. We enjoyed making several nice meals including some delicious baked grouper. .

Loved Cocoa beach
We had a wonderful time at this condo on our first time at Cocoa beach. There were plenty of instructions to this well appointed condo. It felt like staying at a cherished home. The view from the lanais was beautiful and we enjoyed seeing all the ships and schools of fish. Sun rise with It was nice cup of coffee was beautiful and peaceful. Cooking was easy in this stocked kitchen. We enjoyed making several nice meals including some delicious baked grouper. .

Condo was clean and had perfect views from the 6th floor and well equipped as advertised. I didn't really like having to leave the AC on 74, that was to warm for good sleep and fans that were provided barely kept it tolerable. Master bed was also not to good and needs updated, one side had a sizable dip that leans you toward the edge. TV and electronics could be a little complicated to operate even with my strong electronics background and work field. Complex needs more green space for activities and bike paths for riding and really not much within walking distance. Beware of the pool, there were several hateful, life hating, kid hating tenants or guests?? They should add " And No Fun" to the list of pool rules. My 7yr old grandson was splashing his older brother and some foreign speaking lady just got super hateful because she didn't want to get her hair wet. My grandsons are well behaved and just normal 7 & 10yr olds. So it is still questionable as to the " family friendly" atmosphere here. It seems a bit stuffy and not sure if we'll vacation at this complex again, we'll see next year. This was our first Condo stay and have been staying at the Beachside Resort by Ron Jons for years, thru many name changes and upgrades. Walking distance to everything you need just about. Overall this was a good vacation we enjoyed with a few bad things scattered around. Also thought we would save some money by cooking some meals, but food costs kept it even to what we usually spend.

This condo is close to a lot of great places, shopping and dining! It was also very clean with everything you could want there already. No need to bring beach "stuff". They have chairs, umbrellas, small coolers, sand toys for the littles and even beach towels! How cool is that?! They even have several bikes to choice from. While we were there the building was having some maintenance done(replacing some windows). But the own kept in contact with us the whole time. Side note I've never been to a beach that was so clean. There has always been trash of some kind that ppl "forgot" to pick up after themselves. Over all we had a great time. We will be back.

Dennis and Irma's house is more amazing then the pictures! They have instructions written out for using anything in the house or garage. We used the fishing poles, bikes, skimboards, body boards, and played tennis everyday. Having that equipment there to use made the trip fantastic. We brought our own surfboards or else we would have used the provided ones. The condo is truly beachfront with epic views from the balcony. The complex is in good shape and clean. The fridge was stocked with condiments. The laundry room, kitchen, and bathrooms were fully stocked as well. The condo shows that Dennis and Irma treat renters as friends/family and not $ signs. You can spend hours studying all of the details of the nautical decorations. It's a short walk to the Kelly Slater statue. The pier is a short bike ride or long walk. Gregory's steakhouse is a two minute walk for great food and to see some comedy acts. Would recommend Jazzys Mainly Lobster just south for some really great grub. If I ever decide to travel to the opposite coast again, I will book Dennis and Irma's place.

A terrific location. The 6th floor views from the balcony we spectacular. Very well appointed and lots of toys. The kitchen was very well stocked, the only disappointment was the very old and hard to light grill on the balcony.

stayed at 607 Sandcastle and it was amazing. Everything you need for the beach and more. pantry was completely filled with all the condiments and more. Just wish we could of stayed longer. Maybe next year. Thank you for letting us enjoy your condo.

Really nice place to stay. My family had a great time there. I would recommend this condo to anyone. They had everything that you would need to take to the beach and enjoy a day on the beach. Would Definitely stay here again.

Sandcastle Review
The accommodations were absolutely lovely. Locations was excellent. We could walk directly out to the private beach area, which was not overcrowded. We had a shark siting on our last day but it did not affect our plans. Can't wait to return. I highly recommend this condo.
