Location & Staff are good. Staff are super helpfull
You get many places nearby to eat.
You can opt this property if u r traveling alone. In this budget it is good for short stays.
Towels were clean but u get white cotton on ur body once u use them.
Toilets were also clean but because of absense of freshners, there were slight smell comes in room if toilet door is not shut properly.

They have not own kitchen . In the breakfast they say only we have poha , nothing else, we r take over own breakfast order from the outside hotel.

Bedbugs in the room. No hot water.

I couldn't stay in the hotel more than 30mins and cancelled my booking before check-in. The lift was not working properly, hygiene and cleaning was issue.
I would not recommend this hotel to stay with family.

Naptaline balls placed all over the room and toilet - horrible smell - creates headache - the hotel is on 4th floor - no lift - the steps and the passage to the hotel is very dirty

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown
