My wife and I went to Clearwater Beach Cottage for a long weekend/ wedding at the Sand Pearl Resort. Sedgewick Cottage was the perfect location! Literally steps from the beach, easy walking distance to all the happenings at Clearwater Beach, and yet secluded enough for privacy when you wanted it. Our one bedroom cottage was spacious, clean, well appointed, and had all the beach amenities. Rob and Andrea were great hosts and we will definitely stay there again next time we are in Clearwater Beach!

My husband and I stayed at the Coastal Boutique Cottage for our 20-year anniversary and had a wonderful time! The cottage was very clean, well-maintained, comfortable, and only steps from the beach. Several restaurants and shops were also within walking distance, so it was really a great location. I loved the decor too! The owners provided plenty of beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas. And, although we did not do much cooking, the kitchen supplies were well-stocked. We definitively recommend the cottage for a couples getaway and hope to return someday! Many thanks to the owners!

My new Husband and I are beyond words thankful and blessed to have spent our honeymoon here. We aren’t into a bunch of planning things and constantly going, this cottage was perfect to simply enjoy each others company as newlyweds. The access to the beach was perfect, the beach gear we were able to use was extremely helpful to make for the best trip ever! 100/10!

Wow- we arrived just before Idalia came through Florida, not an ideal situation but it really showed how caring and genuinely great the hosts are here. From keeping in constant contact, to helping us figure out what to do during the evacuation, and working with us to make up for the day we lost. I really cannot say I’ve had someone really go this above and beyond to be an excellent host, and they made a very special trip for us even better.
The place is exactly how it looks and actually cuter than I remembered in the photos when I walked in! Perfect for 1-2 people. There is a pull out I believe but it’s just a 1br/1ba apartment on the beach. Great for couples trying to have some beach time and still be walking distance to shops and food but not have the noisiness of being right in the middle of it all.
I understand why all the reviews talk about coming back year after year because it really is such a wonderful little place with great people hosting it.

Our two weeks in Sedgwick Cottage was enjoyable. Just wanted some warm weather and to catch a few Phillies preseason baseball games and get to the beach. All went well, meeting friends and getting together for a few meals.

The cottage is just far enough away from all the activity that it is quiet but close enough to walk to all the shops and restaurants. The back decks and patio are relaxing and very pretty. The cottage was well stocked with spices, paper towels, pots and pans, a Keurig coffee maker and a drip coffee maker and more. The hosts, Andrea and Rob, are very responsive and friendly. The cottage itself is very pretty and well maintained.

Perfect cottage location for our return visit in quieter area of Clearwater Beach that is just steps from the beautiful beach, yet walking distance to all the restaurants, a great Recreation Center and library, and Pier. Super responsive hosts that go above and beyond. Very clean, nicely appointed, well stocked, beach supplies and convenience of laundry - everything you need. We had a nice time visiting this adorable cottage! I had to travel for work and this was perfect for my husband and children to enjoy. The owners were very responsive and helpful when we had any questions. The only part that was a tad difficult was that it did get warm inside at night and I need it cool for a restful sleep. Other than that, it was a perfect place to stay. Thank you for your hospitality & accommodations for our little ones!

This is our second time staying at this property. It is very comfortable and very well-appointed (lots of towels, good kitchen utensils and things, lots of pillows, great beach supplies—umbrellas, chairs). The location is great, down the street from beautiful Clearwater beach, north of all the hotel crowds. And Andrea and Rob are great responsive hosts. We look forward to returning.

This was our first visit to Clearwater beach and this cottage made our experience one of the best we have ever had, from a beach vacation. The cottage was updated, clean, and the location was perfect. We were minutes from the beach and a great walk to the main strip of shops. Thank you for being a great host!

Perfect Getaway!!
This cottage was the perfect getaway! Clearwater can be a busy place, but the location of this cottage was perfect. Tucked away right next to the beach…the access was incredibly close! Plenty of things to do and plenty of food to eat! The cottage was so clean and had everything we needed. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We also loved our walks in the residential area of north beach. We will be back!
